Abstract

The UKM in Borobudur village are diverse, such as food, snacks, brown sugar, leather, etc. The products produced by these UKM are marketed locally through traditional markets, stalls, and kiosks located around Borobudur village. The problem is that the turnover generated by UKM is relatively small because the target market is still local. This is because the marketing strategy used is classified as classic. Market expansion can be done by implementing digital marketing. The increasing use of social media currently opens up great opportunities for business people to carry out promotions. Promotions carried out using social media and displaying interesting content are aimed at increasing tourist interest in visiting tourist areas. The results of the service carried out were able to provide an increased understanding of digital marketing implementation, were able to create digital marketing content, and had a website for product sales and promotion of the cultural potential of Borobudur Village.

Abstract

The increasing demand for wedang uwuh during the pandemic requires Weeka Wedang Uwuh as a producer to be quick and responsive in meeting demand. Competition for sales of wedang uwuh is currently quite tight because there are more and more wedang uwuh producers. One way to anticipate current business competition, especially in the herbal beverage industry, is to try to manage the resources owned by SMEs, including labor. The right number of workers will guarantee product availability and also provide minimum costs for labor costs. This research aims to provide suggestions for determining the optimal number of workers in order to minimize labor costs. ToC is a problem solving approach that focuses on eliminating constraints using available methodologies. Therefore, this approach is very suitable for eliminating obstacles at Weeka Wedang Uwuh in order to determine the optimal number of workers. To support the TOC approach, the Dynamic Program method will be applied to the obstacle removal step. The optimal number of workers in UKM Weeka Wedang Uwuh will be obtained by reducing 5 (five) workers in the Wedang Uwuh packing section. The savings that occurred during the research time period were Rp. 21,500,302.00 compared to expenses if it had the current number of workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat praktikalitas dan validitas dari media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan. Dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan model 4D yaitu definition, design, development dan disseminate. Namun dalam penelitian ini hanya pada sampai tahap development saja. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data digunakan diskriptif kualitatif guna menganalisis saran, masukan serta komentar, dan untuk deskriptif kuantitatif guna menganalisis skor penilaian praktikalitas dan validitas. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa media Ludo Pantun ini memiliki persentase validitas ahli media hingga 85% dikatakan kategori sangat valid, sedangkan validasi ahli materi hingga 76% dikatakan kategori valid. Kemudian, uji coba praktilitas media untuk siswa dilakukan dan diperoleh persentase nya hingga 85,5% kategori sangat praktis dan kelompok kecil adalah 85,3% persentasenya hingga 85,3% sangat praktis bagi kelompok besar. Sehingga bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media Ludo Pantun bisa menjadi acuan penelitian selanjutnya guna mengetahui tingkat efektivitas media serta bisa menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan media visual yang lain.

Abstract

The problem in the Community Service activity is that SMA Negeri 1 Wates already has a profile video, but does not yet have a drone-based profile video that displays the profile of SMA Negeri 1 Wates from the air which has its own appeal and uniqueness which will later be used as digital marketing content material in promoting the school. This problem can be overcome by developing a drone-based profile video for digital marketing content. The achievement of this activity is the realization of 3 (three) long versions of SMA Negeri 1 Wates Profile Videos with a duration of 3 minutes 50 seconds, 3 minutes 40 seconds, 2 minutes 21 seconds for digital marketing content on YouTube and the website and 1 (one) short version of SMA Negeri 1 Wates profile video with a duration of 38 seconds for digital marketing content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
