Abstract

This study was 1) to analyze and determine the relationship between nutritional status and basic locomotor movements in early childhood. 2) Analyzing and knowing the relationship between emotional intelligence and basic locomotor movements in children. 3) Analyzing and knowing the relationship between age and basic locomotor movements in children. 4) Analyzing and knowing the relationship between nutritional status, emotional intelligence and age on basic locomotor movements in early childhood. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlation design. The population in this study is kindergarten children in District XIII Koto Kampar. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisting of 180 children. The results of this study: 1) There is a relationship between nutritional status and basic locomotor movements. 2) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and basic locomotor movements. 3) There is a Relationship between Nutritional Status and Basic Locomotor Movements. 4) There is a relationship between nutritional status, emotional intelligence, and age on basic locomotor movements. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status, emotional intelligence, and age on basic locomotor movements in early childhood, based on simultaneous regression tests. This means that the higher the nutritional status, emotional intelligence, and age of the child, the more active the child's basic locomotor movements are.

Abstract

A penalty kick is a great opportunity to score a goal in football game if taken accurately. Penalty kick accuracy training can be done with this target practice. This study aims to determine the effect of target goal training and motorcycle tires on the accuracy of penalty kicks.The method used is a quantitative experimental method. The sample of this study was 20 students of Football School Association Perwira Timur Purbalingga who were divided into two experimental groups using the A-B-B-A pattern.Based on the research, the average pre-test of experimental groups 1 was 13.40, post test 20,20, the difference in the mean was 6,80 with tcount = 11,129 ≥ ttable = 2,262. The average pre-test of experimental groups 2 was 13.30, post test 18,60, the difference in the mean was 5,30 with tcount = 6,380 ≥ ttable = 2,262 with a level of = 0.05 then ?? was rejected and ?? was accepted.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of practicing penalty kick accuracy using goal targets and motorcycle tires on the accuracy of penalty kicks. Training using goal targets has a high effectiveness in increasing the accuracy of penalty kicks compared to training using motorcycle tires targets

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires humans to make adjustments in various aspects of life. In education area, there are also challenges of adjustment with online learning at home. In particular, big challenges are faced by practical subjects such as aerobics dance, which require a practical online learning model. The purpose of study was to determine the perceptions of students in online learning in the aerobic dance course. To obtain these answers, a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions was distributed to all 213 students that follow the course through Google Form. The questionnaire used has met the criteria for the validity and reliability. IBM SPSS Statistics 22 is used in the process of testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. With the validity test using Bivariate and reliability test with the Alpha Cronbach formula. The results of respondents’ answers in Google Form were converted by Microsoft Excel 2019 program to analyze the average and percentage calculations. The data shows that students have a fairly good perception of practical learning aerobic dance based on the aspects of infrastructure, human resources, media and learning systems and also student competencies. The main problem faced by students in learning is the problem of internet signals that often occurs in online video conferencing meetings. Therefore lecturers must have a passion for work to create interesting and targeted learning innovations so that the weaknesses of online practical course learning can be minimized.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of talent of SSB Tri Cakti Semarang students aged 11-12 years in the sport of soccer. This research method uses a descriptive method with a sports search talent scouting survey technique through a quantitative percentage approach. The research population was 75 students and the sample was 21 students, taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a sport search model talent scouting test. The results of the study showed as many as 25 students. As for the group there (28%) are very talented in the sport of soccer. There are (4%) talented, moderately talented, and less talented in the sport of soccer. And there are also (60%) not talented. 18 students do not match between their talents. The conclusion is that 7 students have very gifted criteria, 1 student has gifted criteria, 1 student is quite talented, 1 student is less talented, and 15 students are not gifted. Researchers suggest for SSB Tri Cakti Semarang to do a Sport Search test to find out the talent results of the students in the team so that the coach can find out the results of student deficiencies. For students who still have poor performance, they must improve the pattern of practice in order to reach the existing standard.

Abstract

Milk provides nutrition for athletes both during training and during competition. Currently, many athletes are aware that drinking milk can improve athlete performance. Athletes must have knowledge of good nutrition. So that it can be applied in the lives of athletes. The purpose of this study was to find out what benefits can be obtained if athletes consume milk both during competition and training. The research methodology uses secondary data for the last 10 years from various library sources such as Google Scholar. The results of this study are milk can improve the performance of athletes both during matches and training. By consuming milk, the body's health can improve and the body's condition is more prime.
