Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning discipline and school environment to learning achievement of X MPLB Student in SMKN 3 Bandung. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey with the questionnaire distributed to the amount of 130 students which are analyzed with descriptive and inferential technique. The result showed by multiple regression regression, the learning discipline and school environment significantly influence the learning achievement of student with the value of influence 73,7% simultaneously.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yakni mengenai kualitas arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam segi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural. Masalah ini penting untuk dikaji agar dapat mendukung pengelolaan kearsipan dilaksanakan dengan optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperolah melalui penyebaran angket kepada 62 responden yatitu arsiparis/pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas UPI. Dengan analisis data secara deskriptif dan analisis inferensial mengunakan Uji One-Way Anova. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kompetensi kearsipan pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia pada kategori cukup kompeten, dan diketahui terdapat perbedaan tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas UPI.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and organizational communication on job satisfaction, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating factor in the educational context. A quantitative method was employed through a structured survey involving employees in an education-related industrial organization. The analysis was conducted using SPSS to test direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that both HRIS and communication significantly enhance job satisfaction, and this effect is further strengthened when organizational commitment is present. Because HRIS improves transparency and communication fosters engagement, employees feel more aligned with organizational goals, increasing satisfaction. These findings provide insights for educational institutions and human resource managers seeking to implement data-driven and participatory systems in line with SDG 8, which promotes decent work and economic growth through inclusive workplace strategies.

Abstract

The digital transformation in information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly influenced archive management in educational institutions. This study aims to explore how electronic archive systems are optimized to improve administrative efficiency and educational governance. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the paper analyzes the concepts, systems, and legal aspects of electronic archive implementation. The findings reveal that institutions are shifting from manual to digital systems, leading to improved accessibility, transparency, and sustainability. This shift is crucial because effective electronic archive management enhances institutional responsiveness and aligns with the demands of modern education. The impact extends to strengthening digital literacy, ensuring long-term access to academic records, and supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Therefore, educational organizations must adapt strategically to ICT to maintain relevance and institutional resilience.

Abstract

Knowledge is an important resource that supports process management to produce efficient and effective products and services. The research objective is to examine the influence of process management on performance through the role of knowledge creation in the future of new normal. Survey method with saturated sample was used for data collection on 126 head of study programs at public and private universities in the city of Semarang. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyze the data. The results of the study found that process management has no direct effect on organizational performance and knowledge creation directly affects performance. Tests indirectly show that the knowledge creation shown to mediate the effect of process management on organizational performance. Implications of research for leaders as a consideration in the implementation of process management practices and knowledge creation in the new normal era of the organization. Suggestions for future research should use a longitudinal design, so that studies can be developed and explored more deeply and prepare other techniques or strategies as alternative solutions in data collection so that they are in accordance with the set targets
