This paper examines specifically about improving learning outcomes through learning models. As one of the learning models used the memorization model. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method, with the design of Nonequivalenty Control Group Design. Data collection techniques used observation sheets and objective tests, which were analyzed using normalized gain score calculations. Respondents are students in one of the Vocational Schools. The results of the study show that learning outcomes using the memorization learning model have a high effect on learning outcomes. Thus schools can implement memorization models to improve student learning outcomes.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang peningkatan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran. Sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran yang digunakan model memorization. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen, dengan desain Nonequivalenty Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes objektif, yang dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan skor gain ternormalisasi. Responden adalah siswa disalah satu jarusan SMK. Adapun hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran memorization berpengaruh tinggi terhadap hasil belajar. This study aims to describe the development of the teaching profession, to describe the level of teacher performance, and to determine the influence of teachers' professional development on teacher performance. Core studies focused on the factors that affect the performance of teachers, while the factors examined in this study is the development profaesi teacher. The method used is a survey method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Respondents in this research is the foundation of permanent teachers Vocational High School (SMK) in Bandung, which has 21 teachers. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The results showed: (1)) professional development of teachers are in a category quite effective, and the performance of teachers at a fairly high category; (2) professional development positively affects performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai pengembangan profesi guru, untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kinerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, adapun faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan profaesi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan  data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru tetap yayasan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 21 orang guru. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan  regresi  sederhana. Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan:  (1) )  pengembangan profesi guru berada dalam kategori cukup efektif,dan  kinerja  guru  berada  pada  kategori cukup tinggi; (2)  pengembangan profesi guru  berpengaruh  positif terhadap kinerja.

The problem in this research is the tendency of low quality of production results. This symptom of the low quality of production is thought to arise in the form of consumer dissatisfaction with production or internal quality standards have not been met.Considering the importance of the above problems, between the maintenance of employees with the quality of production results have a strong connection, without the existence of good maintenance will not encourage employees to spend all their abilities for the organization in this case is in producing a good quality product. And vice versa if maintenance can run well will have an impact on improving the quality of production results.The research method used in this study is the survey method. Considering that this research intends to identify the dominant external and internal factors that influence labor maintenance and the quality of production, this research is a verification study, while the method used is descriptive analytic, which is a method to find the relationship between two phenomena.The calculation results obtained that between Maintenance of Workers with Quality of Production Results there is a very close relationship.Meanwhile, based on the results of the significance test, it was found that the quality of production results was influenced by labor maintenance and the rest was influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.From the description above, the writer can conclude that maintenance of labor has a significant relationship to the level of quality of production results.

This study aims to determine how the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning facilities on the learning achievement of class X students in the office administration department, especially on archival subjects. The method used is the explanatory survey method (explanatory survey) with a quantitative approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 44 students as respondents. The theory used in this research is Gagne's learning theory. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the teaching skills of teachers and learning facilities on the learning achievement of Grade X students in the Office Administration Department.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X di jurusan administrasi perkantoran, kuhususnya pada mata pelajaran kearsipan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebarkan kepada 44 orang siswa sebagai responden. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori belajar Gagne. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa adanya pengaruh positif  dan signifikan dari keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X di jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK swasta di Kota Bandung.

Background of the study: The focus of this problem is to be able to find out the effectiveness and impact received from dynamic archive management in the agency, namely in managing general dynamic archive documents; Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of archive management by archive management officers; Method: The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques; Findings: The readiness of the dynamic archive archive instrument 3 in 1 model can be used in dynamic archive management with the implementation of Creation, Use, Maintenance, and Depreciation; Conclusion: The use of 3 in 1 archival instruments has a positive impact and increases effectiveness in archive management.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Virtual Transformational Leadership and Student Creativity on the Effectiveness of Virtual Learning in several universities throughout the city of Bandung. Using surveys and quantitative approaches, the research was conducted on 200 students and 200 lecturers in Bandung. The data were analyzed descriptively with the PLS Structural Equation Model (Garson, 2018). It was found that Virtual Transformational Leadership and Student Creativity positively influence the Effectiveness of Virtual Learning in several universities throughout the city of Bandung. Thus, the transformational leadership style approach used by lecturers was sufficient to encourage the increase in the effectiveness of virtual learning, and the creativity possessed by students greatly encouraged the increase in the effectiveness of virtual learning. This research is expected to impact the implementation of learning in all educational units, which are converted into virtual learning, into an effective and efficient learning implementation amidst the limitations of the existing infrastructure.

Decision-making in the organization always relates to the description of the results of the decisions taken. Therefore, every organization needs a management information system to assist in making various kinds of decisions needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and effectiveness of management information systems on decision-making in the field of archives. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and product correlation moments. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The subjects of this study were 120 administrative employees in the city of Bandung. To support the analysis, this study also carried out a bibliometric analysis to determine trends in research development from information management systems to decision-making. Based on the findings, the quality of the management information system used is in the high category, as well as the effectiveness of decision-making is in the high category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and significance, it can be interpreted that the management information system has a positive and significant effect on decision-making in the field of administration.

This study aims to describe the level of quality leadership effectiveness of the principal, the level of the teacher work commitment, and to find out whether there is an effect of the principal's quality leadership on teacher work commitment. The research method uses explanatory surveys. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The respondents were 105 teachers. The data analysis technique uses simple regression. The results showed that the principal's quality leadership had a significant and significant influence on the teacher's work commitment. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Komunikasi Interpersonal. Digunakan metode penelitian survey eksplanatory untuk memverifikasi pengaruh kedua variabel dengan menyebarkan angket kepada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FPEB) UPI angkatan 2018-2019 dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 303 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Masalahnya mengenai tingkat kinerja pegawai yang belum optimal. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim komunikasi organisasi, gambaran tingkat kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bappelitbangda Kabupaten Purwakarta. Menerapkan metode survey dengan kuesioner/angket dalam skala likerts. Terdapat 40 orang pegawai sebagai populasi. Hasilnya, gambaran iklim komunikasi organisasi berada pada rentang 4,59 dengan arti kategori sangat baik/sangat kondusif, serta gambaran tingkat kinerja pegawai berada pada rentang 4,50 dengan arti kategori sangat tinggi. Alhasil, kinerja pegawai pada Bappelitbangda Kabupaten Purwakarta terimbas positif oleh iklim komunikasi organisasi.
