Abstract

One of the successes or failures of a project is influenced by project scheduling and control planning, less effective scheduling results in delays and the emergence of problems during project work, this requires good scheduling to regulate work activities, therefore determining the critical path of activities is needed to Set the time for the work to go according to plan. In this study, the focus is on scheduling the reinforcement fuselage for the aircraft N219 PT. Dirgantara Indonesia, using the Program Evaluation And Review Technique (PERT) method to determine the critical path of activity and calculate the most likely completion time of the reinforcement fuselage work. The results of the research analysis on the main schedule for the reinforcement fuselage work obtained a critical path with the activity code A – B – D – E – G, Development Problem Log (DPL) scheduling analysis obtained critical path A1 – B1 – C1 – E1 – F1, A2 – B2 – C2 – D2, A3 – B3 – D3 – E3, A4 – B4 – C4 – D4, A5 – B5 – C5 – D5 – E5, A6 – B6 – C6 – D6 – E6. And the most likely completion time for the reinforcement fuselage work is 40-45 days with a probability value of 95.72% - 99.88%.

Abstract

Plant layout or facilities layout is to fix regulate facilities layout with consider material handling flow. In this research on Bamboo Furniture Industry Karya Manunggal Yogyakarta show less precisely placement of production facilities and flow material resulting in the total distances of material handling becomes long and induce the total cost of material handling becomes high.Improvement of facilities layout performed with qualitative methods ARC (Activity Relationship Chart). This matter do for obtain a new layout with minimum total distances of material handling and minimum total cost of material handling. In this research use POM QM Software for validating total distances of material handling.Analysis result and designing facilities layout is a new layout with Rectilinear Distance method, The initial movement distances is 1.922,9 m become 1.832,35 m or have a reduction distances 4,94 % from initial layout. While for the initial total cost of material handling is Rp 200.135,6 become Rp 199.745,9 or have a reduction cost 0,19% from initial layout. Existence a new layout based on ARC be expected on the production floor of Bamboo Furniture Industry Karya Manunggal Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 mengubah banyak hal, tidak terkecuali dalam dunia penerbangan dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan operasional bandar udara, termasuk diantaranya Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta. Perubahan karena pandemi covid-19 terlihat cukup jelas ketika penumpang yang akan menggunakan jasa penerbangan harus membawa surat kesehatan. Ketika penumpang melakukan validasi surat kesehatan pada bagian server validasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta sering terjadi permasalahan dalam pelayanan yaitu penumpukan (antrian) penumpang yang disebabkan oleh jumlah fasilitas server validasi tidak mencukupi untuk melayani penumpang yang datang bersamaan. Digunakan model antrian untuk menganalisis jumlah server yang optimal.  Dari hasil analisis maka jumlah server pelayanan yang harus disediakan setiap periodenya adalah sebanyak 3 (tiga) server. Sebab apabila jumlah server lebih besar dari 3 server akan mengakibatkan waktu menunggu penumpang semakin kecil tetapi prosentase waktu menganggur server pelayanan justru lebih besar. Apabila jumlah server lebih kecil dari 3 akan mengakibatkan waktu menunggu penumpang semakin besar dan prosentase waktu menganggur server pelayanan tidak terhingga.

Abstract

Stone Park is one of the tourist destinations located in Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul. The Stone Park tourist destination is currently not widely visited by tourists because it only offers sunrise spot facilities, photo spots, gazebos, and camping areas that have been widely offered by other tourist destinations. To support Sustainable Tourism which can have a long-term impact on the environment, social, culture, and economy, it is necessary to develop attraction spots. The aerosport attraction spot is one of the attraction spots that is quite popular with the public. To provide understanding and skills, training has been held on making and flying the Out Hand Launch Glider (OHLG) Aircraft which was attended by 21 participants consisting of Stone Park tourist destination managers and the surrounding community. The participants were able to understand the need for the development of aerospace attraction spots and succeeded in making and flying the OHLG aircraft.

Abstract

Bukit Roso Wulan is a tourism village managed by the Forest Farmers Group “Wana Lestari II,” located in Turunan Village, Giri Suko, Panggang, Gunung Kidul. In the Community Service activity under the Community-Based Empowerment scheme, the “Wana Lestari II” group serves as a partner of Insitut Teknologi Dirgantara Adisutjipto. The main issues identified are poor management and promotion in the development of Bukit Roso Wulan tourism village. The inadequate management is due to a lack of community awareness as tourism drivers, overlapping information and work/reporting procedures, and the difficulty in evaluating management processes. Meanwhile, promotional problems stem from limited skills in content creation and promotional management. Training related to business management and promotional strategies can enhance the capabilities of the group, thereby improving the governance capacity of Bukit Roso Wulan. Promotional issues are addressed by enhancing content creation techniques, promoting through social media, and evaluating promotional outcomes. The results of the community service activity include improved promotional skills using digital platforms with broader reach and more targeted audiences, as well as increased understanding of the importance of management and marketing for the sustainability of Bukit Roso Wulan tourism village.

Abstract

Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta International Airport/YIA) di Kulon Progo, yang beroperasi penuh sejak 2019, merupakan salah satu bandara modern di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis utilitas tenaga kerja di terminal keberangkatan, khususnya pada layanan check-in, security check point, dan gate area. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah rendahnya tingkat pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia pada beberapa titik layanan, yang berpotensi menimbulkan inefisiensi operasional.Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan simulasi dengan perangkat lunak AnyLogic PLE, yang dimodelkan berdasarkan jumlah penumpang keberangkatan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tingkat utilitas yang bervariasi: Check-in Area—Operator 1 sebesar 82% (4 operator), Operator 2 sebesar 89% (6 operator), Operator 3 sebesar 79% (4 operator); Security Check Point—SCP 1 sebesar 20% (2 operator), SCP 2 sebesar 8% (4 operator); Gate Area—Gate 1 sebesar 2,9% (2 operator), Gate 2 sebesar 3,4% (4 operator), dan Gate 3 sebesar 3,1% (2 operator).Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya ketidakseimbangan antara kapasitas tenaga kerja dengan volume penumpang pada beberapa titik layanan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penataan ulang penjadwalan dan distribusi tenaga kerja berbasis data simulasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan penumpang

Abstract

Perempatan Jalan Blok O merupakan jalur jalan antara jalan provinsi dengan jalan kabupaten. Jalan ini banyak dilewati oleh kendaraan berupa motor dan mobil yang akan berangkat sekolah dan bekerja. Simulasi diatur berdasarkan jumlah kendaraan yang melewati perempatan, waktu antar kedatangan, dan lama nyala lampu lalu lintas. Simulasi dibuat sama dengan keadaan rill, sehingga dapat membuat skenario nyala lampu lalu lintas yang baru dan dapat dilihat seberapa banyak kendaraan yang keluar dari perempatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh usulan yang pertama pada pukul 06:00 WIB hari kerja di Jl Maguwo diperoleh nilai 69 motor dan 8 mobil, di Jl Arah Selatan diperoleh nilai 78 motor dan 24 mobil, di Jl Janti diperoleh nilai 35 motor dan 4 mobil dan di Jl Arah Utara diperoleh nilai 79 motor dan 34 mobil. Usulan kedua pada pukul 16:00 WIB hari kerja di Jl Maguwo diperoleh nilai 60 motor dan 10 mobil, di Jl Arah Selatan diperoleh nilai 61 motor dan 30 mobil, di Jl Janti diperoleh nilai 49 motor dan 9 mobil dan di Jl Arah Utara diperoleh nilai 76 motor dan 42 mobil. Usulan ketiga pada pukul 16:00 WIB akhir pekan di Jl Maguwo diperoleh nilai 39 motor dan 6 mobil, di Jl Arah Selatan diperoleh nilai 52 motor dan 32 mobil, di Jl Janti diperoleh nilai 27 motor dan 5 mobil dan di Jl Arah Utara diperoleh nilai 101 motor dan 40 mobil. Usulan tersebut di dapat dari percobaan trial & error.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi. Peningkatan ini bisa dilihat dari semakin banyak lembaga pendidikan yang berdiri dan tumbuh dari mulai Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Memang tidak dapat dipungkiri persaingan perguruan tinggi (PT) dewasa ini sangat ketat. Institut Teknologi Dirgantara Adisutjipto (ITDA) di bawah Yayasan Adi Upaya memiliki 6 program studi yang sudah terakreditasi dan siap bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi yang lain. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan teknologi, dunia pendidikan juga mengalami perkembangan pesat yang menyebabkan perguruan tinggi bersaing untuk mendapatkan calon mahasiswa. Berbagai bentuk promosi digunakan untuk memperkenalkan ITDA kepada masyarakat luas. Salah satunya adalah media sosial facebook. Namun beberapa tahun terakhir ini jumlah mahasiswa ITDA mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas media promosi facebook dalam menunjang promosi ITDA. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui dimensi EPIC Model yang paling berpengaruh dalam mempromosikan ITDA. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas media promosi facebook dalam menunjang promosi ITDA adalah efektif dengan nilai EPIC rate sebesar 3,64. Dimensi EPIC model yang efektif dalam mempromosikan ITDA adalah dimensi emphaty, persuassion dan communication dengan skor 3,85, 3,86 dan 3,6, sedangkan dimensi cukup efektif adalah impact dengan skor 3,26.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the business sector requires MSMEs to continuously innovate, including in product packaging design. UMKM Dapur Kue Mimih, a small business specializing in traditional cake production in Tangerang Regency, still uses transparent mica plastic packaging, which lacks visual appeal and does not reflect product quality. This study aims to identify key packaging design attributes valued by consumers and establish development priorities using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method and House of Quality (HOQ) analysis. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents as the consumer sample. The HOQ analysis results indicate that the most desired packaging attributes among consumers are practicality and portability (92 points), high-quality materials (84 points), and reusable multifunctional packaging (78 points). On the business side, the top technical priorities are product appearance (134.4 points), ergonomic design (101.7 points), and premium material selection (75.9 points). The findings reveal that implementing the QFD method in packaging design development can enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction. The recommendations from this study can be adopted by other MSMEs seeking to improve their packaging strategies more effectively.

Abstract

Bakpia Menik is a Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) which operates in the field of bakpia production. Bakpia is one of the local cakes which is the main souvenir from Yogyakarta, so there is a big potential for increasing production. However, SMEs still lack production management planning to optimize resource use. So it is difficult to capture this big opportunity to maximize profits for SMEs. Seeing these problems, this research designed an integer linear programming mathematical model to optimize profits by using existing resources. Integer Linear Programming (ILP) is a mathematical model for maximizing profit and minimizing cost based on a mathematical model involving integer variables represented in a linear relationship. This research produces an integer linear programming model that presents the variables, resources, and constraints of Bakpia Menik. The model output shows that the optimal production amount by maximizing resource use is 31232 units and the maximum profit is IDR 33,431,750. From the model output, it can also show the advantages and disadvantages of Bakpia resources, so that resource availability planning can be carried out which can minimize holding costs.
