Abstract

Abstrak. Audit adalah suatu proses sistematis yang mendapatkan dan mengevaluasi perihal tindakan untuk memastikan kesamaan antara tindakan tersebut dan ketetapan yang telah ada. Dalam prosesnya audit sistem informasi dilakukan dengan cara pengujian terhadap sistem yang ada dalam organisasi dengan tujuan untuk menilai apakah aplikasi/sistem telah berjalan sebagaimana tujuan awal pembangunan. Objek penelitian audit yang digunakan ialah sistem informasi penyelesaian perkara (SIMPEL Banding) dengan menggunakan domain APO, DSS, MEA dengan detail sub domain APO 11 (Manage Quality), APO 12 (Manage Risk), DSS 01 (Manage Operations), DSS 03 (Manage Problem), MEA 3(Monitor, Evaluate and assest Performance and Conformance) pada framework cobit 5. Dari hasil penelitian SIMPEL Banding berada pada tingkat kapabilitas level 4 (Predictible Process) Proses sekarang beroperasi dalam batas yang ditentukan untuk dengan performa yang baik. Namun dalam mengimplementasikan SIMPEL Banding belum menggunakan prosedur yang terstruktur sesuai standar tata kelola IT berdasarkan framework COBIT 5 dan kurangnya dokumen dan efektifitas manajemen dalam mengatur tata kelola IT pada sistem. Oleh karena itu rekomendasi dari hasil audit dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan oleh pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan sistem tata kelola TI dari SIMPEL BandingAbstrak. Abstract

Schistosomiasis is declared by the World Health Organization as a neglected tropical disease. In Indonesia, schistosomiasis is endemic in three regions of Central Sulawesi. In 2022, the schistosomiasis prevalence rate in humans was 1.44%, far from the government's target of 0% prevalence in humans, snails, and mammals by 2025. The role of technology is to identify O.hupensis Lindoensis snails as schistosomiasis hosts among snails in schistosomiasis endemic areas. This system can make it easier for people to recognize O.hupensis Lindoensis snails and can speed up the identification process and reduce survey costs for officers. The identification system is made with digital image processing techniques using the CNN algorithm with Mobile Net architecture. Model updating in the form of 4 classes with 1200 image data. The results of training accuracy of 93% and validation accuracy of 87% were obtained. The training loss function is 0.17, and the validation loss is 0.33

Abstract

Blood donation is an important activity in the medical world that requires efficient coordination between donors and recipients of blood donations so that blood needs are met. However, the blood donation process still needs to be improved because of the lack of donors and the difficulty of blood recipients to find donors. Using this problem, researchers designed and developed a web application that utilizes ReactJS as a frontend Library and ExpressJS as a backend framework. This application will help donors to register, make donor appointments, and access information related to blood donor activities. Admins can use this application to manage information and send notifications to donors. This research system development method needs analysis, system design, application implementation, and testing and evaluation. This research uses two tests, namely Blackbox and a questionnaire. The result of this research is an application system named Badonordarah that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the blood donor service process in Palu City and make it easier for donors and blood recipients to interact

Abstract

Membanjirnya konten yang diakses oleh civitas akademika di lingkungan kampus menuntut kinerja jaringan yang handal, terutama dalam menangani beban trafik data yang tinggi. Seringkali yang terjadi adalah ketika beban trafik data meningkat, kualitas layanan data yang dapat diberikan akan menurun. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak buruk, terutama layanan komunikasi yang membutuhkan kehandalan tinggi seperti layanan VoIP atau video conference. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu diterapkan suatu metode antrian data yang mampu mengatur distribusi beban lalu lintas data secara efektif dan mampu bekerja dengan baik di segala kondisi beban lalu lintas. Penelitian ini akan mensimulasikan jaringan komputer lokal yang berada di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Tadulako menggunakan tiga jenis metode antrian trafik data yaitu First In First Out (FIFO), Priorityt Queuing (PQ), dan Weighted Fair Queuing (WFQ) dimana tiga protokol akan diuji untuk mengelola tiga jenis layanan yang sering digunakan, antara lain layanan konferensi video, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), dan Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) dalam kondisi beban trafik tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode PQ memiliki keunggulan dalam menangani beban trafik data yang tinggi.

Abstract

Introduction: The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province has the task of supervising and fostering the implementation of government such as conducting audits, evaluations, reviews, and monitoring. The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province built a system for fostering Regional Apparatus Organizations called the E- E-Monitoring system. However, the files uploaded by the Regional Device Organization have not been encrypted in this system, so this study aims to use the RSA-AES algorithm in the E-Pengawasan system to increase system security. Method: The process that occurs in the RSA-AES algorithm is that the RSA key is used to encrypt the AES key and the AES key is used to encrypt and decrypt the file. Results and Discussion: The test results used are the black box testing method and also usability testing. Black box testing is used to test whether the functions on the system are running smoothly or not and usability testing is used to test efficiency in encryption and decryption based on file size. Conclusion: Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the amount of time used to encrypt files with a file size of 1MB - 50MB was 0.182 - 0.393 seconds. The test results for decryption were found with a file size of 1MB - 50MB, namely 0.050 - 0.148 seconds.

Abstract

Introduction: Sales of training products often encounter difficulties in providing the right recommendations according to customer needs and preferences. This research aims to develop a Content-Based Filtering-based recommendation system to address this challenge, especially for PT Menara Indonesia. Method: This research focuses on the Cosine Similarity algorithm, this research designs and implements the model through Django's REST API and Streamlit's Dashboard Website. The data used consists of tabular data that includes company profiles and product models. The Content-Based Filtering method is used to improve sales efficiency and support marketing strategies. Results and Discussion: The results show that the implementation of the Cosine Similarity algorithm provides training product recommendations that are suitable and relevant to customer needs. The suitability and relevance of the recommendation results are marked by the similarity between the two items that have been combined to produce a value of 10% to 100% which has been sorted according to the recommendation results. 10% is a recommendation result that is not very similar to the input needs and 100% is the most appropriate and accurate recommendation with the input needs. Conclusion: With the use of Natural Language Processing technology, this system can produce more accurate and relevant recommendations. This research is expected to help PT Menara Indonesia in increasing sales

Abstract

The attendance system is an important thing that is used to assess employee performance. Currently, many companies or organizations have developed attendance systems, but there are still many organizations that have not optimized attendance with a reliable system. This happens at the Palu City Tourism Office, where attendance still uses manual recording in album books. Many problems occur with the manual attendance process, so it is necessary to create an attendance system. This research aims to help the Palu City Tourism Office for attendance management by using face recognition technology using the Single Shot Detector (SSD) algorithm. The system development model uses Waterfall. This research uses 20 different facial poses with four people each with 5 poses. This research uses javascript programming language, Next JS framework, tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL database, and face-api.js library. Tests carried out with blackbox results all features on the system function properly then based on the results of face detection testing, the test results obtained that the Single Shot Detector algorithm can detect facial images recorded on the camera quickly and accurately in medium and bright lighting with a distance of 40-80 cm.  The result of this research is a system that can recognize faces well by matching the training data image with the face image recorded on the camera in realtime

Abstract

Warehouse stock management is very important for the sustainability of a business, especially building stores that have a lot of goods. Many problems occur in the absence of stock information management in a business. This happens at Pelita Building Store which has a lot of goods so it is very difficult for the owner to decide which items to stock based on priority. This study aims to help business owners to carry out stock management by comparing two inventory methods, namely the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Min-Max methods. The comparison is carried out with the aim of determining the most optimal method that can be used for stock management in the building shop business case. This research uses a system development method by adopting the prototype method. This research was tested by conducting blackbox and accuracy testing. The results of this study based on blackbox testing stated that the features in the application function properly and can be used for stock management. In addition to black box testing, accuracy testing is also carried out. Accuracy testing is done by comparing the data from the information system calculation with the data from the manual calculation. After comparison, an accuracy of 100% is obtained, thus it can be concluded that this application can be used to help shop owners determine priority stock and the most accurate method is to use the EOQ method

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health problem, especially among under-fives, which can cause serious short- and long-term impacts. Efforts to tackle stunting in Indonesia involve national strategies and development priorities. Therefore, this study aims to compare the performance of machine learning regression algorithms in predicting stunting prevalence in Indonesia. The data collected is secondary data. The data collection was done carefully, taking explicit details regarding the source, scope, extent, and analysis of the dataset, and using a careful sampling methodology. The model evaluation results show that the Random Forest Regression algorithm has the best performance, with a success rate of 90.537%. The application of this model to the new dataset shows that East Nusa Tenggara province has the highest percentage of stunting at 31.85%, while Bali has the lowest percentage at 12.07%. Visualization of the dashboard using Tableau provides a clear picture of the distribution of stunting in Indonesia. In conclusion, this research contributes to the development of science, especially in the field of machine learning and public health, and provides policy recommendations for tackling stunting in Indonesia.
