Abstract

Introduction: The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province has the task of supervising and fostering the implementation of government such as conducting audits, evaluations, reviews, and monitoring. The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province built a system for fostering Regional Apparatus Organizations called the E- E-Monitoring system. However, the files uploaded by the Regional Device Organization have not been encrypted in this system, so this study aims to use the RSA-AES algorithm in the E-Pengawasan system to increase system security. Method: The process that occurs in the RSA-AES algorithm is that the RSA key is used to encrypt the AES key and the AES key is used to encrypt and decrypt the file. Results and Discussion: The test results used are the black box testing method and also usability testing. Black box testing is used to test whether the functions on the system are running smoothly or not and usability testing is used to test efficiency in encryption and decryption based on file size. Conclusion: Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the amount of time used to encrypt files with a file size of 1MB - 50MB was 0.182 - 0.393 seconds. The test results for decryption were found with a file size of 1MB - 50MB, namely 0.050 - 0.148 seconds.

Abstract

Introduction: Sales of training products often encounter difficulties in providing the right recommendations according to customer needs and preferences. This research aims to develop a Content-Based Filtering-based recommendation system to address this challenge, especially for PT Menara Indonesia. Method: This research focuses on the Cosine Similarity algorithm, this research designs and implements the model through Django's REST API and Streamlit's Dashboard Website. The data used consists of tabular data that includes company profiles and product models. The Content-Based Filtering method is used to improve sales efficiency and support marketing strategies. Results and Discussion: The results show that the implementation of the Cosine Similarity algorithm provides training product recommendations that are suitable and relevant to customer needs. The suitability and relevance of the recommendation results are marked by the similarity between the two items that have been combined to produce a value of 10% to 100% which has been sorted according to the recommendation results. 10% is a recommendation result that is not very similar to the input needs and 100% is the most appropriate and accurate recommendation with the input needs. Conclusion: With the use of Natural Language Processing technology, this system can produce more accurate and relevant recommendations. This research is expected to help PT Menara Indonesia in increasing sales

Abstract

program (unreached population) such as clients who visit independent practice health services, clients who seek treatment themselves with alternative medicine or buy drugs at pharmacies that are not in accordance. This study aims to design a model that can help the government in HIV case through counsellors aiming to reduce the spread of the infectious diseases. Methods: The type of research conducted is applied research. This research designed and built a model to help counsellors and clients during the treatment period. The study was conducted in Palu City with a number of samples scattered in 8 Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) clinics . Results: The model developed resulted in an Electronic HIV Control and Counselling Care (E-HC3) application that can help counsellors dealing with large numbers of clients and are private. Applications built have three levels, in which the first level is as a super admin (government), the second level is an admin (counsellor) and level three is the client . Conclusion This app is very helpful for counseling HIV-AIDS counselors and clients based on application testing. It is known that the E-VCT application counselor's assessment of the total percentage value of the five variables tested was 80.10% with a very good acceptance rate from the user of the E-VCT Application.

Abstract

Introduction: Poverty is a global problem that is often associated with needs, difficulties, and shortages in various life circumstances. The problem that occurs in Bahodopi District, Morowali Regency where there are often problems in determining the recipients of this assistance, because it still uses subjective assessments, based on manual calculations and there is still a lot of assistance aimed at poor families and not on target. Method: Researchers conducted research with the ELECTRE method of completion based on ranking and influenced by many criteria such as Employment, Number of Dependents, Income, House Condition, and House Status. For each alternative that determines the decision by ranking the best alternative. Result and Discussion: Based on testing on this system using two tests, namely black box testing and Beta Testing. In the Blackbox testing that the author did, the results showed that each function of the components in the system had run well and correctly. In the beta testing, the author conducted a questionnaire distribution process to five respondents in the aid recipient sector who would use the application to provide an assessment of the system and 30 people in the community. Based on the questionnaire, it will be obtained how accurate or suitable it is for the system that has been created Conclusion: This system was created to facilitate decision-making in selecting poor families as recipients of government assistance so that the sub-district office can make decisions correctly with computerized data.

Abstract

Introduction: Eye disease, especially in adolescents, has various symptoms. Currently, most adolescents pay little attention to the condition of the eyes. The assumption circulating in society is that the disease will heal on its own without the need for medical treatment. As a result, many adolescents experience delays in treatment. Method: This method is used because forward chaining uses a search value or reasoning that starts from facts to get conclusions from these facts to assume the degree of confidence of an expert. The data in this study are data on symptoms and eye types in adolescents aged 12-15 years obtained through interviews with experts at the Smec Palu eye clinic. This study uses 3 tests namely Alpha testing, beta testing, and accuracy testing. Results and Discussion: System testing is done through alpha testing, beta testing, and accuracy testing. Alpha testing shows that the system components function as expected. Beta testing uses a questionnaire that produces a percentage of 86% for System Quality, 86% for Information Quality, and 88% for User Satisfaction. Accuracy testing shows that the system has 100% accuracy because all test data matches the results of expert analysis. This shows that the system has very good accuracy. Conclusion: Expert system testing to diagnose eye diseases in adolescents aged 12-15 years with the forward chaining method shows positive results. Alpha testing ensures that all features function properly, while beta testing gives a score of 86% for System and Information Quality, and 88% for User Satisfaction. Accuracy testing showed 100% results. This system is effective for diagnosing eye diseases based on symptoms.
