Abstract

Takaful as an insurance concept that emphasizes the principle of mutual assistance (ta'awun) and sharing risks (tabarru') to other insurance participants provides relief in its concept. This concept demands social solidarity and togetherness which (indirectly) aligns with sharia values. In the SiMantep program, there is also a concept of mutual assistance which can be said to be in accordance with the provisions. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of library research with secondary data sources and data collection models from government data on the SiMantep insurance program, journals and data that have been presented specifically for the Bengkalis Regency area. The data analysis method uses Miles and Hubberman: Data collection, data display, and drawing conclusions. In general, the SiMantep program targets small-scale fishermen and traditional fishermen with a high risk of work accidents, but are vulnerable to work safety guarantees. Basically, the principles applied in SiMantep are in accordance with the main principles in the takaful concept such as mutual assistance and mutual support in the management and distribution process, so that this intersection becomes an interesting concept elaboration and makes the SiMantep program in accordance with several aspects of sharia, and for the implementation of the SiMantep program based on the theory of planned behavior, the government must be more proactive in approaching fishermen.

Abstract

This research examines and discusses how sharia financial literacy influences the decision to choose sharia insurance. In today’s modern era, the level of understanding of sharia finance is very important in determining the insurance you want to use and reducing risks that affect financial losses. A good understanding of finances can improve the quality of decision making to achieve prosperity. The aim of this research is to analyze the influenceof sharia financial literacy on the choice of sharia insurance. This research involved a sampel of 48 stundents of the sharia economics study program at the Bengkalis State Islamic College. The results of this research show that, with sharia financia literacy, students feel able to understand sharia insurance as financial protection. Students also feel that sharia financial literacy provides a level of understanding of sharia insurance. Based on this, it can be seen that sharia financial literacy has a significant impact on the choice of sharia insurance and fosters confidence in the use of sharia financial product for better risk management.

Abstract

Dalam islam mu’amalah ialah suatu aturan yang diciptakan oleh Allah SWT untuk mengatur hubungan manusia dengan makhluk lain dalam kehidupan ini, agar semua kebutuhan dan keinginannya terpenuhi dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dalam lingkungan pondok pun terjadi kegiatan mu’amalah selain praktik belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah praktik penitipan barang yang dijual belikan dengan sistem titip dan bagaimanakah perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah dengan praktik penitipan barang yang dijual belikan.  Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang bersifat deskriptif, interpretatif, atau eksploratif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa hukum ekonomi dan Islam memperbolehkan pengambilan keuntungan dengan syarat adanya kesepakatan dari kedua belah pihak. Praktik penitipan barang dagangan kepada wadi’ (penitip) dianggap sah dalam Islam dan hukum ekonomi syariah, asalkan ada kesepakatan yang jelas antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Para ulama pakar fiqih juga menganggap praktik ini sebagai hal yang diperbolehkan bahkan disunnahkan karena dianggap sebagai bentuk saling tolong-menolong antar manusia.

Abstract

Technological developments provide easier access to marketing and buying and selling to the public. This opportunity is also used as widely as possible to market products with various online marketing strategies, one of which is flash sales. Flash sales became popular and became a buying and selling mechanism that was widely applied by online merchants. However, this leaves a question mark about the law of the flash running mechanism both in terms of Indonesia's positive law and sharia economic law in particular. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a cross-site study approach. Primary data sources are obtained from direct searches on e-commerce platforms, while secondary data is obtained from journals and other published research results. The results of this study show that the flash sale mechanism that has been running so far in Indonesia has been in accordance with Indonesia's positive law and sharia economic law, both from normative, social, and sharia aspects itself.

Abstract

Industri asuransi memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan proteksi finansial kepada para pesertanya saat mengalami kerugian. Dalam mekanisme klaim asuransi kerugian, tanggung jawab asuransi untuk mengganti kerugian peserta sesuai dengan perjanjian asuransi menjadi isu utama. Penelitian ini mengkaji tanggung jawab asuransi dalam mekanisme klaim berdasarkan konsep takaful, sebuah sistem asuransi syariah yang memprioritaskan prinsip pertolongan serta keadilan. Melalui studi literatur dan analisis konseptual, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip takaful seperti keadilan ('adl), kebaikan (ihsan), dan larangan riba memengaruhi tanggung jawab asuransi dalam mengelola klaim. Aspek utama yang dibahas meliputi prosedur klaim yang adil dan transparan, penanganan klaim secara tepat waktu, serta pembagian risiko dan keuntungan yang adil antara peserta dan perusahaan asuransi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep takaful dapat memastikan tanggung jawab asuransi dalam klaim dilaksanakan dengan cara yang lebih adil, etis, dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Menurut penelitian ini, dampak keuangan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia terus meningkat selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Jurnal ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis yang komprehensif untuk menguji hubungan antara asuransi syariah dan indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor sosial ekonomi dan implikasi kebijakan. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dengan pengamatan kualitatif untuk memberikan perspektif yang berbeda tentang peran asuransi syariah dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Dengan menyoroti kekuatan, kelemahan, dan kesenjangan dalam praktik asuransi syariah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi mereka yang membuat kebijakan, praktik, dan mengelola risiko di sektor keuangan Indonesia. Pada akhirnya, kami berharap jurnal ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada diskusi yang sedang berlangsung mengenai peran keuangan syariah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, strategi pemasaran produk asuransi syariah perlu disesuaikan dengan preferensi dan perilaku generasi milenial yang cenderung aktif di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk asuransi syariah yang efektif menarik minat generasi milenial melalui media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai karakteristik generasi milenial, perilaku konsumen dan strategi pemasaran media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial cenderung skeptis terhadap produk keuangan, namun mereka sangat terhubung dengan media sosial dan lebih mudah menerima informasi melalui rekomendasi dari sesama pengguna. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran produk asuransi syariah yang efektif harus fokus pada penciptaan konten yang informatif, menarik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dan nilai-nilai generasi milenial. Selain itu, berkolaborasi dengan digital influencer dan memanfaatkan fitur interaktif di platform media sosial juga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami cara efektif menjangkau generasi milenial sebagai target pasar potensial produk asuransi syariah melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Sharia insurance is increasingly in demand by the people of Indonesia, both Muslims and non-Muslims. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and customer religiosity on the interest in choosing sharia insurance. Data was collected through questionnaires to sharia insurance customers in Bandung City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product quality and customer religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the interest in choosing sharia insurance. The better the quality of sharia insurance products and the higher the customer's religiosity, the greater the customer's interest in choosing sharia insurance. The managerial implication of this research is the need for sharia insurance companies to continue to improve the quality of their products and increase education to the public about the advantages of sharia insurance in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Sharia insurance has become the main choice for most customers who want to secure their assets in a way that complies with Islamic principles. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing sharia insurance. The analytical method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The factors observed include trust, risk awareness, financial benefits, sharia compliance and service. The results of the analysis show that trust is the main factor influencing customers' decisions in choosing sharia insurance, followed by sharia compliance and service. Meanwhile, awareness of financial risks and benefits also has a significant influence, although not as big as other factors. The implication of this research is the importance of building customer trust through consistent application of sharia principles, improving service quality, and intensive education regarding the benefits and compliance of sharia in insurance. In conclusion, an in-depth understanding of these factors can help the sharia insurance industry in developing more effective marketing strategies and increasing customer trust and satisfaction

Abstract

Implementation of Sharia Insurance for Fishermen (Case Example: Fishermen in Penebal Village, Bengkalis, Riau). The purpose of this study is to assess the application of Sharia Insurance for Fishermen in Penebal Village, and to recognize the factors that facilitate or impede its effectiveness. Researchers employed qualitative descriptive methods to conduct field research. The techniques for gathering data included conducting interviews and collecting documents. The research employs an interactive approach developed by Miles and Huberman for data analysis. This approach includes data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion stages. Problems in the implementation were caused by, among others, the lack of clarity of information, the lack of completeness of information, and the lack of thinking ability possessed by fishermen. This has hindered the integration of the program. George Edwards stated that there are four indications that indicate the execution. This has hindered the interaction of the program. According to George Edwards, there are four indications that indicate the execution. One of these factors is communication. The Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) branch in Bengkalis conducted an event to launch a new program for fishermen. There is a shortage of human resources, particularly staff, which is causing delays in the data collection and verification process for the fishermen. However, the implementers have shown a positive attitude towards the policy of providing protection guarantee for the risk of work accidents for fishermen, in accordance with the KKP technical guidelines' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Challenges in implementing the protection program for fishermen include a lack of engagement from fishermen in realizing the significance of safeguarding against the potential for accidents, as well as a deficit in personnel carrying out the policy for preventing occupational accidents among fishermen.
