The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, to analyze the organizing system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, analyze the implementation system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, and to analyze controling system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency. The research methods is descriptive qualitative. The data information was collect from the Chief Executive of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the General Secretary of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the Head Coach of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the Referee of PERBASI Banyumas Regency and the General Secretary of KONI Banyumas Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that the Planning system is already exist, but not been implemented properly. The organizing system is well structured, the composition of the management is stated in a decree from the Regional Management of PERBASI, Central Java Province. The process of implementing work programs or activities has not been implemented due the corona virus. The evaluation has been going well. The conclusion is the planning system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management in very good category because in planning system meets all the planning criteria of sport organizations. Organizing system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management included in category good and the implementation system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management include in good category because it has not meets the criteria of sports organizations. And the controlling system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management is included in the sufficient category.

The purpose of this study is producing an android application product which makes it easier for physical education teachers and students to measure physical fitness. The problems of the study are 1). What is the android-based physical fitness assessment application for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus’ model? 2). How effective is the android-based physical fitness assessment application for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus?The results of this study is an android-based application product of physical fitness test for students of Senior High School 1 Kudus which is effective and attractive to use by both physical education teachers and students. The validation result by material experts in all aspect is "Very Good" with an average score of 93.13%, the media experts’ assessment to product is "Very Good" with an average score of 89.09%, the teachers’ assessment to the product is "Very Good "with an average score of 85.38%, assessment by the large group students is" Very Good "with an average score of 85.11%. This study concludes that a product of android-based physical fitness assessment application has been produced and the teachers, students and parents can download it in the Play store by keyword "SIKESA". The implication of the research is that "SIKESA" can simplify the physical education learning process and become a learning resource which can be used by students to learn independently.

This research is motivated by the condition of the sports industry in Bandar Lampung during the pandemic. The sports service industry is experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic that began in early 2020. This is a qualitative study employing a phenomenological design. The investigation was conducted in Bandar Lampung on April 5, 2021. The research collected data from service and rental service actors, Technical Implementing Service Unit of Youth, and Sport Office, Lampung Regency, and the community as sports participants. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is composed of 4 interacting components: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The findings of this study show that the condition of Bandar Lampung’s sports service industry is currently being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the obstacles encountered in the field, sports service actors are powerless to intervene. With the reopening of their businesses, sports service actors implemented strategies to ensure their businesses continued during the pandemic, including limiting operating hours, restricting visitors, and implementing health protocols. Certain perpetrators of sports services work additional jobs to supplement their income. Online media and offering discounts are two strategies for re-engaging people in sports. The research concludes that the sports service industry in Bandar Lampung was experienced a decrease in income during the COVID-19 pandemic. Actors in sports services can resume operations if they adhere to strict health protocols and continue to be monitored by the regional COVID-19 cluster.

Physical conditions in all sports, especially football, need to be trained with good training. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of plyometric and resistance training on increasing the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles. This research is an experimental research with a match subject pretest and posttes design. The population is 80 students, the sample is 60 students. Sampling techniquepurposive random sampling. The test instrument in this study was a 30-meter run test and a standing broad jump test. The data analysis technique used Manova. The results showed that Sig. The resulting variables for speed (pre-test), leg muscle explosive power (pre-test), speed (post-test), and leg muscle explosive power (post-test) were 0.614; 0.742; 0.985; and 0.729. Value Sig.=0.002. Sig.=0.002. Sig.=0.031. Sig. = 0.031 because the value of Sig <0.05 then H0 is rejected, so it is concluded that there is an influence between the type of exercise with the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles. Tuckey pre-test and post-test there are differences between plyometric knee tuck jump exercises and resistance squats on increasing speed. As for the plyometric knee tuck jump exercise and the resistance leg press exercise there is no difference, there is no difference between the types of exercises to increase leg muscle explosive power. Conclusion: there was an increase in the speed and explosive power of the leg muscles for each experimental group after being given plyometric and resistance training.

Modern developed countries have used technology in the field of sports, and as a result, they frequently outperform their competitors. Some countries have yet to incorporate technology in sports since it is expensive, therefore they continue to rely on traditional techniques. The purpose of this study is to create a product that can be used for kick reaction speed training in taekwondo sports. This study is a development study that employs ten stages of development processes. In this study, data was gathered using product validation questionnaires, respondent questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, descriptive percentages were utilized as a data analysis technique. The findings of this study are in the form of a sensor tool based on a smartphone application for training kick reaction speed in the Taekwondo martial arts branch. Research result on a small-scale trial involving 10 athletes yielded a percentage score of 73%. A large-scale study including 45 athletes and 4 coaches yielded a percentage score of 92 percent athletes and 92 percent coaches, earning them the "extremely feasible" category. Conclusion this study resulted in a smartphone application -based sensor tool product with a function to train kick reaction speed in the taekwondo martial arts branch, which has a good tool effectiveness and gets a positive response from both coaches and athletes.

The result of preliminary study conducted through interview and documentation study of personnel and general equipment in FIK in January 2017, found the number of lecturers with the position of Lektor in Faculty of Sport Science (FIK) amounting to 33. Of 33 lecturers when viewed from time to occupy the position and education owned there are 16 lecturers who should have proposed to the position of Head Lector. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is the effectiveness of focused mentoring model in acceleration effort to increase to Head Lector’s Position and what are the obstacles faced in the field related to model intervention. The research method was done by qualitative approach, the informant was determined by purposive sampling technique and then the informant was added with the snowball technique. With purposive sampling technique, there were 10 people as informant. The research instruments are in-depth interview guide and observation guide, and data analysis technique using analysis model from Miles and Huberman.The result of this research get the effectiveness value of model 30% (not effective), this happened because of the characteristics of departments in FIK. Inhibiting factors in increasing the human resources of lecturers to the position of Head Lecturer in the field of public health and sports on FIK Unnes have different characteristics. In the field of public health, the main constraint is in the field of educational activities, where the IKM department is a relatively new department and with human resources who are still in S3 studies (33%). Increasing human resources to the position of Head of Sports sector, the obstacle that needs to get the main attention is the publication to the journal, this is exacerbated by low motivation, although there are 5 lecturers who have passed the S3. Characteristics of each field in this FIK require a mentoring model to be able to improve the quality of human resources, especially to Head Lector

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis modal sosial (social capital) KONI Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah yang berpotensi menunjang pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional (SKN), menganalisis strategi yang relevan dalam mendayagunakan energi sosial KONI Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Jawa Tengah, dan merancang model KONI yang diharapkan menjadi solusi mengatasi persoalan pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU SKN tersebut. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan bertumpu pada upaya learning from the people sebagai cara memahami realitas yang menggerakkan modal sosial komunitas KONI. Cara kerja dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti tata aturan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan-tindakan warga masyarakat KONI sesungguhnya berada dalam ranah modal sosial KONI. Dengan karakteristik tersebut, KONI sebagai modal sosial merupakan sebuah kebutuhan bagi terciptanya kerja sama yang produktif dalam suatu masyarakat, kelompok, komunitas, ataupun suatu asosiasi. Keberadaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 dimungkinkan akan memengaruhi karakteristik KONI sebagai modal sosial. “Model Organisasi KONI” sebagai organisasi masyarakat di bidang olahraga dirancang dalam lima elemen utama yang mendukung pemberdayaan KONI guna memperkuat masyarakat olahraga. Lima elemen tersebut adalah: (1) kerakyatan sebagai ideologi; (2) pembebasan sebagai tujuan; (3) pemberdayaan sebagai fungsi; (4) keadilan sosial sebagai kebijakan yang diagendakan; dan (5) diskresi sebagai metode.This study aims to analyze the social capital of KONI in regency/city level in Central Java which potentially support the implementation of the policy in Article 40 of the Law number 3/2005 about the National Sport System, to analyze the relevant strategy to empower the social energy of KONI, and to design the most appropriate model of KONI as the alternative to solve the problem of Article 40 implementation. The procedure used in this research is based on qualitative approach and the idea of learning from people. This procedure is a tool to understand the reality which moves the social capital of the KONI society. The result describes that the action of KONI society is in the aspect of social capital. KONI as the social capital is a need for the development of the productive cooperation in the society. The existence of the Article 40 might influence the characteristics of KONI as the social capital. The model of KONI as an organization in sport should be built in five potential elements: (1) democracy as an ideology, (2) freedom as a purpose, (3) empowerment as a function, (4) social justice as policy, and (5) discretion as a method.
