Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to produce economics teaching materials in PBL financial services institution through interactive videos assisted by google site that are valid, pratical, and can stimulate critical thinking skills. The development model used is 4D, which consists of several stages: definition, design, development and deployment, but development is done up to the product development stage. The subjects of the study were students of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. The validity of this study lies in the materials, questions and media validation results used to determine the feasibility of the product. Instead, research methods of student survey results are used to determine the usefulness of a product and student response results are used to stimulate students ’critical thinking skills. The results showed that the LKPD developed was valid based on materials, questions and media validators, with high results in the “highly efficient” category. And the practicality of the student answer questionnaire, which gave high results in the category of "very practical". On the other hand, the results of student responses showed high values in the “High” category. The developed LKPD is available to stimulate students' critical thinking skills. Keywords : Student Worksheets, problem-based learning, Interactive Videos, Critical Thinking

Abstract

Pelatihan Penulisan Proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan kepada para guru MGMP IPS SMP Lamongan yang bertempat pada SMPN 1 Lamongan, Jl. Ki Sarmidi Mangun Sarkara, Kelurahan Jetis, Kecamatan Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Tujuan Pelatihan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk (1) memberikan penyampaian materi pada guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), (2) memberikan penugasan penyusunan proposal pada guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), (3) memberikan pendampingan pada guru tentang telaah proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang telah dibuat oleh guru. Pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari tahapan: 1) pemberian materi pelatihan terdiri: Hakekat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Anatomi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Metodologi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Grand Teori/ Kajian Teori dan Empirik, Penulisan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) oleh peserta; 2) Penyusunan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) oleh peserta; 3) Telaah proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).

Abstract

The low ability of problem solving and critical thinking is that Indonesian students only master questions with characteristics that are routine and simple, students have not been able to analyze problems that are more complex and problem solving. Evidenced by data from the East Java Education Office as much as 78.88% of the high school and vocational school national exam scores below 55. The purpose of this Community Service Training is to provide training on the preparation of HOTs-based evaluation tools through the use of Android Education games. The dedication partner is MGMP teacher in Magetan Regency. The methods used include lectures, practice, discussion and question and answer. PKM was held on 3 August 2019 at SMAN 3 Magetan attended by 16 participants. The advantages in this Android-based application game, the teacher is not preoccupied in calculating the score of students' learning outcomes because the application can display the value of each student automatically. Teachers do not need to worry about student cheating when implementing this application, because when using the application students must log in first and this application is one application one account. The level of understanding of teachers about the practice of Android-based application games after attending training is 73 out of a score of 100. From the results of the post-test, shows the level of teacher's understanding of the practice of Android-based application games is quite sufficient. Keywords: training, application game based on android

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital khususnya pada kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kecemasan siswa sering terjadi pada saat kegiatan evaluasi berlangsung sehingga nilai hasil belajar tidak maksimal.  SMA Lab. School merupakan sekolah dengan fasilitas memadai dan salah satu sekolah yang masuk dalam Sekolah Penggerak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu antara lain identifikasi masalah mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pendampingan dan hasil produk pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan guru di sekolah melalui penggunaan evaluasi digital pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 13 – 20 Agustis 2022. Implikasinya adalah Dukungan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai salah satu kekuatan hasil pengabdian ini nantinya dapat diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Sekolah sebagai bagian dari Program sekolah Penggerak dapat mewujudkan tuntutan program, yaitu Digitalisasi sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pendidikan dan gender gap merupakan sebuah kondisi ketidaksetaraan diperolehnya pendidikan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Ketimpangan pendidikan dan gender gap dipicu oleh sebab-sebab tertentu yang disebut determinan ketimpangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketimpangan pendidikan, gender gap dan pengaruh ketimpangan gender terhadap ketimpangan pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Berjenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional berlandaskan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika bidang pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2019 melalui analisis regresi linier menggunakan SPSS 16. Berdasarkan perhitungan indeks gini pendidikan, hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa seluruh kabupaten/kota memiliki ketimpangan pendidikan rendah hingga sangat rendah, yaitu Kabupaten Sumenep 0,3025 dan Kota Madiun 0,1961. Seluruh kabupaten/kota memiliki ketimpangan pendidikan berdasarkan gender tingkat rendah, yaitu Kabupaten Sampang 0,1355 dan Kota Surabaya 0,0108. Pengaruh gender gap terhadap ketimpangan pendidikan positif secara signifikan bernilai 0,00 dengan R Square 0,64. Artinya, ketimpangan pendidikan dan gender gap di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2019 berkategori rendah. Evaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan perlu dilakukan setiap tahun, sehingga pemerintah dapat menentukan kebijakan yang tepat dalam upaya mengurangi tingkat ketimpangan pendidikan terutama bagi perempuan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial education in family and peers on the financial management behavior of XI IPS class students at SMA Negeri 1 Cerme. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used was purposive sampling a number of students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Cerme, namely 109 students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Testing is done by testing the validity and reliability. The analytical test carried out includes the classical assumption test, the hypothesis test and the coefficient of determination test. The data were processed using IBM Statistics SPSS 25. The results of the research on financial education in family and peers had a positive and significant effect on students' financial management behavior. Financial education in a good family will make students not easily influenced by their peers because children already have a basis in behavior so they can control their financial behavior more.

Abstract

Heutagogy approach is the development of andragogy learning which focuses on students’ self-determined learning. This approach can be used as an alternative for distance learning. To support the learning process, an e-module based on heutagogy is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to create and analyze the effectiveness of E-Module in Mathematics Economic based on the Heutagogy Approach in distance learning. Research design used 4-D model consists of define, design, develop, and desseminate stages. Examining the E-module effectiveness was using experiment research with one group pre-test-post-test design which involved 66 students of Economics Education as participants. Data collection are carried out with questionnaire and analyzed with several test, namely: Kolmogorov-Smirnov Normality Test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test.The results of this study revealed that: 1) E-module of mathematics economic using Heutagogy Approach feasible as learning media, 2) there is an effect of using E-module of Mathematics Economic using Heutagogy Approach for Distance Learning. E-module can increases students learning outcomes and helps them to study independently during distance learning. For future research, it is suggested to analyze another variabels, such as: students’ critical thinking skills and students’ logical- mathematical thinking ability.

Abstract

The lecturer is a profession with two different functions: a teacher and a researcher. Teaching and research activities are inseparable and reciprocal and provide great benefit for lecturers. But, doing those activities simultaneously makes a high workload for the lecturer. This research employed the job demands-resources model to investigate the link between teacher-researcher role conflict and psychological well-being. This research was carried out on 250 lecturers in East Java, coming from three big cities, Surabaya, Malang, and Jember, taken by random sampling. Structural equation modelling was used to examine the research model. The results found that the teacher-researcher role conflict has a significant negative effect on work enthusiasm. On the contrary, the teacher-researcher role conflict has a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion. These findings provide evidence to stakeholders (Universities and The Ministry of Education and Culture) to be more concerned about the dual role that lecturers must carry out as a teacher and a researcher.

Abstract

Sejak awal 1990-an, para peneliti telah mencoba menjelaskan model pertumbuhan endogen kaitannya dengan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), tidak terkecuali di negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian berfokus pada: 1) model pengeluaran penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang dibentuk dalam pertumbuhan endogen di negara berkembang; dan 2) pengaruh pengeluaran penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara berkembang. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur sistematis dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA. Berdasarkan penelusuran literatur, setelah proses penyaringan, hanya 15 artikel yang layak untuk ditinjau lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa model pengeluaran penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang dibangun terutama di negara berkembang berasal dari faktor eksogen, di antaranya adalah subsidi R&D dari pemerintah maupun swasta, impor dari negara-negara industri, R&D industri rendah karbon, dan suhu global. Selanjutnya, terdapat hasil penelitian yang berbeda antara kausalitas variabel pengeluaran penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam model pertumbuhan endogen di negara berkembang.
