Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model observasi lingkungan sekolah melalui penulisan narasi, menjelaskan hasil pembelajaran menulis narasi di kelas V SDN Mantingan 5, dan menilai kelebihan dan kelemahan model ini dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi dan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap seluruh siswa kelas 5 SDN Mantingan 5 Mantingan yang berjumlah 17 orang, dianalisis melalui penyambungan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model mencapai persentase hasil observasi dan wawancara sebesar 60% pada Siklus I, meningkat menjadi 80% pada Siklus II. Hasil menulis menunjukkan peningkatan yang optimal, dengan 80% siswa mencapai skor kreativitas ≥ 3 (baik), 100% mencapai skor menulis narasi ≥ 70, dan 80% mencapai skor aktivitas belajar ≥ 3 (baik). Kelebihan model ini antara lain meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, mendorong pembelajaran kreatif, dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan refleksi di kalangan siswa, sedangkan kelemahannya mencakup penerapan yang memakan waktu, penilaian subjektif, dan memberikan tantangan bagi siswa yang kurang mahir dalam menulis.In Grade V of SDN Mantingan 5, a school environmental observation model for narrative writing is implemented. The impact of this model on writing and creative thinking is evaluated in this study. Data from 17 students were gathered through observation, interviews, and recording using Classroom Action Research (CAR), and the results were then examined. The results demonstrate a notable increase, with 80% of students scoring well in narrative writing and strong inventiveness. Advantages encompass improving writing abilities and encouraging teamwork, but disadvantages include time commitment and arbitrary evaluation, creating difficulties for students with lower proficiency levels.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of teaching and the enhancement of anecdotal text writing activities using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model and comic strip media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research, conducted in two stages: Cycle I and Cycle II. Data collection techniques included tests and non-tests. The test technique consisted of the results of anecdotal text writing skills tests, while the non-test technique included student activity data obtained from observations, interviews, and photo documentation. This research employed qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model and comic strip media can improve anecdotal text writing skills. This improvement is evidenced by the average score achieved by students in Cycle I, which was 70.0 (sufficient), while in Cycle II, the average score increased to 81.0 (good). The increase from Cycle I to Cycle II was 10.9 points or 13.5%. Additionally, student activity also showed an improvement in a positive direction. Students were active in the learning process from the beginning to reflection. They were more enthusiastic, motivated, and earnest when participating in learning anecdotal text writing.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain the success of using the fun learning method in improving reading skills in class II Indonesian language learning at SD Negeri Pakah 2 Mantingan Ngawi in the 2023/2024 academic year, describe and explain the success of using word cards in improving reading skills in Indonesian language learning. Class II of Pakah 2 Mantingan Ngawi State Elementary School for the 2023/2024 academic year, and to improve children's learning achievements, especially in Indonesian language lessons. The results of the research showed that the use of fun learning methods and picture word cards in cycle I obtained scores from the initial test until the research was conducted in cycles I and II which increasingly showed improvement from 30.45 to 76. The highest score also increased from 80.95 to 98. So the average also increased from 58.00 then 72.70 and finally to 84.60. The number of students who completed their studies also increased from the first 20.00% in cycle I to 60.00% and at the end of cycle II it became 100% complete. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan keberhasilan penggunaan metode fun learning dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas II SD Negeri pakah 2 Mantingan Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024, mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan keberhasilan penggunaan kartu kata dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas II SD Negeri pakah 2 Mantingan Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 ,dan untuk Meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak terutama pada pelajaran Bahasa  Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode fun learning dan kartu kata bergambar pada siklus I memperoleh nilai dari tes awal sampai diadakan penelitian di siklus I dan II semakin menunjukkan perbaikan dari 30, 45 menuju 76. Nilai tertinggi juga mengalami peningkatan dari 80,95, menuju 98. Sehingga rata rata pun juga meningkat dari 58,00 kemudian 72,70 dan akhirnya menjadi 84,60. Siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar juga semakin banyak dari pertama yang hanya 20,00% di siklus I menjadi 60,00 % dan pada akhir siklus II menjadi 100% tuntas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of demonstration methods with school plan mockup media to improve paragraph writing skills, student learning outcomes, and the obstacles encountered for 3rd grade students at SDN Gunungsari 3. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) involved 9 students, with data collected through tests, non-tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the average student score increased from 59 (pre-cycle) to 70 (Cycle I) and 81 (Cycle II), with 89% of students scoring above the minimum criteria. Obstacles came from infrastructure and other factors.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve fourth-graders' narrative writing skills through a differentiated project-based learning model. A classroom action research involving teachers and 13 students was conducted. Data was collected through interviews, observations, writing tests, and documents. Results showed significant improvement in writing skills after two cycles. Eighty-five percent of students achieved scores above the minimum criteria. The project-based learning model effectively enhanced students' writing abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to explain how Canva is used in education to teach students how to create video presentations that summarize material for Class VI SDN Bangunrejo Kidul 2 Ngawi Regency for the academic year 2023–2024. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research design. Sixteen pupils from class VI—thirteen male and three female—were the participants of this study. Questionnaires, assessments, and observation sheets are used as data collection methods. The present study employs data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as data analysis methodologies. Triangulation techniques are the method used to verify the accuracy of the data in this study. According to the study's findings, two students—or 12%—were in the good category and fourteen students—or 88%—had verygood grades. According to this research, Indonesian language courses can benefit from using the Canva forEducation software,particularly when it comes to summarizing content. Keywords: create material summaries, use Canva for education, and create video presentations Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan penerapan aplikasi canva for education dalam pembelajaran menulis ringkasan materi dalam  bentuk video presentasi Kelas VI SDN Bangunrejo Kidul 2 Kabupaten Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah sebanyak 16 siswa, yang terdiri dari 3 siswa putri dan 13 siswa putra.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, evaluasi, dan lembar angket. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini,  yaitu melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mendapatkannilai dengan kategori sangat baik ada 14 siswa atau 88% dan yang kategori baik ada 2 siswa atau 12%. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Canva for Education dapat diterapkan dalam pelajaran bahasa indonesia terutama meringkas materi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in students' narrative writing abilities and learning activeness of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research with data collected through test techniques, non-test techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 20 people, analyzed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the narrative writing ability of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of learning completion in narrative writing skills from cycle I of 80% with an average class score of 73.75 to 100% in cycle II with an average class score of 79.75. There was an increase in the learning activity of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of complete learning activities from cycle I of 80% to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

Abstract:  This training aims to equip parking attendants in Madiun City to have the attitude and politeness of language while carrying out their duties. This training is crucial because the attitude and politeness of speech play a crucial role in fostering a sense of security, comfort, and respect among vehicle users. The training activities were carried out in 2 stages, namely the material provision stage and the field practice stage. During the material provision stage, participants received information on (1) Regional and Madiun Mayor Parking Management Regulations, (2) Attitude Development, and (3) Language Politeness. Each participant carried out field practice by implementing good attitudes and speaking politely when carrying out parking duties. The training participants were 20 parking attendants in the Madiun City area. The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of the University of PGRI Madiun fully funded this training activity. The training method uses lecture and practice/demonstration methods. The training results show a change in good attitudes and the use of polite language among the training participants. Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para juru parkir di Kota Madiun agar memiliki sikap dan kesantunan berbahasa selama menjalankan tugasnya. Pelatihan ini penting dilakukan karena sikap dan kesantunan berbahasa dalam bertutur sangat penting dalam memberikan rasa aman, nyaman, dan memberikan rasa hormat kepada pengguna kendaraan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui 2 tahap, yaitu tahap pembekalan materi dan tahap praktik di lapangan. Pada tahap pembekalan materi diberikan materi tentang: (1) Peraturan Daerah dan Peraturan Walikota Madiun tentang Pengelolaan Parkir, (2) Pengembangan Sikap, dan (3) Kesantunan berbahasa. Praktik di lapangan dilakukan oleh setiap peserta dengan menerapkan sikap baik dan bertutur dengan santun ketika menjalankan tugas parkir. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 20 juru parkir di wilayah Kota Madiun. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dibiayai sepenuhnya oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas PGRI Madiun. Metode pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik/unjuk kerja. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya perubahan sikap yang baik dan penggunaan bahasa yang santun pada peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to delineate Wiji Thukul's literary praxis as pedagogical content for literary education in tertiary institutions. Pierre Bourdieu's concept of cultural production theory is the theoretical framework employed to elucidate Wiji Thukul's literary practice and its applicability as instructional material in literature studies at universities. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data for this investigation consists of various documents, including articles, journalistic notes, and investigative reports. Drawing from this corpus, the data collection method entails a literature review, while content analysis is the primary data analysis technique. The findings of this study underscore the contemporary relevance of Wiji Thukul's literary praxis, thereby advocating its integration as instructional material for literature studies in universities. This recommendation arises from the observation that current teaching materials for literature studies in higher education predominantly concentrate on literary works as objects of study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikanimplementasi model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat, kemampuan menulis teks narasi imajinatif siswa, dan keunggulan serta kelemahan model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran, yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif.Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan klaster kualitas sekolah, yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Magetan, SMP Negeri 2 Sukomoro, dan SMP Negeri 2 Poncol. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII pada masing-masing sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes menulis teks narasi imajinatif, pedoman observasi, dan panduan wawancara. Jenis sumber data yaitu 3 orang guru matapelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan 6 orang siswa danaktivitas kegiatan pembelajaran menulis teks narasi imajinatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dan analisis model interaktif untuk data kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa guru telah menerapkan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan sintaksnya. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa kemampuan menulis teks narasi imajinatif siswa tergolong baik dengan diterapkannya model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat. Model ini memiliki keunggulan, yaitu dapat mendorong terciptanya suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mengembangkan kreativitas siswa melalui berpikir kritis dan mencipta, sedangkan kelemahan yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan masalah teknis dan prosedural.
