Abstract

Abstract Employees at the Arjasa District Office lack competence, resulting in Arjasa District Office employees often sleeping during working hours so that they are less than optimal in carrying out their work. This study aims to determine the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office. As well as to find out the factors that affect the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office and to find out what can increase the competence of employees at the Arjasa District Office. Methods In this study using a qualitative approach, by means of observation and interviews. This research is located at the Arjasa District Office, Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency. With the increase in employee competence as well as increasing skills and knowledge of the Arjasa District Office employees will have an effect on improving performance. And because the Panisman has not been fully implemented, there are still employees who have not complied with the regulations. And lack of a good attitude resulting in a lack of enthusiasm at work and not complying with regulations in carrying out work and sleeping at work. Keywords: Competence, Arjasa District Office, Employee, performance.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance both in quality and quantity enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. This test aims to test the extent of the influence of resilience, career path and employee skills on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Simultaneously, the variable resilience, career path, and employee skill had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) partially, the resilience variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) the career path variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) employee skill variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the higher the employee performance. On the other hand, the lower the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the lower the employee performance. Keywords : Resiliensi, Career Path, Employee Skill, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah financing on the profitability of case studies at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Malang 2015-2019 period. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables, namely mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah financing. And the dependent variable in this study is profitability which is calculated using the return on asset ratio. Population and sample in this study PT. Bank BRI Syariah Malang. The data collection method used is documentation with reference to the bank's annual financial statements. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the research simultaneously state that the financing of mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, ijarah has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, partially mudharabah financing has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Murabahah and musyarakah financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Job Satisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

AbtractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transactional leadership style on work performance through work discipline, the effect of transformational leadership style on work performance through work discipline. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is path analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of the dengkol village government office, totaling 73 employees.The results of this study indicate that transactional and transformational leadership styles have a significant effect on work discipline, leadership styles have no significant effect on work performance, transformational leadership styles have a significant effect on work performance, work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, work discipline mediates the relationship between transactional leadership styles with work performance, discipline does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and job performance. Keywords: transactional leadership style, transformational, work discipline and work performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorsemet, product quality, and the attractiveness of advertisements on You Tube media on the buying interest of FEB Unisma Malang students. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique obtained 64 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between celebrity endorsements on buying interest, product quality has a significant effect on buying interest, advertising attractiveness has a significant effect on buying interest in FEB Unisma Malang students.  Keywords: Celebrity Endorsemet, Product Quality, Advertising Attractiveness and Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractAll activities, both managerial and operational within the company, are the responsibility of human resources within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of learning, training and certification on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Malang Transmission Implementing Unit. The time of this research will be carried out from January to November 2021. The population used is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang, totaling 145 people. While the size of the research sample amounted to 51 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously the variables of the effectiveness of learning, training and certification have an effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research applied is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018, totaling 565 students. The sample used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) through SPSS 20 tools.The results showed that the price variable had a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. The online customer reviews variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The variable price, product quality and online customer reviews have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at shopee. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions on shopping applications at shopee. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2017 Islamic University of Malang who have made purchases in the shopping application at shopee. The method of data collection used in this study was a questionnaire which was distributed to 80 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The independent variables consist of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image while the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision which is measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, viral marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords : Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image, purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of the application of e-commerce and financial literacy on the performance of creative economy actors in the fashion and craft sub-sector in Bojonegoro. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. Sugiyono's theory, the method used to find the number of samples in this study is to use the Slovin formula and it is known that the number of samples is 85 respondents.To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between E-Commerce and Financial Literacy on the Performance of Creative Economy Actors in the Fashion and Craft Subsectors in Bojonegoro, E-commerce Variables affect the Performance of Actors Creative Economy Creative Economy Actors Fashion and Craft Sub-sector in Bojonegoro, Financial Literacy Variables affect the Performance of Creative Economy Actors Fashion and Craft Sub-sector Creative Economy Actors in Bojonegoro. Keywords: Creative economy performance, E-commerce, Financial Literacy
