Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and lifestyle on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a total of 210 students. The sample of this research was 138 students with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire containing tests and questionnaires which were distributed via the Google form and the data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done by partial significant test and simultaneous test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that economic literacy had a significant negative effect on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu, lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu, economic literacy and lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying behavior of students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to explain how social media is used in marketing micro business products and to find out whether social media has an impact on the development of micro businesses. This research uses this type of qualitative descriptive research using a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological method seeks to understand the meaning of events and their relationship to people in certain situations. Based on the results of research on the use of social media in marketing MSME products, Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, it can be seen that micro businesses in Simpang Baru Village use Instagram and WhatsApp social media in marketing or promoting their products. They use social media by uploading photos and videos by editing them through the application and then uploading them with words that attract customers. Apart from that, micro businesses also rent or utilize well-known social media accounts to promote products and goods so that their products are known to many people. However, from the use of social media, the language used is not good and correct and in terms of business premises there are still many buyers who do not get a seat. The existence of social media has a positive impact on micro businesses to expand product marketing. The existence of social media provides convenience and good benefits for increasing customers and also increasing income. However, when using social media you must also be consistent so that your business becomes better known and grows. If it is not consistent, what will happen is a decrease in income.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0, pendidikan harus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Sejalan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan perubahan paradigma dalam pembelajaran, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendorong inovasi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi pendidikan yang mutakhir. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang dalam pendidikan adalah Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis AR dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi serta mengeksplorasi spesifikasi fitur AR yang relevan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan design thinking, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: empathize, define, dan ideate. Tahap define dan ideate diformulasikan menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan siswa dan guru ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa dan guru membutuhkan AR sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan pemahaman terhadap konsep ekonomi yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis AR memiliki potensi signifikan dalam mendukung pendidikan ekonomi. Pengembangan AR perlu mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pengguna, integrasi dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional, serta solusi terhadap kendala teknis yang ada. Kata Kunci: Design thinking; Value co-creation; Mata pelajaran ekonomi; Sekolah.   Abstract In the era of Society 5.0 and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, education must adapt to technological advancements to prepare students for future challenges. Aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes a paradigm shift in learning, teachers serve as facilitators who drive innovation and integrate cutting-edge educational technology. One of the emerging technologies in education is Augmented Reality (AR). This study aims to identify the needs of students and teachers for AR-based learning media in economics and to explore the relevant AR feature specifications to support the learning process. This study employs a design thinking approach, which consists of three main stages: empathize, define, and ideate. The define and ideate stages are formulated using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Data were collected through observations participant and semi-structure interviews with students and economics teachers. The findings reveal that the majority of students and teachers require AR as a learning medium to enhance interactivity and understanding of complex economic concepts. This study concludes that AR-based learning media have significant potential in supporting economics education. AR development should consider user needs, integration with conventional teaching methods, and solutions to existing technical constraints. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan pada SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru Kelas XII Mata Pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 86 peserta didik menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner, selanjutnya dianalisis deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan praktik kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Hasil uji t pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 0,05 nilai t hitung 11,899 t table 1,988. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 62,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa output setelah mengikuti praktik kewirausahaan tidak hanya memperoleh capaian hasil belajar akan tetapi mampu memotivasi peserta didik untuk berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensitas akses media sosial TikTok terhadap perilaku konsumtif produk fesyen. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Riau yang berjumlah 35,388 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 397 berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi liniear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, intensitas akses media sosial TikTok berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan perilaku konsumtif berada pada kategori sedang. Intensitas akses media sosial Tiktok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif produk fesyen pada mahasiswa Universitas Riau, meskipun tingkat intensitas akses media sosial TikTok berada pada kategori rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya faktor lain selain intensitas akses media sosial TikTok yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif produk fesyen pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Background: Collaboration plays a very important role in fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, unlike rural areas, which have constraints compared to urban areas and require special efforts to accelerate their economies.Purpose: This paper aims to explore how actors collaborate to create a prosperous entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural areas.Design/methodology/approach: We conducted a case study of Koto Mesjid Village, Indonesia, which involved collaboration between academics, government, business, and the community. Our research method involved content analysis of recorded academic reports regarding the case, using a systematic coding technique based on fundamental categories identified through a proposed model. The aim is to elucidate the relational dynamics among the ecosystem's actors, values, co-creation, and objectives.Findings/result: Our findings highlight the exchange of resources between the actors produced value that reformed the condition of rural entrepreneurial ecosystem. Collaboration led to densification and diversification of the ecosystem's resources, which in turn allowed its actors to discover new opportunities and increase their success in exploiting them. Conclusion: Building networks has the critical role to exchange knowledge in nurturing rural entrepreneurship. Policy makers can facilitate such networks to develop villages and promote regional economic growth.Originality/value: This study contributes to the conversation of service-dominant logic in the regional economic context by demonstrating that the co-creation of collective values is achievable and crucial for developing a thriving rural entrepreneurial ecosystem. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' socio-economic conditions on the motivation to continue the education of high school students Negeri 3 Tapung Hulu.This research uses descriptive research with a Quantitative approach. The population was 550 students from grades X-XII. Using simple random sampling technique and the slovin formula, the sample size was 85 students and the data was obtained using a questionnaire.analysis of the effect of parents' socioeconomic conditions on motivation to continue education using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that most parents had low or very low socioeconomic levels, which had a significant impact on the living conditions and development of their children. The level of student motivation is in the medium and high categories. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that parents' socioeconomics has a positive and significant influence on the variable of students' motivation to continue their education. Thus, parents' socioeconomic conditions have a positive impact on students' motivation to continue their education, and this is in accordance with the view that families with a good socioeconomic background can support their children's education. Conversely, families with poor socioeconomic backgrounds are more likely to carefully consider their children's education because they are more focused on the needs of their lives.
