Abstract

This Paper aims to choose which one economic system of law better to solve our economic problem in Indonesia contests. The research uses monism and dualism system in law to finding the best choice in economic system of law in Indonesia. The research conclusion that Indonesia is better to choose dualism system in economic law to protect his citizen from liberalism in economic global contests.  State has the duty of protects and gives opportunity in economic access to bring into reality “welfare all public of Indonesia citizen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lokasi Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pembantu Unit Inobonto Terhadap Minat Menabung nasabah Desa Bantik. Dan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian adalah Nasabah Bank BRI Desa Bantik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di ambil dalam peneitian ini menggunakan rumus Hair sehingga di dapatkan sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji korelasi, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t (persial). Hasil dalam penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Lokasi Bank BRI Kcp Unit Inobonto berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah di Desa Bantik untuk menabung di Bank BRI Kcp Unit Inobonto. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung 8,167 > ttabel 1,982 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Selain itu, berdasarkan nilai signifikasi dari tabel Cofficients diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lokasi Bank BRI Kcp Unit Inobonto berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah di Desa Bantik

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the limited development of Syariah-certified hotels in Indonesia despite the country’s substantial potential in the global halal tourism market. Indonesia has actively promoted halal certification in the accommodation and hospitality industries, supported by central and regional governments. These initiatives align with Islamic hospitality principles, including halal-certified food, the prohibition of alcohol, modest dress codes for employees, and gender-segregated facilities. However, despite the rising discourse on halal tourism, the number of Syariah-certified hotels remains disproportionately low. This study seeks to understand why this gap exists and how the Muslim community perceives Syariah-compliant accommodations. Observations and interviews with 38 middle-class santri groups in West Java, particularly in the Jabodetabek area, reveal that their choice of accommodation is influenced more by cultural factors than religious ideology. Despite being religiously literate, many santri do not prioritize Syariah hotels when traveling. These findings highlight a disconnect between the supply of and demand for Syariah hotels, providing insights into the cultural and practical challenges facing halal tourism development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of zakat funds for the MSME program at BAZNAS in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including reports, books, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings of this study are that the strategy for implementing the empowerment of zakat funds for the MSME program implemented by BAZNAS includes various integrated approaches, such as providing business capital in the form of goods or money, entrepreneurship training, technical assistance, strengthening communities through the Zakat Community Development (ZCD) approach, providing production and training centers such as Balai UMKM. As well as encouraging the adaptation of fostered MSME actors to the development of digital technology through e-commerce training, online marketing, and utilization of other digital platforms.
