Abstract

Branka.id adalah salah satu bisnis dibidang retail di Tasikmalaya, dan bisnis ini dibuat pada bulan Juli 2022.Produk yang di tawarkan Branka.id ini berkaitan dengan fashion wanita muda seperti kemeja dengan berbagai macamtipe, scarves, dress, celana, aksesoris, dan lain-lain. Branka.idmengalami permasalahan yaitu hasil penjualan selama bulanAgustus 2022 sampai Maret 2023 tidak mencapai target. Permasalahan tersebut salah satunya disebabkan karena tidakadanya strategi pemasaran digital dan tindakan perbaikan.Pada penelitian kali ini akan dilakukan rancangan strategi pemasaran digital dalam melakukan prosen perancangan, evaluasi, dan tindakan perbaikan. Tugas Akhir ini memilikitujuan untuk merancang strategi digital marketing pada produk Branka.id menggunakan metode SOSTAC. MetodeSOSTAC digunakan pada proses perancangan strategi digital marketing yang dibagi ke dalam enam tahapan yaitu situationanalysis, objective, strategi, tactics, action, dan control. Rancangan strategi digital marketing yang diusulkan kepadaBranka.id adalah Membuat toko di marketplace Tokopedia, dan Lazada dan optimalisasi media sosial platform Instagramdan Tiktok, Bekerja sama dengan Influencer, Membuat Konten yang mencakup juga Video Marketing, Berkolaborasi sepertimengikuti Event Bazzar atau PopUp Store dan Meningkatkan Engagement terhadap pelanggan. Dari strategi yang sudah di implementasikan Branka.id berhasil menjual 142 pcs dan menghasilkan uang Rp. 19.575.500. Sehingga beberapa strategi yang sudah di implementasikan dapat menangani permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Branka.id. Kata kunci: pemasaran, digital, media sosial

Abstract

The digitalization services for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) by PT. XYZ are designed to provide consistent and high-quality internet connectivity to support various MSME businesses in Indonesia. This service aims to assist MSME operations digitally, reducing operational costs and increasing productivity in the era of globalization. However, in the last year, PT. XYZ has failed to meet its sales targets. The main cause of this issue is that PT. XYZ has not been able to offer services that align with the customer profile. To address this, the research focuses on designing a Value Proposition Canvas for PT. XYZ’s digitalization services for MSMEs. The study begins by gathering data on the current services, competitor products, and PT. XYZ’s strategies through literature review and company documentation. Additionally, data on customer profiles are collected through observations and interviews with 10 MSMEs, which are then mapped into customer profiles consisting of customer jobs, pains, and gains. This data is used to design a value map. Subsequently, a strategy canvas is developed, comparing the analyzed products with several competitors. Based on this strategy canvas, an improvement process is carried out using the ERRC grid to develop a new value proposition canvas. Some proposed improvements from this research include an all-in-one MSME digitalization package and a bundled digital marketing system package.

Abstract

CV. NOWYA TRANS INDONESIA menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, seperti ketergantungan pada mitra eksternal, keterbatasan teknologi, dan beban kerja berlebih pada satu posisi. Selain itu, pendapatan belum dimaksimalkan, sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam layanan perjalanan wisata, serta minimnya program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang menghambat pertumbuhan karyawan dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja CV. NOWYA TRANS INDONESIA serta merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Pengolahan data melibatkan perumusan SWOT dan strategi TOWS, berdasarkan empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard yaitu perspektif finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pelatihan dan pengembangan, penyusunan sasaran strategis dan peta strategi, serta penentuan Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 9 strategi, 12 sasaran strategi, dan 13 KPI dikategorikan dalam empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Analisis meliputi normalisasi pembobotan, rekapitulasi, dan simulasi pengukuran kinerja usulan. Pembobotan menunjukkan konsistensi dengan consistency ratio di bawah 10% untuk semua tingkat kepentingan. Pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan perspektif pelanggan memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 49,40%. Strategi mempertahankan reputasi dan fokus pada kualitas layanan mendapat persentase tertinggi 29,34%. Sasaran strategi peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan KPI Skor Kepuasan Pelanggan memiliki bobot 29,34%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem pengukuran kinerja yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai visi misinya, dengan rekomendasi untuk implementasi dan pengembangan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world's third largest cocoa producer, leading to the high potential for cocoa processing and conversion to downstream industries. However, the downstream production of cocoa processing only reaches low utilization, around 40%. This problem also happens to UKM Ibunmanis in Bandung, which often fails to meet consumer demand. We have done a study to overcome this problem, aiming to make suggestions to improve production process technology,  to increase production capacity and ability to meet consumer demand. Here, we used Soft System Methodology (SSM) to provide solutions to the problems. The SSM consists of seven stages: Problem identification, Rich Picture Diagram, Root Cause Analysis coupled with CATWOE analysis, conceptual model activities (9 model activities), debating, improvement suggestions, and implementation. The results indicate that the transformation process carried out is in the form of processing chocolate bars into downstream products, with the limitation being conventional technology, which has model activities for designing appropriate technology for critical processing processes in UKM. Implementing the appropriate technology can speed up the production process from 30 minutes to 7 minutes or increase process efficiency by 77%. In addition, suggestions resulting from the method for the melting process can gain more profits and increase the sustainability of the SMEs

Abstract

The Micro Hydro Power Plant of Gunung Halu was established in 2007. While electricity from the national power grid is available in the village of Gunung Halu, not all hamlets receive a consistent power supply, particularly those with hilly topography and areas surrounded by forests like Dusun Tangsijaya. The existence of the micro hydro power plant in Tangsijaya is supported by a stable water flow from the river. However, one of the challenges faced by the operator is the lack of a monitoring system for the micro hydro power generator that can provide information about its condition, such as power output and electric current. Until now, the operator has checked the data by visiting the location of the micro hydro power plant directly, which is located outside the residential area. Manual recording relies on the existence of human resources and produces results with a low level of accuracy. In this community service activity, a monitoring system was installed at the Tangsijaya's micro hydro power plant. Leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology, this system can display data in real time, so that data visualization can be monitored by relevant parties. With a monitoring system, micro-hydro operators can control the usage and distribution of the generated electricity. In addition to obtaining records of daily electricity usage data, recorded data provide very valuable information in assessing current and potential electricity usage for making decisions related to electricity production. After the implementation of the monitoring system, the main benefits are felt by microhydro operators where the work processes they do become more efficient. Efficiency is obtained in terms of travel distance where operators do not need to visit the PLTMH location directly, and also efficiency in the recording process which no longer needs to be done manually.
