Not all pregnancies proceed normally, there are risks or complications that threaten the safety of the mother and fetus, one of which is anemia, a condition where the hemoglobin level is less than 11 grams per deciliter. The risk is that anemia can cause abortion, premature birth, difficulty for the fetus to develop, fetal death in the womb, fetal death at birth, congenital defects, possible infection, and labor bleeding. The aim of this research was to find out whether Ambon banana pudding (Musa Paradisiaca L) and honey had an effect on the hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in Kliet Village, Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. The research design uses a Quasi Experiment (Quasi Experiment) with the approach used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted in Kliet Village, which is located in Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. This research involved 20 pregnant women who were in the second and third trimesters, which lasted from February to April 2024. In this study, ten pregnant women were sampled purposively. using univariate and bivariate analysis and using the Paired Sample T-test statistical test. The study found that pregnant women who consume ambon banana pudding and honey had an average hemoglobin level of 10.1 g/dL before (pretest) and 11.07 g/dL after (posttest), with a P-value of 0.000 (P < 0.05) indicating that the combination had an effect on hemoglobin levels. The study concluded that providing ambon banana pudding (Musa Paradisiaca L) and honey to pregnant women in Kliet Village, Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency improved hemoglobin levels. Abstrak Kehamilan tidak semua berjalan dengan normal, ada risiko atau komplikasi yang mengancam keselamatan ibu dan janin, salah satunya adalah anemia, keadaan di mana kadar hemoglobin kurang dari 11 gram per deciliter. Resikonya, anemia dapat menyebabkan abortus, persalinan prematur, kesulitan untuk janin berkembang, kematian janin dalam kandungan, kematian janin waktu lahir, cacat bawaan, kemungkinan infeksi, dan perdarahan persalinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah puding pisang ambon (Musa Paradisiaca L) dan madu berpengaruh terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil di Desa Kliet, Kecamatan Ranto Peureulak, Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperiment (Eksperimen Semu) dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kliet, yang terletak di Kecamatan Ranto Peureulak, Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 ibu hamil yang berada di trimester II dan III, yang berlangsung dari Februari hingga April 2024. Dalam penelitian ini, sepuluh ibu hamil diambil sampel secara purposive. menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dan menggunakan uji statistik Paired Sample T-test Hasil penelitian rata-rata kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil sebelum (pretest) diberikan puding pisang ambon (Musa Paradisiaca L) dan Madu adalah 10,1 g/dL, dan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil setelah (posttest) diberikan puding pisang ambon (Musa Paradisiaca L) dan Madu adalah 11,07 g/dL, nilai P-value 0,000 (P<0,05) artinya terdapat efektifitas pemberian puding pisang ambon dan madu terhadap kadar hemoglobin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah terdapat efektifitas pemberian puding pisang ambon (Musa Paradisiaca L) dan madu terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Desa Kliet Kecamatan Ranto Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur.
