Abstract

Angka kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat sejak bulan Januari 2008- Juni 2008 masih cukup tinggi. Hipertensi menduduki peringkat ke-3 setelah ISPA dan TBC. Menurut literatur, kejadian hipertensi mulai terlihat pada usia 20- 40 tahun dan orang yang memiliki kebiasaan merokok cenderung lebih cepat terjadi hipertensi dibandingkan orang yang tidak merokok. Hal inilah yang mendasari ditelitinya hubungan antara kejadian hipertensi pada pasien berusia minimal 20 tahun dengan kebiasaan merokok. Penelitian bersifat analitik cross-sectional ini dilakukan selama 2 hari (13 Agustus 2008- 14 Agustus 2008) terhadap pasien yang berobat ke balai pengobatan umum Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Kembangan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive non-random sampling sehingga diperoleh 84 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara yang menyertakan pengukuran tekanan darah, berat badan, dan tinggi badan. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan metode uji kemaknaan Chi square dengan Yate's correction dan perhitungan Prevalence Rate Ra­ tio (PRR) berserta Attribute Risk (AR). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 20 responden (23,81 %) menderita hipertensi dan 19 orang (22,62%) memiliki kebiasaan merokok. Diantara 19 orang responden ini, 9 orang (47,37%) diantaranya menderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara merokok dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pasien berusia minimal 20 tahun di Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Kembangan (x2=5,93, dengan 0,01<p<0,02), dimana mereka yang memiliki kebiasaan merokok mempunyai resiko 2,8 kali lebih besar untuk men­ derita hipertensi dibandingkan dengan mereka yang tidak memiliki kebiasaan merokok (PRR = 2,80). Untuk mengurangi prevalensi kejadian pada pasien berusia minimal 20 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, penulis menyarankan kepada masyarakat agar melakukan pola hidup sehat termasuk menghentikan kebiasaan merokok serta perlunya penyusuhan tentang hipertensi dan bahaya merokok yang dilakukkan oleh para kader.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu kondisi yang paling sering ditemukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer, dengan prevalensi sebesar 34,1% pada tahun 2018. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan tingginya angka hipertensi di Indonesia adalah kurangnya informasi yang komprehensif mengenai penyakit, risiko, pengobatan, dan pencegahan hipertensi. Program ini merupakan seminar holistic yang secara komprehensif memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai patofisiologi, faktor risiko, pengobatan, dan adaptasi gaya hidup untuk pencegahan dan mengobati hipertensi. Dari total 66 peserta, 5 orang peserta terdiagnosis hipertensi pada saat seminar daring dilaksanakan. Tes awal telah dilakukan sebelum seminar daring untuk mengukur pengetahuan peserta tentang patofisiologi, faktor risiko, dan pengobatan hipertensi, serta gaya hidup sehat untuk pasien hipertensi. Sebagian besar peserta memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup pada saat tes awal dilakukan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan tes akhir dimana sebagian besar peserta mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Seminar daring yang dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang patofisiologi, faktor risiko, pentingnya pengobatan, dan adaptasi gaya hidup untuk pencegahan dan pengobatan hipertensi yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor tes akhir yang signifikan secara statistik.Kata kunci— hipertensi, edukasi holistik, kesehatan komunitas

Abstract

The utilization of coal as a fossil fuel causes several ecological problems, as for the consequences of the coal combustion process, namely pollution and emissions. Combustion of high sulfur coal produces sulfur dioxide gas (SO2). This sulfur dioxide (SO2) will become H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) which can directly or indirectly disrupt human life, such as causing acid rain, causing tightness in the respiratory tract and causing corrosion and shortening the life of factory equipment. To reduce SO2 gas, a reduction in sulfur content is carried out before combustion which is called desulfurization. This research was conducted using the leaching method with variations in leaching agent and solution concentration. Leaching agents used in this study are NaOH and HCl. The coal to be desulfurized is coal from PT Anugerah Krida Utama with an initial total sulfur content of 4,05% adb. 10 grams of coal with a size of 0,212 mm was leached with 250 ml of chemical solution using a hot plate stirrer at 80˚C and 250 rpm for 1 hour. The results showed that the optimum condition for leaching agent NaOH occurred at a concentration of 8 M showing the initial total sulfur content of 4,05% adb decreased to 1,69% adb with a maximum percentage decrease of 58,27% and at leaching agent HCl the optimum condition occurred at a concentration of 1 M showing the initial total sulfur content of 4,05% adb decreased to 2,91% adb with a maximum percentage decrease of 28,14%.

Abstract

Cow’s milk is a common ingredient added to commercial complementary foods (CCFs) as a source of protein. Despite that, 2–7.5% of Indonesian infants are estimated to have cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) and are at risk of deficiencies in protein, fat, and micronutrients due to avoiding dairy-contained CCFs. This study aimed to develop a dairy-free, ready-to-use complementary food (RUCF) by utilizing plant-based protein sources. Tempeh flour, mung bean flour, modified cassava flour (MOCAF), sugar, inulin, micronutrient mix, and palm oil were mixed in a low-speed Stephan mixer at 75oC for 15 minutes. The ratios of tempeh flour (TF) and mung bean flour (MBF) were 12:20, 16:16, and 20:12 (w/w). Proximate and micronutrient (vitamin B12, calcium, and zinc) contents were determined and compared to the standard regulation of complementary food by the Indonesian Food and Drug Association (PerBPOM) No. 24/2019.  There was no significant difference between the three formulas for energy, moisture, total carbohydrate, and total fat contents (p > 0.05). The formula with a TF-to-MBF ratio of 20:12 had significantly higher ash and protein contents compared to other treatments (p<0.05). In comparison to the standard nutrient content, the fat content of all formulas exceeded the maximum standard of 4.5 g/100 kcal. Furthermore, vitamin B12 content was lower than the minimum standard of 0.05 µg/100 kcal. Although all formulas majorly fulfilled the regulatory range of nutrient content for CCF, product reformulation is necessary to adjust fat, vitamin B12, and other nutrients that has not fulfilled the regulations.
