Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the method used to calculate the selling price and production costs at MSMEs Bakpia 803 Bu Marno. Proper calculation of production costs helps to establish the right selling price to achieve the best level of profit. The company's primary Data used in this study, using a quantitative descriptive approach. The findings showed that the MSME method Bakpia 803 Bu Marno produce production costs of Rp 624/pcs, while the method of full costing produce production costs of Rp 676 / pcs. In the calculation of production costs, MSMEs Bakpia 803 Bu Marno ignored the depreciation costs of equipment and buildings. Bakpia 803 UMKM Bu Marno calculated a total production cost of Rp6, 988, 000. While the full costing method is Rp7, 576, 713. With the company's method, the selling price per box containing 20 bakpia is Rp 25,000, with a profit margin of about 55%. On the other hand, with the method of cost plus pricing the calculated selling price is Rp 19,960 per box containing 20 bakpia.

Abstract

. CV Tunas Karya produces a variety of industrial machinery. This business may be found in Yogyakarta City's Jalan Kaliurang Dsn. Beji, Harjo Binangun, Pakem, Sleman District. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk of workplace accidents in CV. Tunas Karya's production process. The measurement of the effort taken to prevent such mishaps and the amount of risk that accidents would occur throughout the production process are the other goals. The Hazard and Operability Study Method is an engineering technique to find and reduce hazards employed in industrial processes, while the Job Safety Analysis Method seeks to examine current hazards. After using the Job Safety Analysis and Hazard and Operability Study methods to process data on occupational accident risk, the job accident risk ratio was found with a 47% moderate risk category and a 53% low risk category. To prevent the occurrence of potential hazards, the plan recommends the provision of first aid equipment located in the factory and the use of APDs that meet K3 standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji risiko kesehatan akibat lingkungan kerja fisik yang tidak memadai di UMKM pengolahan tepung ikan di Kecamatan Ceper, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Fokus utama penelitian adalah identifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap polusi udara di lingkungan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekurangan ventilasi yang adekuat dan penggunaan peralatan yang tidak standar menyebabkan peningkatan partikel debu di udara, yang berpotensi menyebabkan gangguan pernapasan, iritasi mata, dan penyakit jangka panjang seperti pneumoconiosis. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya optimalisasi lingkungan kerja yang mencakup perbaikan sistem ventilasi dan penggunaan peralatan yang memenuhi standar untuk mengurangi risiko kesehatan pekerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan juga memberikan rekomendasi praktis kepada pemilik usaha untuk mengimplementasikan praktik kerja yang lebih ergonomis dan aman.

Abstract

The development of the automotive world is currently growing rapidly, in achieving the company's goals to produce the quality of products that are in accordance with the customer's expectations. Companies must be able to create products with good quality, so that companies are able to compete in the market and can develop their business. There are many methods that discuss quality with their own characteristics. This study aims to analyze the implementation of production quality spare production of four-wheeled vehicles, especially the component number 5761 at PT Adyawinsa Stamping Industrials. The method applied in this study was the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. A quality control analysis was carried out using ventral statistical tools in the form of checking sheet, histogram, control chart, pareto chart, causal diagrams due to, recording the diagram, and stratification. The results of this study indicate that the product quality at PT Adyawinsa Stamping Industriales is still found in product disability. Main factors that influence product disability include due to human factors, machines, methods, materials, and environment.

Abstract

Tofu Prapto MSMEs are tofu producers who often experience quality problems in the tofu they produce. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the amount of tofu production is 8,400 pcs (100%) and product defects of 1,009 pcs (12%) that occur in Tofu Prapto MSMEs during September 2023.This research will be carried out an analysis of quality control of Tofu defective products in Tofu Prapto MSMEs using the Six Sigma method and Re-Layout Design. By implementing the six sigma method and Re-Layout Design, it is expected to identify defects and provide recommendations for improvement to MSMEs Tahu Prapto.The factor causing the highest defect in the type of dirty tofu defect is caused by there are stations that are too close together such as boiling stations too close to the filtering and printing station in the production process so that dust and dirt from burning wood fuel when The boiling process can stick to the filtering and printing process so that there needs to be a distance between work stations from each other. From the sigma calculation, the average DPMO value is 120119,048 with a sigma value of 2.68 from the sigma calculation results, it can be said that the sigma value is still far from the desired sigma value, which is 6.

Abstract

This study was carried out at PT XYZ, a business involved in the oil and gas sector, located in Indramayu, West Java. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the mental workload existing at PT XYZ by examining the Weight Workload (WWL) values. The research method used is NASA-TLX. The population for this study consists of 10 workers in the Delta 101 Tank Fabrication section at PT XYZ, totaling 10 individuals. Based on the study, the results of the mental workload calculations for the Delta 101 Tank Fabrication mechanics indicated that out of the 10 respondents, 2 mechanics were categorized as having a High workload. These mechanics are Mechanic 3, aged 53, Mechanic 5, aged 50, and Mechanic 8, aged 52, with a score of 90.7, which falls into the Very High category. The lowest score was obtained by Mechanic 7, aged 29, with a score of 77.3, categorized as High. The researcher provides suggestions for improvements that are expected to help the company address existing issues. The proposed improvements include recommending the addition of workforce; having additional personnel could reduce double job responsibilities, ensuring that installation and welding tasks are performed by different mechanics, thus optimizing the Tank Fabrication process.

Abstract

CV Cahaya Setia Mulia is a company engaged in the service and production of sports gloves. June-October 2024 production data, the demand for gloves increased significantly, from 3,850 pcs in May to more than 5,000 pcs, so tailor workers are expected to produce products quickly and do repetitive work for a long time. The chairs used by workers are plastic chairs without backrests. This research uses the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, Anthropometric method, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach. Based on the results of the NBM questionnaire, the complaints felt by 16 workers were obtained, namely that the average worker had the highest complaints in low back pain with an average of 2.1 pain in the right shoulder, pain in the right thigh, pain in the right knee, pain in the right ankle, pain in the right foot with an average value of 1.9, pain in the left knee and pain in the bronze with an average value of 1.8. A QFD approach was applied to ensure the chair design met customer needs. As a result, four key attributes were identified: the chair has a backrest, foam on the backrest and seat, neutral color, and quality material from mahogany wood. Based on Anthropometric calculations from 5 tailor workers, the seat size for the seat width is 49.8 cm, seat height is 35 cm, seat length is 44.2 cm, seat back length is 60.9 and seat elbow base height is 26.9 cm. Sewing chair design using Autodesk Fusion software.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis system perawatan pada mesin produksi yang digunakan oleh CV. Cahaya Setia Mulia dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin jahit dengan focus melakukan perencanaan Total Productive Maintenance yang didukung oleh pendekatan Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Overall Equipment Effectiveness digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dari mesin produksi yaitu mesin jahit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat downtime menjadi hambatan bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan proses produksi karena menurunnya kecepatan dan performa mesin. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya perawaatan pada mesin jahit yang digunakan. Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE menunjukkan bahwa mesin jahit sudah mencapai standar persentase world class yang dianjurkan oleh Japan Institure Of Plant Maintenance. Dari perhitungan Six Big Losses ditemukan bahwa kerugian terbesar yang terjadi adalah defect losses. Terdapat tiga penyebab dari terjadinya kerugian, faktor penyebab tersebut meliputi faktor manusia, metode, dan mesin.

Abstract

In March, CV. Cahaya Setia Mulia produced 2,000 units of gloves. Based on analysis with the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, an OEE value of 53.71% was obtained, which is still below the ideal OEE standard of 85%. The low production effectiveness was mainly caused by Reduce Speed Losses, which contributed 50% to the decline in performance. This problem arose due to a decrease in production speed below the standard caused by delays in the supply of raw materials. To overcome this problem, a raw material inventory management system is needed that can ensure the availability of raw materials in the right amount, at the right time, and at an efficient cost. Based on cost analysis using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, the Lot For Lot (LFL) technique proved to be the most efficient with a total cost of Rp 45,018,000, because it does not involve raw material storage costs. In comparison, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique resulted in a total cost of Rp 76,369,950, while the Period Order Quantity (POQ) technique recorded the highest total cost of Rp 81,860,000. High costs in the POQ method are caused by the storage of raw materials that exceed production needs.

Abstract

The Indonesian coffee market is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the rising popularity of coffee consumption and the take-away culture. Consequently, the demand for practical, eco-friendly, and recyclable packaging is also increasing. The same applies to Homwok Kopi, which prompted this study to develop an optimal design for take-away paper cup packaging using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results revealed that the proposed take-away paper cup packaging will use 350 gsm ivory paper material with dimensions of 59 cm in length, 22 cm in width, and a weight of 20 grams. An innovative locking mechanism for smaller cups will be incorporated to ensure the cups remain stable within the packaging, minimizing spillage during movement. The design features a combination of broken white and blue colors, along with a handle that is comfortable to grip.
