Abstract

The digital era requires teachers to have TPACK abilities. Not only teachers, but pre-service teachers also need to be equipped with TPACK abilities in order to become competitive teachers in the digital age. To measure the TPACK ability of prospective teachers, it is necessary to develop an instrument that can measure TPACK. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a TPACK self-assessment instrument for PGMI students who are prospective teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The approach used in this research is research and development (R&D) type ADDIE, which is carried out through five (5) stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instrument was developed based on the seven components of TPACK. A total of 34 PGMI students who have carried out teaching practices act as samples in this study. After validation and reliability tests were carried out using SPSS, 39 items were valid statements out of a total of 40 items, with an alpha coefficient of 0.970. Thus, it can be said that 39 items of statements are reliable and appropriate to be used to measure the TPACK ability of PGMI students.

Abstract

The curriculum is the totality of activities designed by schools to provide various experiences for students, both inside and outside the classroom. The curriculum is not only synonymous with subject matter, but all activities designed by schools to develop students' self-capacity are also included in the curriculum. Education is a human process that must be developed according to human needs. Human needs always develop all the time along with the rapidly changing times. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) 01 Kranji is an Islamic educational institution that is sensitive to the special needs of the surrounding community. This institution responds to community needs by developing a leadership curriculum. The curriculum is an answer to the needs of people who are concerned about the condition of youth who do not have leadership characteristics such as responsibility, discipline, courage, honesty and cooperation. This study seeks to reveal the curriculum model that was applied and developed by MI Walisongo 01 Kranji. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, interviews, documentation, and observation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study looked at the connection between job satisfaction and teacher organizational commitment and school leadership at a senior high school (SMA) in South Tangerang City. Quantitative correlational research is the research approach used here. Data were gathered using a questionnaire that was constructed using different variable indicators. A sample of 115 teachers was selected using the Slovin formula from a total of 161 populations across 5 secondary schools. The significance level for testing the null hypothesis, according to SPSS data analysis, is 0.05, and the resulting t number is higher than the t table. The principal's leadership factor, which accounts for 21.69% of the variation in job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, which accounts for 16.45%, are both revealed by the correlation coefficient data analysis. The level of job satisfaction is influenced by the client's organizational commitment and leadership abilities. The data gathered at Senior High School (SMA) South Tangerang City reveals a significant correlation between organizational engagement, principal leadership, and teacher job satisfaction.Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Principal leadership; Teacher Job Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi guru dan kepemimpinan sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional adalah pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan disini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibangun dengan menggunakan indikator variabel yang berbeda. Sampel 115 guru dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total 161 populasi di 5 sekolah menengah. Tingkat signifikansi pengujian hipotesis nol menurut analisis data SPSS adalah 0,05, dan angka t yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari t tabel. Faktor kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, yang menyumbang 21,69% dari variasi kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi, yang menyumbang 16,45%, keduanya diungkapkan oleh analisis data koefisien korelasi. Tingkat kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan klien. Data yang dikumpulkan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Kota Tangerang Selatan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara keterikatan organisasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja guru.Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi; Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah; Kepuasan Kerja Guru

Abstract

21st Century Learning encourages students to have the skills needed for life in the future. One learning approach that is relevant to 21st Century skills is Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics or STEAM. STEAM-loaded learning can be applied from basic education to higher education. This study aims to analyze the content of STEAM in science learning for plant generative reproduction in Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mumtaza Islamic School, South Tangerang City which is integrated with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study show that in fact, in learning science in Class V, integrated PjBL, which looks simple, already contains the STEAM component. The STEAM components contained are: (1) Science is seen when students identify the flower part, (2) Technology is in simple technology, namely the scissors used by students, (3) Engineering in the form of students' techniques in making circles and attaching flower parts, (4) Art contained when students decorate their work, and (5) Mathematics is seen when students make a circle with a certain diameter.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan bangsa yang memiliki karakter yang mulia dan bermartabat, hal ini ditunjukan dengan perilaku dan perbuatan yang berpedoman dengan agama yang sesuai keyakinan masing-masing. Sehingga warga negara Indonesia dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa yang tercantum dalam pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaparkan mengenai membentuk karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar melalui pendidikan olahraga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survey literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data bersumber dari jurnal, buku-buku dan artikel ilmiah yang lainya. Hasil dari pengkajian berbagai literatur menunjukan bahwa karakter harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik sebagai generasi muda bangsa Indonesia, karena karakter merupakan ciri khas atau identitas suatu bangsa, dan ketika generasi muda kurang berkarakter maka bangsa tersebut kehilangan harkat dan martabatnya serta diremehkan oleh bangsa lain. Pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan di sekolah sebagai wadah terbaik untuk mengajarkan dan mengembangkan karakter diperlukan untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Pendidikan karakter membutuhkan media berupa pendidikan olahraga. Dalam pendidikan olahraga terdapat karakter yang dibentuk antara lain kejujuran, tanggung jawab, rasa hormat, fair play, kerja keras, persahabatan, kerjasama tim, dan pantang menyerah. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan olahraga sangat penting dalam mata pelajaran selain untuk menjaga kebugaran siswa, pendidikan olahraga bisa membentuk karakter yang berguna bagi peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) as an educational institution has an important and strategic role in implementing environmental education for its students so that it can improve students' environmental ethics as a form of support for the SDGs 2030. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept and implementation of environmental education in MI and its support for SDGs 2030. This study is qualitative, with field research being conducted in two MI, namely MI NU Rowolaku and MIN Pekalongan. Data obtained by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation The data obtained was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's qualitative analysis method, which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results showed that MI NU Rowolaku, which has not yet received the status of an adiwiyata school, already has a simple concept of environmental education, but its implementation is good enough so that its carrying capacity for sustainable development goals is classified as moderate. Meanwhile, MIN Pekalongan, which already holds the title of Adiwiyata school, has a clear and measurable concept of environmental education and excellent implementation, so that it has the carrying capacity for sustainable development goals in the high category.

Abstract

Desain pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah proses pembelajaran. pembelajaran dengan metode joyfull learning berbantu ice breaking dapat dijadikan Solusi untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan penerapan pembelajaran joyfull learning berbantu ice breaking sebagai upaya mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa dan untuk mendeskripsikan kelebihan dan kelemahan penerapan metode pembelajaran joyfull learning berbantuan ice breaking sebagai upaya mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan (field research) dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam metode pembelajaran joyfull learning berbantu ice breaking sebagai upaya mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa di kelas IV MIS Kauman Wiradesa berjalan efektif melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Adapun kelebihan dari metode pembelajaran joyfull learning berbantu ice breaking yaitu pembelajaran menjadi lebih rileks; siswa tidak mengalami stress; menghilangkan kejenuhan belajar siswa; dan waktu pembelajaran terasa lebih cepat. Sedangkan kelemahannya yaitu kelas sulit dikendalikan; mengganggu kelas sebelah; dan guru dituntut memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi.

Abstract

Arabic is a subject that has its difficulties for students of Islamic Primary Schools. The majority of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah struggle with reading, writing, and understanding mufradat (vocabularies) in Arabic classes. Among the attempts undertaken to overcome these obstacles is the application of the peer tutoring method combined with short card media in Arabic language learning. This study aimed to determine and analyze the implementation of the peer tutor method integrated with short card media in learning Arabic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in learning Arabic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used qualitative-descriptive. The results showed that the peer tutoring method integrated with short card media was carried out through the following stages: 1) explanation of the objectives and classical learning activities by the teacher, 2) grouping students into teams where some of the students functioned as tutors for the others, 3) learning with the peer tutor method integrated with short cards media that have been provided, 4) observing learning activities, and 5) evaluating learning activities with teachers and students. When employing peer tutoring integrated with short card media, the findings indicate that students showed a higher level of enthusiasm for their participation in the learning process.

Abstract

Differences in student learning profiles need to be facilitated through differentiated learning so that learning objectives are achieved well. Integrating technology can also increase students’ interest and enthusiasm for learning. The point of this study is to talk about differentiated learning in terms of planning, TPACK integration, the methods teachers use to use differentiated learning with the TPACK approach, and how it affects students' ability to understand and interest in the material. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from the research were that the planning carried out included designing various learning tools, including carrying out diagnostic tests first. Meanwhile, the integration of TPACK in differentiated learning takes the form of using augmented reality-based flashcards as a medium for learning participants to be able to see objects in 3 dimensions. The differentiated learning strategy used includes content, process, and product differentiation. The impact of TPACK's integrated differentiated learning is that it encourages students to be more active in asking questions and discussing, thereby creating a more collaborative learning environment.

Abstract

By being dominated by young people. This UMKM is engaged in clothing. Some of them are produced from materials into ready-made clothes. Some of them become deliverymen or resellers by selling to markets outside the city, such as: Solo Market, Tegal Gubuk, Jakarta, Kudus, etc. From this income they meet their daily needs. It can be seen that the working method used is still very traditional. Especially for resellers who carry out transactions or buying and selling activities by going directly to the intended store. Of course, this method is greatly affected by the current corona outbreak, where there are certain cities that have imposed a lockdown policy. Many complained that the market was difficult to reach, threatened with closing activities because it invited too many crowds, and that their income had decreased. with a livelihood as UMKM actors and as UMKM workers, their income has decreased due to covid 19. Coupled with the lack of knowledge about the creative economy, the people of Kalilembu Village are stuck and have difficulty developing their business. as a form of maintaining the community's economic resilience, the solutions that can be given are as follows: 1) Socializing the creative economy to the younger generation, especially SMEs. 2) Conduct online buying and selling lessons through e-commerce. 3) Development of creativity from convection waste as an alternative to increase income. 3) Dissemination of educational content to young children
