Abstract

The Android is a Linux-based operating system designed for devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. An android-based information system has been developed through research work from the Department of Informatics, Hasanuddin University, together with a Clinical Nutrition Doctor, namely the application of detection for coronary heart disease. This is based on the fact that coronary heart disease is one of the most common cardiovascular causes of death in the world, claiming about 17.9 million people every year. The system can be used by the general public using a smartphone or tablet computer. In this service, we have carried out socialization to the public about this application as well as providing information about risk factors for coronary heart disease at the Bontomarannu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The public is also given the application to be installed on their respective smartphone or tablet computers. The public around the sub-district was very enthusiastic about participating in this socialization event. With this socialization, the public can find out how to use the application and prepare for the prevention of the factors of coronary heart disease, what should be maintained or avoided.

Abstract

Jumlah usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di kota makassar setiap tahun semakin besar. UKM merupakan salah satu media masyarakat bukan hanya sebagai penopang kehidupan sehari hari tapi juga impian masyarakat untuk berkembang menjadi masyarakat ekonomi atas yang mandiri. Namun, kenyataannya pengelolaan UKM ternyata tidaklah sederhana, masalah dana dan pemasaran produk merupakan problematika terbesar yang dihadapi masyarkat Indonesia pada umumnya. Dalam mendapatkan pelanggan dalam jumlah besar, terkadang masyarkat pengelola UKM membutuhkan lokasi yang stategis. Sementara harga lokasi yang strategis sangatlah mahal. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan website bisnis akan sangat membantu UKM UKM kecil yang terletak di lokasi tak strategis. Selain daripada itu, website bisnis juga akan menggambarkan keindahan dan keunikan produk yang dijual. Sehingga, website bisnis yang dirancang untuk UKM Pratama ini, dibangun dengan teknik hand coding dengan menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemograman seperti PHP,CSS,dan javascript. Seiring dengan perubahan perilaku masyarkat masa kini yang telah terbiasa dengan dunia internet dan media sosial, sehingga pengubahan UKM konvensional menjadi UKM digital akan lebih memberi efek yang positif bagi masyarakat masa depan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan banyak UMKM yang terpaksa merayap dan bahkan harus ditutup karena tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan new normal dari konsumen. Untuk itu dalam pengabdian ini tim memberikan sosialisasi awal akan Teknik Business Model Canvas maupun pendekatan Teknologi Informasi khsusnya ke mitra UMKM yang ada di keluranhan Borongloe Kabuoaten Gowa. Proses sosialisasi berlangsung sangat baik dan dioandu langsung oleh Lurah Borongloe. Metode sosialisasi dengan gambaran BMC dan TI pada sei awal dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi setiap UMKM yang hadir. Terlihat dari hasil diskusi banyaknya UMKM yang tidak menjalan usahanya dengan prosedur BMC maupun pendekatan TI yang benar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study has an orientation to analyze the effect of the use of Information Technology, Human resources competence, and periodic audits that are moderated in the realization of Financial Accountability Bottopenno village fund in Majauleng District Wajo. In order to achieve the formulated research orientation, this study uses quantitative research with descriptive paradigm. Sources of data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through the internet and district data. Methods of analysis exist using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results revealed that the use of Information Technology and Human Resource competence has a positive and significant influence on the financial accountability of the village fund. Periodic audits can also be a moderator between the positive and significant influence of information technology utilization and Human Resource competence on financial accountability of village funds.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this service is to convert the conventional UMKM into digital UMKM in order to upgrading the marketing method of UMKM so that they can operate their business efficiently as well as increase their income from this business. Method: The community service team of Hasanuddin University role is to form a digitalize marketing method for these UMKM by design a business website. The Hesamuddin University team design a business website with PHP, Java Script, CSS language using Visual Studio Code software. In addition, the community service team of Hasanuddin University also has conducted socialization and training for public and partners. Result: The result of this project is successfully launching the business website as well as expand their market nationally and increase their income gradually from this business. So that, this community service activity, has gradually transform the UMKM society particularly the partner into UMKM digital society.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology makes the world of education must continue to be dynamic and develop in order to produce adaptive and competent generations. Previously in conventional teaching methods, the material was taught by the teacher to students in the classroom orally or by telling students to read books to watch videos. However, with the online school method in Metaverse, it is hoped that it can provide clear explanations regarding material that is difficult to explain through books or videos. Metaverse is a future technology in the form of a virtual space where people from all over the world can gather and communicate using virtual technology. With the presence of a virtual world like this Metaverse, the world of education will be greatly helped. For example, when learning takes place, students can see firsthand how the machine works without having to cut it, the anatomy of the body without having to cut live animals or visiting a historical place without having to flock to ride buses all the way to the place they want to go, see phenomena and direct natural disasters, or even school buildings can also be built majestically in the Metaverse world. There are so many conveniences that we find when we use the Metaverse as a learning innovation in the future. Community service carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah, aims to provide insight into educational applications that will be used in the Metaverse so as to facilitate interaction between teachers at MA Al Hidayah and students, as well as provide enormous opportunities, especially for matters related to the world of education. , internet design and gaming. This community service is also a place to socialize research results at the Department of Informatics Engineering, namely Metaverse in the field of education. The results of the service showed that the level of understanding of the training participants increased significantly on the importance of Metaverse education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan dan menggambarkan atribut-atribut pungli yang terjadi di area publik pemerintah terdekat dalam waktu yang terkomputerisasi dan mendorong model eksekusi dan isu-isu Akuntansi Area Publik untuk mencegah misrepresentasi yang terjadi di area publik di masa yang akan datang. Pemeriksaan yang diselesaikan adalah penelitian survei tulisan yang diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek eksplorasi untuk penyelidikan tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ciri-ciri pemerasan di ruang publik yang terjadi di masa yang sudah lanjut antara lain pemanfaatan penilaian sesat tentang tugas inovasi komputerisasi dalam pelaksanaan kewajiban pembukuan publik, penggunaan inovasi komputerisasi untuk meningkatkan potensi peluang untuk melakukan misrepresentasi, membuat sebagian besar masalah kesalahan manusia dan tidak adanya informasi dalam pemanfaatan inovasi. terkomputerisasi, memanfaatkan barang-barang inovasi canggih, hingga melakukan pemerasan. Pemanfaatan Akuntansi Area Publik dapat mencegah pemerasan di area publik dalam periode komputerisasi jika dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi misrepresentasi, seperti tanggung jawab pelaksanaan, dan melakukan teknik khusus, pendekatan dua pandangan dan prosedur pencegahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan investasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan investasi di Sulawesi Selatan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian bertempat di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data SWOT oleh David dengan teori yang digunakan dari Bryson mengenai penyusunan perencanaan strategis dengan 5 indikator yaitu penetapan visi misi dan tujuan organisasi, analisis lingkungan eksternal, analisis lingkungan internal, identifikasi isu-isu strategis dan mengembangkan strategi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, dari kelima indikator tersebut 4 diantaranya berjalan dengan baik dan 1 kurang baik. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dapat kita ketahui bahwa Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memiliki faktor kekuatan dan ancaman yang lebih tinggi daripada faktor kelemahan dan peluang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan strategi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dalam Meningkatkan Investasi di Sulawesi Selatan dengan memanfaatkan faktor kekuatan untuk mengatasi ancaman.

Abstract

Digital village is a government program concern on village development to improve the quality of life of rural communities through the use of technology in various aspects of village development. This community service aims to provide essential insight and knowledge regarding Digital Village and its application to support the realization of a smart village. This activity was carried out in Desa Tamaona, Bulukumba Regency, through a socialization process attended by four village officials and ten productive people from the local village. Digital information about this village is still relatively minimal on the Internet, while the potential for natural wealth and products in the village is excellent. Therefore, this activity was carried out to support the concept of village digitization as well as an event to introduce the potential of Desa Tamaona to the outside community. The implementation of this service is carried out by socializing village information applications/systems using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The results of the initial data collection show that the Desa Tamaona community has sufficient potential for developing a digital village, which is seen from the already high intensity of internet use by the community. After the socialization and training on using the website information system, the participants acknowledged that they got a lot of convenience in accessing information digitally compared to before this activity was carried out. This stage is a motivation for further developing technological resources to achieve the smart village concept, which can also increase digital literacy for the Desa Tamaona community.

Abstract

Fenomena iklim ENSO menyebabkan penurunan intensitas curah hujan saat El Nino terjadi dan peningkatan curah hujan saat La Nina terjadi. Studi ini mencari kaitan tren curah hujan Makassar, yang potensial sebagai penyebab banjir yang terjadi di kota Makassar yang fekuensinya semakin meningkat 3 tahun belakangan. Lebih jauh, studi ini mengkaji hubungan antara ENSO dan tren curah hujan. Hasil uji tren Mann Kendall terhadap data curah hujan 2010 sampai 2022 menunjukkan bahwa di setiap triwulan terjadi penurunan curah hujan selama 12 tahun. Sementara koefisien Pearson antara kuantitas tren yang terjadi dengan besarnya nilai indeks ONI menunjukkan bahwa tren curah hujan kota Makassar berkorelasi terbalik tapi lemah (-0.3) dengan ENSO.
