Abstract

This research investigates the legal protection of children in underage divorce cases in the context of Indramayu, Indonesia. Using a mixed methods approach, the research analyzed the legal framework, reviewed existing literature, and gathered insights through surveys with legal professionals, social workers, and individuals who have direct experience in underage divorce cases. The findings revealed nuances in the legal landscape, challenges in implementation, and the importance of cultural sensitivity. Recommendations emphasize alignment of legal standards, improved support services, interdisciplinary collaboration, compassionate legal processes, and community engagement.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive normative approach, namely explaining the Position of Debt in Online Loans in the Indonesian legal system in descriptive form and accompanied by legal arguments. The data used are secondary data that researchers obtain from credible sources, namely websites, books, scientific journals, and others that are commonly used in every study. The data are analyzed by stages of data collection, data sampling, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The result in this article show that the borrower is still obliged to return the loan that has been borrowed without being burdened with anything outside of the debt that could burden the borrower.

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan hukum bahaya narkoba dan perjudian online di Desa Sibatu Loting Kecamatan Barumun Tengah dilatarbelaknagi karena dampak buruk yang diakibatkan oleh narkoba dan judi online semakin meresahkan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada mahasiswa di Desa Sibatu Loting. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja mengenai bahaya narkotika dan perjudian online dengan harapan remaja dapat menghindarinya. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini Sebelum melakukan kegiatan PKM, Tim melakukan wawancara singkat kepada peserta pelatihan. Dalam wawancara singkat itu Tim menanyakan apakah para peserta pernah mencoba narkoba atau Judi online. Banyak dari peserta menjawab bahwa mereka duah pernah beberapa kali coba-coba masuk ke dalam akun judi online. Alasan mereka coba-coba karena mereka penasaran apakah memang judi online itu betul-betul menghasilkan uang atau tidak. Sementara terkait narkoba, ada beberapa peserta yang mengaku bahwa mereka pernah di ajak oleh teman mereka untuk mencoba narkoba. Setelah melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, para peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan terakit apa dampak buruknya jika menyalah gunakan Narkoba dan Judi Online. Setelah penyuluhan Tim berharap para peserta lebih mawas diri dengan ajakan untuk memakai narkoba atau ikut judi online.

Abstract

Produktifitas dosen dalam menulis dan menerbitkan artikel ilmiah pada journal bagian yang fundamental untuk membangun reputasi diri dan lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Namun dalam kenyataan, dosen pada berbagai perguruan tinggi masih banyak yang belum memahami strategi penulisan dan publikasi artikel pada Journal. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada dosen dalam menulis dan publikasi ilmiah pada journal. Kegiatan ini dilakukanmelalui workshop dengan langkah-langkah penjelasan konseptual, diskusi dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan ialah dari sejumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pada awalnya hanya dua orang yang memiliki pemahaman terkait langkah penulisan dan proses pengiriman naskah artikel ke journal yang ditargetkan, namun setelah diadakannya pelatihan semua peserta telah memiliki kemampuan untuk mengirimkan artikel ke jurnal, kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan peserta yang memiliki berbagai akun yang erat kaitannya dengan peningkatan nilai publikasi, seperti google scholar, research gate, Orcid ID, publon ID.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate relationship between media representations and public attitudes toward religious tolerance in Indonesian mass media. Employing a mixed-methods approach involving content analysis and surveys with SPSS analysis, the study scrutinizes 300 religious news articles and surveys 150 participants. The content analysis reveals diverse themes, framing, and language, while the survey uncovers patterns in media exposure and public perceptions. Comparative analysis provides global perspectives, and the implications and recommendations offer actionable insights. The findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of media influence on religious tolerance, offering valuable insights for media practitioners, policymakers, and future research efforts

Abstract

This research delves into the complex interplay of Fiqh and Maqasid al-Syariah in shaping Islamic legal policy in Indonesia, employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, content analysis, and document analysis. The study reveals the explicit incorporation of Fiqh in legislation and its influence on judicial decisions, highlighting the enduring role of traditional Islamic jurisprudence. Simultaneously, Maqasid al-Syariah emerges as a guiding ethical framework, fostering adaptability and providing opportunities for aligning legal objectives with overarching Islamic principles. The research explores the harmonization efforts, tensions, and collaborative initiatives in navigating the intersection between Fiqh, Maqasid al-Syariah, and contemporary legal frameworks. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the dynamic relationship between tradition and adaptation in Islamic legal policymaking in Indonesia

Abstract

The process of collecting, managing and distributing zakat is ideally carried out by the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ). In Indonesia there are two types of OPZ which are recognized by law (UU No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management), the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ). This research aims to determine the influence of transparency, accountability and zakat literacy on muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution. The population and sample in this study were muzakki who had paid zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution using a probability sampling technique: simple random which was successfully obtained as many as 180 respondents in this study. The results of this research show that the variables of transparency, accountability and zakat literacy influence muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution. Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships among Bureaucratic Accountability, Impact of Regulatory Change, Law Enforcement Effectiveness, and Public Service Quality through a quantitative analysis employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Utilizing a sample size of 150 participants, the study explores the nuanced interplay of these constructs, providing valuable insights for policymakers and administrators. The measurement model demonstrates robust reliability and validity, while the structural model reveals significant positive associations between Bureaucratic Accountability, Impact of Regulatory Change, Law Enforcement Effectiveness, and Public Service Quality. Demographic variations further enrich the understanding of these relationships. The findings contribute to the discourse on effective governance, emphasizing the pivotal role of transparency, regulatory adaptability, and law enforcement efficiency in shaping public service perceptions. Implications for policy and avenues for future research are discussed.
