Abstract

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reports and materiality analysis are increasingly becoming a primary focus in socially and environmentally responsible corporate practices. These two elements play an important role in building financial and market performance. This research investigates the influence of ESG Reports and materiality analysis on company financial and market performance. This research method uses secondary data from a number of companies in various industries listed in IDX during the 2017-2021 period. Based on the purposive sampling technique, the sample was 23 companies, so the data processed was 115 data. Regression analysis and other statistical techniques measure the relationship between ESG variables and a company's financial results. The research results prove that elements of social and governance ESG have a negative effect on financial performance. Materiality analysis has a positive effect on market performance. These findings provide a strong basis for companies to pay more attention to ESG, especially on the social and governance factors and materiality analysis as strategic tools in risk management and improving financial and market performance. In addition, this research also provides valuable information for investors and other stakeholders increasingly paying attention to ESG aspects in their investment decision-making. Some suggestions were made for future research on ESG reports and sustainability.

The Center for Teaching and Learning Activities (PKBM) is one of the non-formal educational institutions that has a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources through various learning programs. PKBM provides a variety of educational services such as equality education, skills training, and various kinds of community empowerment programs. For sustainability and effectiveness, the program is highly dependent on effective and efficient financing management.  The purpose of the study is to describe the characteristics of sources and Revenue Budget Plans (RAP) in PKBM Karya Bhakti Punung, to describe the characteristics of financial realization and accountability in PKBM Karya Bhakti Punung. The method used in this study is data description with an ethnographic approach. Data collection used interview techniques with selected resource persons. The results obtained from this study are known if the sources of funds contained in PKBM Karya Bhakti are obtained from the government, namely from the Director General of PNFI (Indonesia Non-Formal Education), the East Java Provincial Education Office, and the Pacitan Regency Education Office, in addition to that the sources of funds are obtained from independent or independent institutions and businesses from PKBM itself.  By diversifying funding sources and optimizing the use of funds, PKBM can reduce dependence on one source of funding, thereby increasing operational stability and financial sustainability. Good management also allows greater access to resources, which can be used to improve the quality of education and services, as well as develop more relevant and innovative programs and curricula. The active participation of the community in the financing management process will strengthen the relationship between PKBM and its community, as well as encourage greater support. Seeing this, additional funds are needed for PKBM so that educational activities can run as well as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the most effective TikTok content strategies for fashion Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Samarinda and to determine the influence of content quality on increasing customer engagement. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, with quantitative data obtained through customer surveys and the analysis of over 100 promotional posts (Code A1-A100) during the April 2025 period. Quantitative analysis utilized Descriptive Statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with robust model validation (CFI: 0.925; RMSEA: 0.057). The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that TikTok Video Content has a positive and significant influence on the Increase in Customer Engagement (Standardized Coefficient = 0.684, ). The most effective content is dominated by the principles of Entertainment (highest mean ) and Relatability, with an optimal duration of 15 to 30 seconds. The engagement pattern found tends to be higher in passive and value-marking metrics (Likes and Saves) compared to active metrics (Comments and Shares). Format-wise, Video dominates the awareness metric with the highest Views (Post A44 reached 423,000 Views), while the Carousel format excels in the long-term value (Saves)metric (Post A32 recorded 11,249 Saves). The implications of these findings suggest that MSMEs must focus on duplicating the successful formulas of Video for awareness and Carousel for value, while prioritizing clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to boost conversion. However, optimal effectiveness is hindered by major factors such as inconsistent content production and difficulty in mastering the rapid changes in TikTok trends.
