Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the antecedents, transactions, and outcomes in the swimming achievement training program at Tirta Wahana Club, Grobogan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the Countenance Stake evaluation model. The subjects in this study were administrators, coaches, and athletes at Tirta Wahana Club in Grobogan Regency. The results of this study are Antecedent the implementation of swimming coaching in Tirta Wahana Club is going well, the availability of facilities and infrastructure of Tirta Wahana Club is well available, availability of human resources in recruiting coaches and athletes seems simple, and funding comes from 2 elements, Transaction (process) swimming coaching at Tirta Wahana Club, Grobogan Regency consisting of aspects of the implementation of training programs, coordination, consumption, welfare, and transportation have been carried out well based on data, and facts on the ground. The outcome is coaching at the Tirta Wahana Club has increased performance in following the championships at the provincial level in Central Java, and nationally. The conclusion of this study is the overall antecedent, transaction, outcome development of the swimming achievement of the Tirta Wahana Club in Grobogan Regency has been going well with the revision of aspects in the coaching program so that it can advance the coaching system, and improve achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: 1) The contribution of physical fitness towards learning achievement, 2) The contribution of socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement, 3) The contribution of the school environment towards learning achievement, 4) The contribution of physical fitness and socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement, 5) The contribution of socio-economic conditions and school environment towards learning achievement, 6) The contribution of physical fitness and school environment towards learning achievement, and 7) The contribution of physical fitness, socio-economic conditions and the school environment towards learning achievement. This research is a quantitative study. The population is 393 students and 13 elementary schools. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation analysis with Slovin formula. The results of the study revealed: 1) Contribution of physical fitness towards learning achievement is moderate with 43%, 2) Contribution of socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement is low with 43%, 3) Contribution of school environment towards learning achievement has incomplete criteria with 65%, 4) Contribution of physical fitness and socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement is 25%, 5) Contribution of physical fitness and school environment towards learning achievement is 67.5%, 6) Contribution of socio-economic conditions and school environment towards learning achievement is 67.5%, and 7) Contribution of physical fitness, socio-economic conditions and school environment towards academic learning achievement is 40%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the antecedent which includes the background, planning of the coaching program, and the objectives of the coaching program in PPLOP Soccer Central Java, to evaluate transactions which include recruitment of trainers, recruitment of athletes, training programs, facilities and infrastructure, funding, consumption, coordination, transportation, and welfare of athletes coaching in PPLOP Soccer Central Java, and to evaluate outcomes which include the successful implementation of coaching in athlete achievement in PPLOP Soccer Central Java. The approach used in the evaluation of the countenance model, the source of research data, namely management, trainers, athletes. The results of the study are antecedent evaluations consisting of background, coaching program planning, and the objectives of the coaching program in PPLOP Soccer Central Java are clear and well-structured, transaction evaluations consisting of recruiting coaches and athletes have been going well, the coaching program has been running well good enough according to the scheduled training program, facilities and infrastructure are not good some do not yet have and are not national standards, funding is not going well enough not enough to meet the needs of coaching, consumption is still not good, coordination is going well, welfare for coaches and athletes is still not optimal , transportation is very lacking because it does not have transportation and the evaluation of outcomes is good enough, but not yet stable.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze influences of 40 ? Yard sprint training method and 40 ?Yard Backpedal ? Forward training method to dribbling skill of soccer. The variables of this research consisted of manipulative variables: 40 yard sprint and 40 yard backpedal ? forward trainings, independent ? attributive variables (the controlled variables): high and low speeds. The sample consisted of whole 02 cluster of JHS soccer extracurricular students in Semarang with total 40 participants. The normality test showed sig score of pretest data 0.2335 > 0.05. Thus, the data was normally distributed. The homogeneity test showed from all indicators of test, the sig score 0.05 ? 5%. Thus, H0 was accepted. Therefore, the data was homogeneous. The Two Way Anova test results on the training variables showed sig score 0.017 < 0.050. It meant that there was dribbling speed difference between first and second experimental groups. Dealing with speed as the variable, the sig score = 0.008 < 0.050. It showed that tehre was dribbling speed difference between high speed and low speed respondents. The conclusions were there was influence of 40 ? yard sprint and 40 ? yard backpedal forward to dribbling skill in soccer of the students, there was influence on high and low speed to dribbling skill in soccer of the students, and there was interaction between the methods to the dribbling skill of the students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds to meet the needs of physical education, sports and health education facilities and analyze the availability of physical education, sports and health facilities in junior high schools in Ngadirejo District. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Primary data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis is carried out inductively using Miles and Huberman's interactive cycle. The results showed that in Ngadirejo district, junior high schools with physical education learning facilities in the excellent category were 0 schools / by 0%, good categories by 0 schools / by 0%, fair categories were 3 schools / by 75%, poor categories were 1 School / by 25%. The allocation of the use of BOS funds in the purchase of facilities are as follows: SMP N 1 Ngadirejo amounting to Rp.6,700,000, - which is 1.7% of the total BOS funds, SMP N 2 Ngadirejo amounting to Rp. 3,463,000, - 0.92% of the total BOS funds, Ngadirejo Islamic Junior High School in the amount of Rp. 3,500,000, - 0.36% of the total BOS funds, Muhammadiyah 3 Ngadirejo Junior High School in the amount of Rp. 200,000, - that is 0.09 % of total BOS funds.

Abstract

The modern technology used in international martial arts is virtual reality, while the martial arts technology used in Indonesia is a guidebook, motion capture, video, VCD containing audio visuals, and video tutorials. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based audio-visual media in a single category martial arts exercise, testing product acceptance, and the effectiveness of the products produced. This research is a research and development conducted with ten stages of research and development from Borg and Gall. The stages of research undertaken are (1) literature review, (2) initial draft, (3) expert validation, (4) revision 1, (5) product 1, (6) small-scale trial, (7) revision 2, ( 8) product 2, (9) large-scale trial, (10) final product. The results of the research and development is a single-category android-based audio visual media motion pencak silat media product. The product has been validated by material experts and media experts with very good results (92.00%) and (89.17%), small-scale trials that were tested on trainers, judges and athletes of the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat UKM UKM Tidar Magelang State University with very good results (92.05%). Large-scale trials were conducted at PAMUR Magelang District Magelang and obtained very good results (88.75%). Operational tests were conducted at PAMUR colleges with the results of a significant increase in the test items (0.001 <0.05) and single category demonstrations (0.024 <0.05). The conclusions of the results of research and development of audio-visual media in the category of single-motion martial arts based on android is feasible and effective to be used for supporting media for the exercise of single-category martial arts. Suggestions for athletes, coaches and judges that this media can be used to support the training process.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing and evaluatingthe developmental program of elite Karate in PPLP (Students’ Sport Training and Education Center). This research is an evaluation of a program by using Countenance Evaluation Model (Stake) reviewed from several stages: antecedent/context, transaction/process, and outcome. It means that this research is considered to have more accurate and objective information as well as having been compared to what had been achieved from the developmental program. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation from the coaches, committee, athletes, and parents. The qualitative analysis technique in this research was based on 4 components, namely: data collection, data reduction, datadisplay, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Antecedent program is a form of coaching program that has been proven in an effort to improve athlete achievement. The entire PPLP karate athlete development program has been going well. Based onTransaction evaluation, it can be revealed that the process within transaction evaluation has not been going well. The outcome of the karate performance coaching program at PPLP which was carried out in South Sumatra in terms of the results of the medals had slightly decreased. It can be concluded that the Antecedents in PPLP of South Sumatra have clear backgrounds and goals, the completeness of the tools and the coaching program is also clear and directed, Transaction in the PPLP karate athlete development program in South Sumatra can be said to be good although there are still deficiencies in its implementation obtained in this program in this case have not had satisfactory results. The athletes' achievements can be said to be unstable in terms of the medals in each championship annualy which tend to be inconsistent.

Abstract

From year to year, the badminton club's achievements in Cirebon Regency have not increased. They have not been able to excel at provincial and national championships. This study aims to evaluate the development of club management, coach, athlete, training, competition, infrastructure, and funding for badminton clubs in Cirebon Regency. The research method is the Countenance Stake evaluation research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis are data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the club management does not have AD/ART of the club and there are multiple positions, the coach is constrained in competency development, there is no standardization in the acceptance of athletes, no standardized training program, the competition agenda for some clubs has been set, the infrastructure for some clubs are already PBSI standard, it does not have a coaching budget planning. The conclusion of this research is that the club management development is not appropriate, the coach development is not appropriate, the athlete development is not appropriate, the training development is not appropriate, the competition development of some of the clubs is appropriate, the infrastructure of some of the clubs is appropriate, the funding is not appropriate.

Abstract

Increasing the achievement of goals both in quality and quantity requires a management. Application to operating a donation event through good marathon running can be carried out well if there is good cooperation and coordination parties. The purpose of this research is to analysing the management design systems, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Analyzing the management design systems, program acitivities, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Analyze the movement system or management implementation, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Analyze the management supervision system, program activities, funds, facilities, and infrastructure. Analyze the evaluation system of management, program activities, funds, facilities, and infrastructure. Analyzing the impact NusantaRun Chapter 6 Wonosobo – Gunung Kidul 169 Km event in 2018. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects in this study were the founder of NusantaRun, the running participants, and the surrounding community. This results of this study : The management design system, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure are well structured. Management organizing system, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure is clear and well organized. The system of movement or management, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure has been carried out properly in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Management supervision system, program activities, funds, facilities and infrastructure have been implemented quite well. The impact of the NusantaRun Chapter 6 event is exemplary, because it can gives a social contribute to the community around Wonosobo – Gunung Kidul.

Abstract

The achievement of swimming in which the coaching and management factors are very important. Achievement of achievements in a comprehensive concept of a tiered coaching and management pattern, so that the process gets excellent results and use as evaluation material. This study aims to evaluate: Context, Input, Process, and Products related to the swimming coaching program management at the Semarang City Spectrum Club. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product), data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and data combination / triangulation.The results include context, implementing the coaching program is under the background, vision-mission and objectives of the coaching program that has been carried out, Input, has good human resources, appropriateness of facilities and infrastructure is not good, and funding sources have limitations. The process, implementing the training program, athlete recruitment was going well, the use of facilities and infrastructure is good, coordination between related parties is also good, and the welfare is running well, Product, swimming performance at the Spectrum club in Semarang City is good but not optimal and still not stable in achieving achievements in each race. This study concludes that from the context and process aspects it is good, while the input feasibility of facilities and infrastructure is not good, the product, the achievement is good enough because it often participates in both regional and national competitions, but achievement is not optimal and to maintain achievement is still not stable.
