Abstract

Kecamatan Sintang merupakan salah satu wilayah timur Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang masih mengalami banyak kendala dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pola interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran Ekonomi perspektif guru pengampu mata pelajaran Ekonomi serta siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Di Kecamatan sintang yang terdiri dari 12 sekolah.  Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif dengan bentuk survei serta disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta angket untuk memperoleh informasi terkait pengalaman siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Ekonomi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran yang biasa digunakan oleh guru Ekonomi Se-Kecamatan Sintang yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi kelompok dengan pola interaksi satu arah, dua arah, tiga arah dan pola interaksi banyak arah hanya ditemukan pada salah satu subjek penelitian. Sedangkan hasil angket siswa menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa lebih menyukai apabila guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi dengan pola interaksi  banyak arah.

Abstract

The success of education, whose main goal is to increase human resources, is influenced by various factors. Factors that influence participation in this success are the teacher's ability to carry out and utilize assessments, evaluation processes and learning outcomes. The development of LKPD is part of printed teaching materials which serve as a guide, complement or means of supporting the implementation of learning plans in the form of worksheets containing material, summaries and instructions for implementing learning tasks that must be carried out by students, including solving and solving activities. problems through experimentation. This research uses research and development methods. This research design uses a 4-D development model, namely defining, designing, developing, disseminating. Research instruments include observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. Analysis of the resulting data is processed using descriptive percentages. From this research, it can be concluded that the LKPD based on Local Economic Empowerment that was developed is suitable for use for social studies learning, namely at SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang, SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang and SMP Negeri 1 Sintang 86% are in the very appropriate category. The percentage of student responses in the very interested category was 65,71% and teacher responses in the very interested category were 83,33%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the condition of the students based on the interview of the researcher with the Integrated IPS subject teacher who said the students are very passive when in the classroom and the creativity of the students is very low in fact the result of a learning is how students can apply learning in everyday life and students can enjoy learning while playing so that learning is not monotonous. The research approach used is qualitative approach and the method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with form of Class Action Research (PTK). Subjects in this study were students of class VIII State Junior High School 3 Belimbing Hulu which amounted to 31 people consisting of 19 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, measurement techniques, direct communication techniques and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques using percentage analysis techniques. This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles. The first cycle of classical completeness only reached 32.25%. While the second cycle of classical completeness reached 83.87%. Thus, an increase in student learning creativity is expressed through the test results of 51.62%. Student response to Role Playing method also shows the category of Very Good.Keywords: Students’ Creativity, Role Playing MethodAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi siswa berdasarkan wawancara peneliti dengan guru mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu yang mengatakan siswa sangat terlihat pasif ketika di kelas dan kreativitas siswa yang sangat rendah pada kenyataannya hasil dari suatu pembelajaran ialah bagimana siswa dapat menerapkan pembelajaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan siswa dapat menikmati belajar sambil bermain sehingga pembelajaran tidak monoton.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Belimbing Hulu yang berjumlah 31 orang terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik pengukuran, teknik komunikasi langsung dan studi dokumenter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis persentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Siklus pertama ketuntasan klasikal hanya mencapai 32,25%. Sedangkan siklus yang kedua ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 83,87%. Dengan demikian, terjadi peningkatan kreativitas belajar siswa yang dinyatakan melalui hasil tes sebesar 51,62%. Respon siswa terhadap metode Role Playing juga menunjukkan kategori Sangat Baik.Kata Kunci: Kreativitas Belajar Siswa, Metode Role Playing

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Financing Procedure on Financing Decision Making at the Regional Development Bank of West Kalimantan, Kcp Syariah, Sintang Branch. This research has a quantitative, descriptive type. The population in this study were customers who applied for funding to the Sintang BPD KCP Syariah. The research sample in this study was 56 respondents. Where all of them are customers who have taken financing at the Sintang Syariah KCP BPD both employees and non-employees. The analysis in this study examines how the influence of independent variables is the procedure on the independent variables of customer decisions. Financing procedures have a positive direct effect on Customer Decisions Taking Financing, with py2 coefficient value = 0.341 sig 0,000 at the significance level α = 0.05 Financing Procedure contributes 12.60%. The rest is not examined in this study.Keyword: Financing Procedure, Financing Decision MakingAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Prosedur Pembiayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan Pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Barat Kcp Syariah Cabang Sintang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan berjenis deskriptif. Adapaun populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang mengajukan pembiayaan kepada BPD KCP Syariah Sintang. Jumlah Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden. Dimana semuanya adalah nasabah yang telah mengambil pembiayaan di BPD KCP Syariah Sintang baik pegawai maupun non pegawai. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menguji bagaimana pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas yakni prosedur terhadap variabel bebas keputusan nasabah. Prosedur Pembiayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Mengambil Pembiayaan, dengan nilai koefisien py2= 0,341 sig 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 Prosedur Pembiayaan memberikan kontribusi  sebesar 12,60%. Sisanya tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniKata Kunci: Prosedur Pembiayaan, Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan

Abstract

Abstrack: The general problem in this research is the result of students' learning on the less satisfactory IPS lesson proved still much under KKM. This is because in the process of learning the use of models and methods that are less varied by the subject of IPS Teacher so that students are less motivated to learn. The research method used is qualitative research method descriptive approach, with the form of research is Research Action class (PTK). The results showed that the implementation of learning using STAD model to improve the learning outcomes of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai run smoothly and have good impact on student learning activities in class. The results of students' learning subjects IPS Integrated experience increased. The test results obtained the average value on the first cycle of 83 and increased in cycle II of 94.25. Increasing the average grade value is accompanied by an increase to classical kentuntasan namely cycle I of 68.18% which increased 100%. So there is an increase in class average value of 11.25 and the percentage of classical up to 25%. Furthermore, student response is very good to the implementation of STAD learning model. Students express pleasure, and motivated learning by STAD learning model. Suggestions for teachers to be able to develop STAD learning models on other materials.Keyword: STAD Model Improves Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kurang memuaskan terbukti masih banyak di bawah KKM. Hal ini karenakan dalam proses pembelajaran penggunaan model dan metode yang kurang bervariatif oleh Guru mata pelajaran IPS sehingga siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Model STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai berjalan dengan lancar dan berdampak baik terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dikelas. Hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu mengalami peningkatan. Hasil tes diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 83 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 94,25. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas disertai dengan peningkatan ke kentuntasan klasikal yaitu siklus I sebesar 68,18% yang meningkat 100%. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 11,25 dan persentase klasikal hingga 25%. Selanjutnya respon siswa sangat baik terhadap pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD. Siswa menyatakan rasa senang, dan termotivasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD. Saran bagi guru agar dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran STAD pada materi lainnya.Kata kunci : Model STAD Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine locus of control and entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, and the influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship among STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students.  The method used in this research is quantitative and the form of this research is multiple regression.  The population in this study were 790 students who had taken entrepreneurship education courses.  The sample used was 100 students.  The results showed that locus of control in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability value of 0.000001 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (5%), which means it was in the low category, while entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability value  of 0.094144 is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (5%) which means it is in the high category.  There is a significant influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students with r2 = 0.495454 or 49.5% and the significance level of the locus of control variable is 0.0000 <0.05 and the significance level of entrepreneurship education is  0.0003 <0.05 with the condition that tcount > ttable, namely locus of control of 4.955023 > 1.98 and entrepreneurship education of 3.797132 > 1.98.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that locus of control and entrepreneurship education have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulitiwa Sintang students.

Abstract

Abstract:  This research is motivated by the low interest and learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Dedai. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the form of classroom action research. The research subjects were students of eight class Middle School. The research instruments used were questions about tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study were obtained as follows: (1) the average value of the first cycle was 59 with classical completeness of 57% category less (2) the average value of the second cycle was 76.52 with 75% classical completeness in the very good category, (3 ) the average value of the third cycle is 89.28 with 100% classical completeness in the excellent category (4) the questionnaire results of students' interest shows the average questionnaire of the first cycle is 64.98% enough category, the second cycle has increased by 70.78% good category and in the third cycle learning interest reached 90.11%. Thus, it was concluded that the use of snowball throwing models assisted by visual media increased the interest and learning outcomes of eight class of Dedai Middle School. Keywords: Interest In Learning, Learning Outcomes, Snowball Throwing Models, Visual Media Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Dedai”. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Dedai. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) nilai rata-rata siklus I adalah 59 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 57% kategori kurang sekali (2) nilai rata-rata siklus II adalah 76,52 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 75% kategori amat baik, (3) nilai rata-rata siklus III adalah 89,28 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100% kategori amat baik (4) hasil angket minat siswa menunjukan rata-rata angket siklus I adalah 64,98% kategori cukup, siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 70,78% kategori baik dan pada siklus III minat belajar mencapai 90,11%. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan penggunaan model snowball throwing berbantuan media visual meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Dedai.Kata Kunci : Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Model Snowball Throwing, Media Visual

Abstract

Companies prioritize CSR out of awareness of social and environmental impacts, as well as to meet societal expectations, reduce reputational risks, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. However, decisions related to CSR can be influenced by public share ownership, because public shareholders have different preferences from institutional or majority shareholders. This research aims to determine the influence of GCG practices and public share ownership on CSR disclosure. The research method used is quantitative using a survey approach. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, from 82 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 and 2022, 76 companies were sampled. Multiple linear regression tests and simple linear regression tests are used as data analysis methods. Linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of audit committee size and ownership on all types of CSR, while the composition of public ownership has a significant negative influence. The composition of the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect. These results indicate the need to consider GCG structure and share ownership in an effort to increase Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

Beberapa pertimbangan dari keputusan pengambilan pembiayaan pada bank dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji dan dianalisis lebih jauh untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Pembiayaan Pada BPD Kalimantan Barat KCP Syariah Cabang Sintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini ada pada keputusan pengambilan pembiayaan dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional yang mempelajari pengaruh antara Kualitas Layanan Pembiayaan (X) sebagai variabel bebas terhadap keputusan pengambilan pembiayaan (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi adalah nasabah yang mengajukan pembiayaan kepada BPD Kalimantan Barat KCP Syariah Cabang Sintang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden dimana semuanya adalah nasabah yang telah mengambil pembiayaan di BPD Kalimantan Barat KCP Syariah Cabang Sintang baik pegawai maupun non pegawai. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini angket yang di gunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan jawaban pertanyaan telah di sediakan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien py = 0,518 dengan thitung = 5,543 dan ttabel = 2,00665 atau thitung >ttabel , kemudian nilai signifikansi/probabilitas yang tertera dalam kolom sig. lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Kesimpulan bahwa Kualitas Layanan Pembiayaan berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Mengambil Pembiayaan pada BPD Kalimantan Barat KCP Syariah Cabang Sintang.

Abstract

The preparation of financial reports for small and medium enterprises that are not in accordance with SAK EMKM and the problem of business funding are the main problems for MSMEs. MSMEs when they need funding are asked to present business financial reports, but in reality many umkm have not made these financial reports. This causes limited access for umkm to develop their business. Therefore, this training is conducted to provide knowledge and skills for business actors in recording accounting and preparing financial reports. The recording and preparation process uses the SIAPIK application which has been adjusted to SAK EMKM. The implementation method to improve SIAPIK literacy is divided into several stages, namely socialization, training and training of trainers. The results of this training are that business actors have insight and expertise in preparing financial reports digitally. The implication of this activity is that business actors can control business finances in real time and can develop business. The resulting financial statements are also in accordance with SAK EMKM and are expected to be a means to facilitate business actors to obtain funding. Business actors can also make the right business decisions.
