Abstract

This research was appointed based on sales data between Pamella companies higher than Sari Asih companies. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze 1) Respondents 'responses regarding marketing strategies, marketing mix, and marketing performance of Pamella and Sari Asih sticky rice tapes, 2) Respondents' responses regarding marketing strategies and appropriate marketing mix to improve marketing performance on Pamella sticky tape and Sari Asih. 3) Significant differences between marketing strategy, marketing mix and marketing performance of the Pamella sticky tape company and Sari Asih sticky tape. The research method used in this research is descriptive and comparative methods, with comparative data analysis techniques. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the marketing strategy, marketing mix and marketing performance there are significant differences between Pamella and Sari Asih companies.

Abstract

Tourism is a type of business in the service sector. As a business, it requires the formulation of an appropriate marketing strategy to ensure its sustainability. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Mekarbuana Tourism to increase visitor interest. The study was conducted with Mekarbuana Tourism managers, using descriptive qualitative research through a SWOT analysis. The results showed that Mekarbuana Tourism's marketing strategy needs to be developed using a diversification strategy through various programs and policies such as digital promotion, training and mentoring for managers in developing tourism products, and developing educational tourism. Cooperation between institutions is also necessary for the strategy to be implemented effectively. Mekarbuana Tourism managers need a joint commitment with tourism awareness groups, village officials, and the Karawang Regency government to support their efforts to increase visitor interest.

Abstract

his Community Service Program aims to build a sustainable food ecosystem in Karawang Regency through the integration of product innovation and the utilization of e-commerce. The main focus of the activity is to increase the capacity of micro and small business actors in processing black glutinous rice into peuyeum (a typical fermented food) with hygienic production techniques, attractive packaging, and flavor variations according to market trends. In addition, this program provides digital marketing training to expand marketing access through platforms such as social media and e-commerce. The implementation method includes field surveys, product innovation training, technical assistance, and the preparation of practical guidebooks. Survey results show two main challenges: the low added value of local products due to a lack of innovation and limited digital literacy among farmers. The implemented solutions succeeded in improving participants' skills in peuyeum processing and the use of digital marketing technology, with outcomes in the form of increased product competitiveness, market network expansion, and increased business income. Long-term impacts are seen in economic transformation based on collaboration between stakeholders and technology adoption that supports business sustainability Keywords : sustainable food ecosystem, product innovation, e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination image on visitor satisfaction in tourist villages in Ciamis Regency and Pangandaran Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyze using a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS. The results showed that destination image had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with the Social Setting and Environment dimension having the greatest effect, while Natural and Cultural Resources had the least effect. These findings contribute to the development of academic studies on tourism and provide practical input for managers and local governments in improving destination quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as a mediating variable on Wuling brand car consumers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory design. The sampling process uses accidental sampling, namely a sample determination technique based on respondents who are accidentally met by researchers and meet the criteria as research respondents with a sample size of 297 respondents and analyzed using covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of LISREL 8.8 software. The analysis includes testing the measurement model (validity and reliability) and the structural model to test the direct effect of promotions on purchase interest and the mediating effect of purchase interest on the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The method used was an explanatory quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5. The analysis results showed that promotion had a direct, positive and significant effect on purchase intention, promotion also had a direct effect on purchase decisions, and purchase intention mediated the effect of promotion on purchase decisions. Abstract

This research is conducted as a continuation of previous research and is part of a broader investigation into leadership and city image. Previous studies have demonstrated that leadership has an impact on the image of a city through community commitment. Community commitment, in turn, can enhance the image of Bandung as a creative city. Therefore, this study examines the factors of transformational leadership that promote creative behavior in society, thereby strengthening Bandung's image as a creative city. The study involved a sample of 222 individuals who completed 250 questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SEM Lisrel. The results indicate that creative behavior can positively influence the image of Bandung city. Additionally, leaders must inspire the community to embrace creativity. The research implications and recommendations for future studies are discussed in the following section.
