Abstract

The management of BUMDes Mitra Sejahtera aims to act as a driving force for village-level local development. The management of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes is based on potential needs, village capacity, increasing village community income with the aim of improving the community's economy based on cooperative, emancipatory and participatory principles from the community. The discussion of this research aims to analyze the SWOT method, challenges to the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes manager, with the aim of being able to overcome all the problems that will later become obstacles to the glory of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes by using the SWOT method. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely by interviewing the community, the head of the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, the village head. In order to find out the management carried out by the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes which is used to improve the community's economy. This discussion gets The result is that Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes has many opportunities to improve the community's economy, has competent leaders and has good planning and management which is very necessary for the progress of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes. the research that has been done is the application of swot analysis to the prosperous partner BUMDes management strategy in improving the community's economy. where people participate and cooperate with each other. In the management of BUMDes where HR is the determinant of the running of a Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, it is necessary to provide education to the community and education to managing HR. With a SWOT analysis, it can make it easier and know where to study events and threats in the future, anticipate losses if an obstacle occurs and with this analysis it can be avoided and applied for the good and welfare of society and can help people in need

Abstract

This research aims to answer the question by examining the impact of Immanuel Kant's epistemologi on the development of sharia economic law research. The method used is a literary method that is closely related to the research object, and is analyzed using philosophical and historical methods. This research found that Kant's critical philosophy began by questioning rationalist philosophy which accepted previous knowledge without criticizing it. Kant attempted to formulate an epistemological theory that would make a priori knowledge acceptable. Until finally, Kant discovered that knowledge is an a priori synthesis, between rationalism and empiricism. Thus, Kant's epistemologi creates urgency in developing the study of sharia economic law which seeks to form ideas about the importance of combining ideology and theory, between normative-idealist and historical-empirical. So that Islamic teachings can be applied in sharia economic law, especially in sharia financial institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore efforts to harmonize Islamic epistemology and economics in Indonesia, with a special focus on the contribution of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi's thoughts regarding the Islamization of Science. Al-Faruqi's thoughts on the integration of Islamic epistemology in economics are relevant in the current context, where economic issues are often handled without considering unique Islamic perspectives and values. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review and content analysis of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi's works that are relevant to the research theme. In addition, data will be collected from primary and secondary sources. Through in-depth analysis, this research will explore Al-Faruqi's views on the integration of Islamic epistemology and how these views can be adapted and implemented in the context of economic science in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide new insights into ways to accommodate Islamic values in economic theory and practice in Indonesia. This research can also provide a valuable contribution to the development of the study of the Islamization of Science and inspire further discussion and reflection regarding the harmonization between Islamic epistemology and contemporary science in various fields.

Abstract

The program "Simple Bouquet Homemade: Creative Business Innovation for Economic Empowerment of the People in the Blora Cursed Village" aims to improve the well-being of the people through simple bouquet making training that can be run as a creative undertaking. The program involved 30 participants from household mothers and village youths, who previously had no skills in the area of florist. The results of the program showed an improvement in the skills of participants in bouquet making, which was followed by an increase in household income by up to 20-30% after they started a business. In addition, the establishment of small business groups has successfully encouraged collaboration and economic independence among the participants. Nonetheless, some challenges such as access to raw materials and the constraints of online marketing technology need further attention. The programme successfully demonstrates that innovation in creative business can be an effective solution for empowering the economy of rural communities, and can be replicated in other areas with appropriate adjustments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the gap between members' expectations and perceptions of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Kranji Lamongan services with the SERVQUAL model approach. The research design used a descriptive quantitative approach involving 41 respondents who were selected purposively. The instrument in the form of a Likert questionnaire was analyzed through gap analysis and paired samples t-test. The results showed that there was the largest negative gap in the reliability dimension (−0.2927), while tangibles and responsiveness had positive gaps. Statistically, some service items show significant differences between perceptions and expectations, so the research hypothesis is accepted. This research strengthens the application of SERVQUAL in the context of Islamic microfinance and emphasizes the importance of services that are in accordance with maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. Implicitly, the results of this study are relevant for improving the quality of BMT services and management policies.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the financial management of the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School as a case study. Financial management in educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools has an important role in supporting operational continuity and development of educational programs. With a focus on PP. Sunan Drajat Lamongan, this research includes an analysis of the financial structure, fund management, and financial policies implemented by the institution. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained through interviews with related parties, observation, and analysis of documents related to Islamic boarding school finances. The results of this research provide an overview of PP's financial health. Sunan Drajat Lamongan, including the effectiveness of fund management and the financial strategies implemented. The findings of this research can provide an important contribution in increasing understanding of Islamic boarding school financial management, especially in the context. PP. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. The practical implications of this research can provide recommendations for improvements or developments in certain aspects of Islamic boarding school financial management, so that they can support the achievement of educational goals and institutional sustainability. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for similar educational institutions in improving the efficiency and transparency of financial management.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the legal legitimacy of stock trading within the framework of Islamic law through the approach of maṣlaḥah mursalah as a contextual and adaptive method of istinbāṭ (legal reasoning) that aligns with the dynamics of the modern economy. Employing a normative qualitative approach and library research method, this study examines classical and contemporary sources in uṣūl al-fiqh, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, and the fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council–Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) related to Islamic capital market practices. The findings reveal that maṣlaḥah mursalah serves as a valid legal foundation for stock trading activities, provided that such practices comply with Sharia principles, particularly in safeguarding wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl), ensuring transactional justice, and preventing harm (raf‘ al-ḥaraj). Conceptually, maṣlaḥah mursalah functions as a bridge between classical jurisprudence and the practical demands of modern financial systems, affirming the flexibility and responsiveness of Islamic law without compromising its normative essence. The study concludes that Sharia-compliant stock trading, free from riba, gharar, and maysir, contributes to genuine public welfare through financial inclusion and equitable wealth distribution. Keywords: Maslahah Mursalah, Stock Trading, Maqāṣid Al-Sharī‘Ah, Islamic Law, Islamic Capital Market Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis legitimasi hukum praktik trading saham dalam perspektif hukum Islam melalui pendekatan maṣlaḥah mursalah sebagai metode istinbāṭ hukum yang bersifat kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan ekonomi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif normatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), mengkaji berbagai sumber klasik dan kontemporer dalam bidang uṣūl al-fiqh, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, serta fatwa-fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional–Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) yang relevan dengan praktik pasar modal syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maṣlaḥah mursalah dapat menjadi dasar legitimasi hukum bagi aktivitas trading saham selama praktik tersebut memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariat, khususnya dalam aspek perlindungan harta (ḥifẓ al-māl), keadilan transaksi, dan pencegahan kemudaratan (raf‘ al-ḥaraj). Secara konseptual, maṣlaḥah mursalah berperan sebagai jembatan antara teks fikih klasik dan kebutuhan praktis sistem keuangan modern, memungkinkan hukum Islam bersifat dinamis dan responsif tanpa meninggalkan integritas normatifnya. Temuan ini juga menegaskan bahwa praktik trading saham syariah yang terbebas dari unsur riba, gharar, dan maysir dapat memberikan kemaslahatan hakiki berupa peningkatan inklusi keuangan dan distribusi kekayaan yang lebih merata. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi program pelatihan soft skill bagi santri Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama, kepemimpinan, dan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model partisipatif melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 65,3 menjadi 83,7 dengan perubahan perilaku positif seperti meningkatnya kepercayaan diri, tanggung jawab, dan empati sosial. Dan pelatihan soft skill berbasis nilai keislaman efektif memperkuat karakter, kepemimpinan, dan kesiapan santri menghadapi tantangan era modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurship program at Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School and its impact on enhancing students’ economic independence and local economic growth. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the pesantren’s entrepreneurship program—covering service, industrial, retail, and technology sectors—has successfully improved students’ technical, managerial, and digital skills. The integration of entrepreneurship education with Islamic values also strengthens students’ ethical behavior and spiritual character in business practices. Moreover, pesantren business units contribute significantly to the local economy through job creation, collaboration with micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and the strengthening of community-based value chains. However, several challenges remain, including limited capital, managerial literacy, and digital infrastructure. The study highlights the importance of strengthening external networks, alumni support, and digital transformation as key strategies for sustaining pesantren-based entrepreneurship. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and pesantren administrators in developing sustainable Islamic value-based economic empowerment models.

Abstract

Pesantren have an important role in building the character, ethics, and economic independence of students. Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School is famous for combining religious education with entrepreneurship based on the teachings of Catur Piwulang. However, empirical research on how the value of Catur Piwulang and financial behavior affects the formation of entrepreneurial spirit in student alumni is still not widely done. This research aims to examine the relationship between the teachings of Catur Piwulang Sunan Drajat and financial behavior on the entrepreneurial spirit of alumni students. This study uses a mixed method. Quantitative data was collected through a survey of 42 alumni students and analyzed by multiple linear correlations and regression, while qualitative data was obtained from in-depth interviews to strengthen the understanding of the results. The results of the analysis showed that all indicators of Catur Piwulang were positively and meaningfully related to entrepreneurial spirit, with the strongest correlation being the value of spreading affection. However, in the overall regression analysis, the teachings of Catur Piwulang did not have a significant direct influence, while financial behavior was the main factor that predicted the entrepreneurial spirit of alumni. The findings from the qualitative data confirm that the ability to manage finances is a key element of business success, while the value of Catur Piwulang serves as the basis of ethics and entrepreneurial character. This research emphasizes the need to combine the moral values of pesantren and financial ability in the development of pesantren-based entrepreneurship education.
