Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work Life Balance (WLB), Quality of Work Life (QWL), and Self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction among contract employees at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach and saturated sampling, 107 respondents completed a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS. Results show that WLB has a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while QWL and Self-efficacy have significant positive effects. These findings indicate that improving work environment quality and employee confidence plays a crucial role in enhancing job satisfaction. The study offers insights for HR strategies, especially in supporting contract-based employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, compensation and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, a total of 107 employees at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used SPSS statistical analysis used for descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that transformational leadership style, compensation and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The phenomenon of non-financial compensation or indirect compensation, such as holding intimate family gatherings, apparently does not reduce job satisfaction significantly. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research and be a consideration for companies in increasing job satisfaction so that it has a positive impact on the company's progress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study This study aims to test and analyze the effect of resilience, leadership style, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. leadership, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were employees of An Ni'mah Wangon Hospital, Banyumas Regency, totaling 280 employees. totaling 280 employees. The sample was taken using the Roscoe formula which amounted to 105 employees at An Ni'mah Wangon General Hospital, Banyumas Regency. Technique sampling technique in this study using Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis techniques in this study This study uses Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.0 statistical analysis. used for validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. Results This study proves that leadership style and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital. while resilience and communication have no effect on job satisfaction of An Ni'mah General Hospital employees of An Ni'mah General Hospital.
