Abstract

The Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that consistently has the mission of producing students who have competence in the religious sciences (tafaqquh fiddin). In this Islamic boarding school, it was found that several institutions including the Muallimin Muallimat (MMA) institution, the MMA institution, students were trained to have competence in studying and reviewing Arabic texts, especially the yellow book. In order to realize this mission, mastery of Arabic grammar becomes a very important part. Because of this, MMA made analytical studies of Nahwu (syntax) and Shorof (morphology) a mandatory menu which was integrated into the curriculum as Text Studies. In this study, researchers conducted an investigation to find a formulation of Text Study learning in MMA by conducting a study of the learning stages from planning, implementation, to evaluation of Text Studies learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method that seeks to collect as much information as possible through documentation, interviews, and observations to be further studied and analyzed and draw the final result in the form of conclusions. The conclusions obtained as a result of this research are (1) Text study learning planning at MMA is formulated in the form of material distribution in reference books (Matnu al Ghoyah wa Attaqrib and Fathul Qorib); (2) The implementation of Text Studies learning at MMA includes 4 stages based on grade levels including: opening, core activity 1, core activity 2, closing; (3) evaluation of Text Studies learning in MMA uses test and non-test techniques, and evaluation of learning is applied comprehensively and intact because the evaluation is carried out in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains

Abstract

Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) build and develops an economic structure and a structure of civil society that is justly prosperous, progressing, and prosperous with justice based on Sharia and the blessing of Allah SWT. Murabahah product is a contract of purchase and purchase financing where the principal price and profit margin are known and agreed upon by both parties, at which time the transaction is handed over, the goods are traded while the payment can be paid in installments The pillars of murabahah financing products that must be fulfilled in transactions include; (1) the contractor, namely bai ’(seller) in this case is BMT and Musytari (buyer), in this case, is the customer who needs and needs goods. (2) The object of the contract is mabi '(merchandise), tsaman (price), (3) Shigah, ijab and qabul. Sharia marketing has four characters namely Rabaniyah, Akhlaqiyah, Al-Waqiiyah and Insyaniyah. These characters will get a marketing that is in accordance with the principles of shari'ah and distinguishes it from other marketing (non-shari'ah). The character of Rabaniyah must be possessed by an Islamic marketer who is convinced that Allah SWT is always close to him and watches over him when he does all kinds of business.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah sebagai sarana meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat upaya mengentas kemiskinan dengan menjembatani pihak yang membutuhkan dana dengan pihak yang memiliki dana melalui produk dan jasa keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang memiliki ciri yang berbeda dengan Lembaga keuangan lain. Beriring dengan waktu dan tuntutan zaman, Lembaga keuangan syariah berkembang menjadi berbagai alternative pilihan termasuk BMT (Baitul mal Wattamwil), Asuransi, Koperasi, Bank dan masih banyak lembaga keuangan lain yang berkembang dimasyarakat. Islam melarang praktik riba serta akumulasi kekayaan hanya pada pihak tertentu secara tidak adil. Secara praktis, bentuk produk jasa dan pelayanan, prinsip-prinsip dasar hubungan antara lembaga keuangan dan nasabah, serta cara-cara berusaha yang halal dalam lembaga keuangan syariah, masih sangat perlu disosialisasikan secara luas. Pemberian Ujroh yang sesuai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan Islam akan berdampak positif pada peningkatan kesejahteraan Umat Islam dan bisa menaggulangi kemiskinan Umat.

Abstract

Islam hal yang mengatur antara hubungan manusia dengan manusia kita mengenal adanya prinsip muamalah yang pada praktiknya saat ini juga diterapkan dalam urusan pertanian, sebab kebanyakan orang yang memiliki hewan ternak dan yang mempunyai hewan tunggangan, juga mampu untuk bercocok tanam dan berhasil mengolah tanah sampai panen, tetapi dia tidak mempunyai sebidang tanah sebagai lahan pertanian. Mukhbarah salah satu bentuk kerja sama antara pekerja atau buruh dan pemilik tanah. Dalam banyak kasus, pihak buruh memiliki keahlian mengolah tanah namun tidak memiliki tanah, dan ada pemilik tanah tidak mempunyai keahlian dalam mengolah tanah tersebut. Mukhabarah merupakan kegiatan mengerjakan tanah (orang lain) seperti sawah atau ladang dengan imbalan sebagian hasilnya (seperdua, sepertiga atau seperempat). Sedangkan biaya pengerjaan dan benihnya ditanggung orang yang mengerjakan. Mukhabarah” diperbolehkan oleh sebagian besar para sahabat rodhiyallohu „anhum, tabi‟in dan para imam serta tidak diperbolehkan oleh sebagian yang lain. Dalil orang-orang yang membolehkannya adalah muamalah Rosululloh shollallohu „alaihi wa sallam dengan penduduk khaibar. Syarat secara umum dalam mukhabarah diantaranya : Pemilik kebun dan penggarap harus orang yang baligh dan berakal, Benih yang akan ditanam harusjelas dan menghasilkan, Lahan merupakan lahan yang menghasilkan,jelas batas batasnya,dan diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada penggarap, Pembagian untuk masing-masing harus jelas penentuannya, Jangka waktu harus jelas menurut kebiasaan.. Pemerataan perekonomian dapat berlangsung dengan merata dengan adanya aqad Mukhobarah.

Abstract

Achieving overall customer satisfaction is not easy because today's customers are increasingly educated and aware of their rights. In addition, each customer has a different level of satisfaction even though they need the same product. The process of fulfilling customer satisfaction does not only require quality products or services but also requires efforts that can increase the level of customer satisfaction. By identifying and measuring member satisfaction, several strategies can be determined to be decided next. Strategy is the steps that must be taken by a company to achieve its goals. This research was conducted at BMT Sunan Drajat Center with the aim of knowing the strategy and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors at BMT Sunan Drajat to increase customer satisfaction with wadi'ah contracts. BMT Sunan Drajat's strategy in increasing customer satisfaction with wadiah contracts is the absence of admin fees, the implementation of a ball pick-up system, the presence of SMS masking as a customer notification regarding transactions carried out by procuring bonuses or rewards for active customers with a mobile banking application to make it easier for customers to make transactions. The supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by BMT Sunan Drajat in an effort to increase customers with Wadi'ah contracts include the supporting factors, namely the Sunan Drajat Brand, which is of great interest to the public, strategic places that are easily accessible to customers. While the inhibiting factor is the number of customers who have become customers of BMT which existed before BMT Sunan Drajat.

Abstract

The term marketing strategy is not just promotion, but is how to satisfy customers with services provided so that customers are comfortable with cooperatives. This study explains the marketing strategy in an effort to increase the number of members at KSPPS MUI Ketanen Branch, Gresik Regency, which has a background of 2 KSPPS MUI branch offices in Panceng sub-district, which is a differentiator from other sub-district branch offices. This research is a qualitative descriptive field research, the subject of this research is the head of the KSPPS MUI Ketanen branch, as well as several informants, namely marketing employees of the KSPPS MUI Ketanen branch and several members of the KSPPS MUI Ketanen branch. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data validation technique is carried out using source triangulation by collecting similar data and information from a variety of different sources. The results of the analysis of the marketing strategy in an effort to increase the number of members in the Ideal Business Partners Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing cooperative (KSPPS MUI) Ketanenen Branch concluded that the obstacles in increasing the number of members at the KSPPS MUI Ketanen branch included the schedule of market grebek which coincided with working hours making the grebek program the market is less than optimal, the nature of various members and payments outside working hours. The supporting factors in increasing the number of members include friendly service, being able to do transactions at home without having to come to the office and strategic places.

Abstract

Asuransi merupakan perjanjian yang mengikat kedua belah pihak, antara tertanggung yang membutuhkan proteksi dan penanggung yang bersedia menerima risiko. Transaksi asuransi selama berabad-abad telah menimbulkan sejumlah prinsip-prinsip penting. Prinsip-prinsip itu terbentuk bukan saja karena kebiasaan, tetapi juga karena keputusan-keputusan hakim (yurisprudensi). Prinsip-prinsip hukum yang sering digunakan di dalam praktik perusahaan asuransi kerugian pada umumnya dan perusahan-perusahaan asuransi kerugian negara pada khususnya, baik itu asuransi kerugian maupun asuransi jiwa diantaranya Itikad Baik (Good Faith Principle, Prinsip Keseimbangan (Indemnitiy Principle), Prinsip Kepentingan Yang Dapat Diasuransikan (Insurable Interest), Prinsip Subrogasi (Subrogation Principle. Obyek asuransi (obyek of insurance), harta kekayaan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi, yang dapat dihargai dengan sejumlah uang. Benda asuransi selalu berwujud, dan selalu diancam oleh bahaya atau peristiwa yang terjadinya itu tidak pasti. Oleh karena itu, benda asuransi dapat rusak, hilang, musnah atau berkurang nilainya. Abstract

Today entrepreneurship activities have begun to experience a turnaround and experience a shift in business orientation, where business people begin to try to balance material and spiritual orientation. One institution that is concerned about entrepreneurship is the Islamic boarding school, in order to bring us all towards falah (success / happiness in the world and in the hereafter) with the application of Islamic methods and principles Rahmatan lil'alamin. Mursyid stated that in general, the business of pesantren is still very simple and not well organized, especially the number of pesantren that play a role in community economic empowerment has not reached 50%. This is very important to support the independence of pesantren and also as an effort to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students in Islamic boarding schools so that they have the capital to live and have a family in the future and with such a model pesantren can be an important element to build national independence and create good students who are moral, intellectually empowered, hardworking and independent. However, there is a pesantren that has been well known for its entrepreneurial aspects, namely the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School (PPSD) in Lamongan. The pesantren has various business units, both in agribusiness, manufacturing, and trade/services. While data analysis techniques are used using data education, data presentation, and conclusion drawing; The purpose of the study is to answer, know, describe and analyze the problem formulation; 1) How is the implementation of rahmatan lil'alamin-based entrepreneurship in the Sunan Drajat Department Store Economic Unit? 2) What are the factors that can support entrepreneurship in the Sunan Drajat Department Store Economic Unit? The analysis used with an approach through the relationship of the application of supporting factors for employees with entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship based on Islamic teachings. The application of department store management based on the Islamic concept of Rahmatan lil'alamin, there are several indicators with the description of rationality, Like business in general, it should do business is to seek profit for welfare. Intelligence, Determining product prices according to percentage in calculations that are not careless. Balance between heart and mind, Adjust product prices with fixed labels. As well as comprehensive, maintaining property (daily financial records are carried out which are then used as accountability reports).

Abstract

The term Rationality will look confusing if it has many meanings or meanings, and sometimes rationality does not match what is expected. Rationality is a mindset in acting in accordance with human reason and logic. Specifically, rationality can also be said as a tendency to fulfill long-term plans, taking into account all the risks and benefits of the actions taken. Rationality is a consequence on the basis of economic and religious factors, where the main factor becomes the basic basis in the discussion of capitalist development. A person's choice can be said to be rational if this choice as a whole can be explained by the terms of the preferred consistent relationship with the definition of the appearance of the preferred choice. the decisions taken by these individuals should lead to the quantification of the final decision in monetary units. Quantification will lead to calculations and tend to maximize the goals of each activity.

Abstract

Zakat is a pillar of islam the must be issued by every muslim by fulfilling certain condition. Zakat contains two dimensions, namely direct worship to Allah and worship to fellow human beings. Zakat is worship that prioritizes social values in addition to spiritual values. in addition, the empowerment of zakat funds, if managed properly, will improve the economy of the poor at the productif age.This type of research includes field research, which is a research that is carried out systematically by lifting data from the field. By using qualitative research methods that produce deskriptive data in the form of written or spoken words form poeple and observed behavior. The result of this study indicate that the strategy used by BAZNAS of Bojonegoro Regency and ASN, Civil Servants, BUMN, BUMD, as well as various agencies. Institutions and mosques to intruduce the importance of zakat and establish UPZ (Zakat Collection Unit). The programs carried out by the Religious Bojonegoro, Genius Bojonegoro, philanthropic Bojonegoro, Productive Bojonegoro. And for the community empowerment program, namely the Productive Bojonegoro Program, the activities of this program have been going well and can improve the mustahiq economy which is provided by the productive Bojonegoro program. The obstacle experienced by BAZNAS in Bojonegoro regency during zakat management is that there is still a lack of public awareness of the importance of paying zakat and when during the pandemic BAZNAS redusec gathering activities and is more active on social media.
