Abstract

The research was aimed at reveal the influence of leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work partially and simultaneously to word Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. The type of this study is survey research. The subjects were 83 Suzuki salesmen in Purwokerto and the surrounding area, with more than one year working experience. There are 59 people participate as the respondents. The researcher employs multiple regressions to analyze the data. The findings show that partially, the factors like leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work influence Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the nearby area simultaneously, there is influence of leadership, achievement motivation, affective commitment and stress at work toward Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, career development and work environment on the performance of employees in Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the positive effect of job training on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Career development positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Job training, career development and work environment simultaneously affects the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Advice for leaders should work to improve the training of civil servants stationed appropriate initial education field and conducted the training as well as suggestions for training held in accordance with the needs of employees so that employees fully understand their duties and functions. To enhance the career development of employees should know the position / employee positions will get next. To improve the work environment should provide a place of their own to save the document to make it look more presentable. To improve the performance of the three points above should be met then the performance of employees will increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif baik secara persial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode random sampling, yaitu dengan menggunakancara teknik pengundian,dengan kriteria karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 317 dengan sampel 77. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda dengan tingkat signifikan (α) 0,05, dengan uji t dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, komitmen normatif secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motifasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Motivasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

PT Waroeng Batok Industry (WBI), a company engaged in the manufacture of wooden boards located in West Cilacap City, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry. This study used a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected using random sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 102 respondents. Abstract

This study purposes to examine the impact of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline on employee turnover intention at Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. This investigation method is quantitative to test the relationship between variables. The population in this investigation was 89 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The sampling technique uses a census. The data collection instrument utilized a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The findings of the research found that job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention, work motivation had a negative impact on turnover intention, and work discipline had a negative impact on turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial intention and investigate the mediating role of entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship education in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. This study was conducted on 327 active students of the faculty of economics and business at the 3 largest universities in Purwokerto, Indonesia. Sampling was conducted using stratified random sampling technique that fulfils the required criteria, and questionnaires were distributed directly. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) software. This study shows that an entrepreneurial mindset has successfully accelerated students' entrepreneurial intentions. Partially, entrepreneurial culture has an impact on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship culture have a strong correlation with students' entrepreneurial mindset. Contrary to expectations, this study found no significant difference between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intention. This result implies that the university has positioned itself as an important intervention in encouraging students' intentions through an effective entrepreneurship education model.

Abstract

This resesearch aims to examine the relationship between the variables Work Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. The mediating role of Job Satisfaction is used to analyze the indirect influence between variables. Respondents in this resesearch were permanent employees at PT Central Sandang Jayatama Cilacap. The sampling technique was applied to a population of 800 employees at PT. Central Sandang Jayatama Cilacap. The sample size was initially determined using Slovin’s formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 89 respondents. To enhance the validity and representativeness of the data, the sample size was subsequently increased to 150 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS software. A quantitative approach was chosen to explain the causal relationship between variables. The results of the resesearch showed that Work Life Balance had no significant effect on employee performance, Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence had a significant effect on Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction. This resesearch contributes by including the variable Job Satisfaction as a mediator between Work Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, job satisfaction, self efficacy, and organizational commitment on employee performance at RSU Ananda Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all health workers at RSU Ananda totaling 154. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for respondents being health workers who do not have a position or leadership and have worked for at least one year. The number of samples in this study was 111 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that the variables work life balance, job satisfaction, and self efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variable organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect. These findings are expected to be a guide for RSU Ananda management in designing and implementing strategic policies to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan yang dimediasi oleh motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen organisasi pada perusahaan e-commerce lokal di Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 4.0 dengan populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 karyawan yang bekerja di sektor e-commerce di daerah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh karyawan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian diikutsertakan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif, motivasi intrinsik, maupun komitmen organisasi. Namun, analisis mediasi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh struktural yang signifikan, meskipun tidak signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model kepemimpinan inovatif di sektor ekonomi digital lokal.
