Abstract

In a company, leaders must have the ability to control their employees. Leaders must provide motivation to employees, motivation can be in the form of attention and appreciation in accordance with what the employees have given, so employees feel the need for fairness and can also encourage high morale to work. Likewise with the work environment, if the working conditions are clean, comfortable and safe. In this way, employees become motivated to work even better, and ultimately employee performance is achieved. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data here is obtained from indirect interviews obtained from the results of questionnaires filled out by employees, secondary data is obtained from the report data of the sharia financial institution of the BMT Mandiri Prosperous Cooperative East Java. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis are then analyzed by using the F test and statistical t test. (F-test) at the 95% confidence level. And from the results of the third hypothesis analysis shows that the magnitude of the regression coefficient for the work environment variable is 0.191 and the motivation variable is 0.286, so it can be concluded that motivation is the dominant factor that has an influence in improving employee performance at the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative, East Java, Dukun Unit.

Abstract

Service and product quality are 2 factors that influence customer decisions. Service components are used to give a good impression to consumers. So that consumers can attract other potential customers. Product quality is also a component of understanding the products offered with more selling value that is not owned by competitors' products. Umrah deposits make it easier for customers to determine the departure of Umrah in a planned manner and help in the management of funds to perform Umrah worship. Research objectives; 1. To find out whether the service affects the decision of customers to open Umrah deposits at BMT Sunan Drajat Pusat. 2. To find out whether the quality of the product affects the decision of customers to open Umrah deposits at BMT Sunan Drajat Pusat. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The data used is the primary data of secondary funds. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this study 1) service variables affect the decision of customers to open Umrah deposits. This can be seen from the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis tests obtained indicators that greatly affect employee service to customers with a Test value of T 3,379 meaning that the service has a positive and significant effect on the decision of customers to open Umrah savings. 2) Product quality variables affect the decision of customers to open Umrah deposits. This can be seen from the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis tests obtained indicators that are very influential is the product can be trusted by customers with a test value of T 3,369 meaning the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on the decision of the customer to open Umrah savings.

Abstract

The leader is one of the essences of management, the main resource and the central point of every activity that occurs in a company. How the creativity and dynamics of a leader in carrying out his leadership authority will greatly determine whether the company's goals can be achieved or not. Leaders who are dynamic and creative, the organization they lead will also be more dynamic and the activities that will be carried out will be more and more. The problems in this study are, 1. How is the leadership style of the head of the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan, 2. Is there any influence of leadership on the economic performance of the employees of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan. As for in this study the authors used quantitative data. Research starts from theories or hypotheses using a correlational approach. The results of this study are, 1). The leadership style applied by the head of the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan is a situational style. This is evidenced by the results of interviews and research that has been carried out by researchers. 2). The results of the regression test on the leadership style variable on employee performance in the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan obtained the regression equation Y = 21.740 + 0.464 X. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained a t-test result of 3.168 with a significant level of 0.002. The significant value is less than 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005), thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract from Ratna Puspita Sari's writing; The aim of this research is to examine the evaluation and supervision of the learning process as an effort to increase teacher professionalism in schools. The method used is a qualitative research method with a type of field research. The research locations in this study were MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember. The findings in this research are that in general the implementation of academic supervision at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember has gone well. School supervisors have an adequate understanding of academic supervision and can carry out supervisory duties and functions well. Second, there are still limitations in the aspects that are the target of academic supervision by Madrasah supervisors at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz. Not all aspects of academic supervision are the focus of school supervisors. Meanwhile, at MAN 1 Jember and MAN 2 Jember, all aspects have been implemented by madrasah supervisors. Aspects supervised include learning planning, teaching and learning implementation, class management, and follow-up on learning results. Third, Madrasah Supervisors have developed quite varied academic supervision techniques at MA Darul Hikmah Jember, MA Fatihul Ulum Al Mahfudz, MAN 1 Jember, and MAN 2 Jember. Techniques used include individual supervision, such as class visits, observations, and individual meetings; group supervision, such as teacher meetings/supervision meetings, committees, and group work, as in MGMP. The approaches used in monitoring activities include those of officials, partners and families.
