Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan Dealer Yamaha Motor di Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Yamaha Motor di Bandar Lampung yang dipilih oleh peneliti, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 Karyawan Dealer Yamaha Motor di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dikarenakan didalam penelitian ini menggunakan lebih dari satu variabel independent yang mempengaruhi variabel dependent. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan kategori simple random sampling , yaitu anggota sample yang diambil secara acak dari populasi secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan variabel pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan Dealer Yamaha Motor di Bandar Lampung. Secara simultan, variabel kompetensi dan pelatihan kerja terbukti berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja Karyawan Dealer Yamaha Motor di Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Salafi women are regarded as a more tight and exclusive community than men. This reality highlights Salafi Sharia provisions, which mandate women to stay at home. Nonetheless, young Salafi women are beginning to engage in productive activities by tapping business opportunities of digital economy. This study is based on a massive phenomenon regarding the involvement of young Salafi women in digital entrepreneurial activities. Using a case study of Salafi women in Lampung with purposive sampling technique, it analyzes data from in-depth interviews with 13 young Salafi women who run online enterprises and 2 men (ustadz and teacher) served as the main sources for this explorative qualitative research. This study demonstrates that apart from accepting technological advances, Salafi women also actualize themselves in digital economic activities. They can run successful online businesses and have a positive impact on their financial emancipation. Their internet commercial activities strictly adhere to Islamic law and not limited to products associated with Salafi life. Their activities do not deviate from Islamic norms and instead reflect the Salafis’ productive and reformist characteristics. Challenging conventional wisdom on Salafi women, this study finds that within their submission to Salafi teachings and piety, they claim their active agency and contributions to family economy.

Abstract

This study aims to test the antioxidant activity of secondary metabolite compounds contained in paliasa (Kleinhovia hospita Linn) stem bark extract. This plant is traditionally known to have health benefits, but research on the antioxidant activity of its stem bark is still limited. Extraction was done using a maceration method using a methanol solvent, followed by liquid-liquid fractionation using n-hexane and ethyl acetate to separate compounds based on their polarity. Phytochemical screening showed that the n-hexane fraction contained alkaloids and terpenoids, while the ethyl acetate fraction contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins. The antioxidant activity of both fractions was tested using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method with absorbance measurements at a wavelength of 517 nm. The test results showed that the ethyl acetate fraction had an IC50 value of 51.7687 ppm, while the n-hexane fraction had an IC50 value of 60.5442 ppm. Based on the classification of antioxidant activity, both fractions are categorized as strong antioxidants (IC50 between 50-100 ppm). For comparison, vitamin C has an IC50 value of 14.3421 ppm, indicating strong antioxidant activity. The results of this study indicate that paliasa bark extract, especially the ethyl acetate fraction, has the potential as a source of natural antioxidants that can be further developed in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries as an alternative to synthetic antioxidants with toxicity risks.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam pasar perumahan subsidi semakin meningkat, sehingga menuntut pengembang untuk memiliki strategi pemasaran yang adaptif dan relevan secara digital. PT Almas Berkah Mandiri, sebagai pengembang proyek Arraz Residence, menghadapi tantangan besar akibat ketiadaan kehadiran digital, yang membatasi jangkauan mereka terhadap calon konsumen potensial. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun strategi pemasaran digital komprehensif guna meningkatkan visibilitas merek dan mengakuisisi leads berkualitas. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pembuatan konten kreatif dan terjadwal untuk Instagram dan TikTok, optimalisasi Facebook Marketplace sebagai media promosi, peluncuran kampanye Facebook Ads tersegmentasi dengan integrasi Facebook Pixel, serta pengembangan landing page informatif yang performanya dipantau melalui Google Analytics. Selama pelaksanaan pada April–Mei 2025, pendekatan ini berhasil membentuk kehadiran digital perdana Arraz Residence dengan capaian awal yang menjanjikan: peningkatan jangkauan konten Instagram sebesar 38,7%, peningkatan interaksi di TikTok sebesar 211%, dan 73 klik tautan dari kampanye iklan berbayar. Capaian ini memperlihatkan bahwa strategi digital mampu mengubah pola promosi tradisional menjadi pendekatan berbasis data dan target audiens. Hasil ini menunjukkan efektivitas digitalisasi sebagai solusi strategis bagi pengembang properti untuk beradaptasi dalam era disrupsi
