Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan store atmosphere terhadap brand preference Bangi Kopitiam Kelapa Gading. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebagai alat untuk pengambilan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 135 responden dengan kriteria mengetahui serta mengkonsumsi Bangi Koptiam Kelapa Gading. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap brand preference dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05, variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap brand preference dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05, serta variabel kualitas layanan dan store atmosphere secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan nilaifhitung > ftabel atau 50,725 >3,06. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Store Atmosphere, Brand Preference

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on teacher performance; the impact of the principal's leadership on teachers' performance; motivation's impact on teachers' performance; and how motivation, principal leadership, and organizational culture affect teachers' performance. The research used a quantitative method and a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data were collected from forty-five Early Childhood School Teachers. The gathered data is then examined utilizing a quantitative approach to simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis's findings indicate that, with a value of 0.618 > 0.05 and a t-count value of 0.502 < t-table 2.019, the organizational culture variable had no discernible impact on teachers' performance. With a value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-count of 3.751 > t-table of 2.019, the principle leadership variable has a positive and substantial impact on teacher performance. With a value of 0.033 < 0.05 and a t-count of 2.208 > t-table of 2.019, the motivating variable has a positive and significant impact. With a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and an f-count value of 30.968 > f-table 2.83, the factors organizational culture, principle leadership, and motivation have a significant and simultaneous impact on teacher performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan, dedikasi, dan etos kerja lulusan ekonomi syariah terhadap efisiensi sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah. Dengan latar belakang ekonomi syariah, SDM bank syariah diminta mengisi kuesioner penelitian, dan sebanyak 96 responden menjawab. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari survei tersebut. Analisis linier berganda digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini. Menurut temuan studi tersebut, skor R Adjugment sebesar 50% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecenderungan pengaruhnya cukup. Selain itu, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, variabel kompetensi (X1), dedikasi (X2), dan etos kerja (X3) berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja SDM (Y) bank syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel kompetensi (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh dominan secara parsial dengan nilai B sebesar 0,225; pengaruh variabel komitmen (X2) memiliki nilai yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai 0,412; dan pengaruh variabel etos kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) or employees in a company or agency is a very important element to have. Good human resources are employees who are good in their work behavior in accordance with company or agency regulations. Employees who are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their behavior in completing their work. Companies or agencies must be able to pay attention to the performance patterns of their employees to achieve a synergistic relationship. The existence of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) during the pandemic also affected the performance of the Bekasi City Youth and Sports Service (Dispora), which required that every day only around 25% to 50% of employees attend the Bekasi City Dispora office. This study focuses more on the ethos and performance of the Bekasi City Dispora by using a causality and correlative approach with the research variables namely the independent variable (work ethic) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Determining the number of samples in this study used an error level of 5%, so the sample used according to the table was 78 people. The results showed that the work ethic has a positive and very strong influence on the performance of employees at the Bekasi City Dispora. So the implication of this research is that employees need to have a high work ethic so that the resulting performance is also high and Dispora needs to build and improve the work ethic of employees in order to create the performance expected by the agency.

Abstract

To carry out work effectiveness, an effective and efficient management system is needed that can coordinate every work, office activity, foster and regulate the workforce as executors and provide maximum service to the community. Likewise, the kelurahan in carrying out office activities requires a workforce that is able to work productively in order to achieve the goals and vision and mission that have been set. This study aims to determine and analyze the increase in the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village, East Jakarta Administrative City. This study uses a research design that is descriptive qualitative. The informants who became informants in this study were the Bidara Cina Village Head, the Head of Government Section, the Head of Ekbang Section, the Bidara Cina Village Staff and the community. Data collection techniques were carried out by library research and field research. While data analysis techniques include data reduction activities, data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. From this study it was concluded that: (1) The performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village was generally quite good. This can be seen from the cohesiveness of employees in coordination and teamwork. However, there must be a further staffing development program so that employees can be more disciplined at work. (2) Factors that influence the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, include employee development, promotion, employee income, work environment, work facilities and educational background. (3) Efforts made to improve the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, can be carried out by organizing employee development programs starting from the city to the provincial level, providing promotion for employees who excel, creating a comfortable work environment and conducive for employees, giving employees the right to leave proportionally, giving appreciation and work motivation to employees, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, and evaluating employee performance regularly.

Abstract

With job satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, the purpose of this study is to ascertain if corporate culture and work discipline have an impact on employee performance. All of the participants in this study are employees. Saturated sampling or complete sampling are the sampling criteria used in this study. There were 100 samples used in this investigation. This kind of study data is included in quantitative data. Literature reviews, questionnaires, and interviews were employed by researchers. The existence of a link between latent variables and the indicators that make them up is known as the measurement model. The instrument's validity and dependability are evaluated using this model. A model that links apparent and latent variables is called the structural model. We use R2 as the dependent construct in PLS to assess inner capital. T-statistics and Patrial Least Square (PLS) were utilized in this study's data analysis. These conclusions can be drawn from the data analysis results: Job satisfaction and organizational culture characteristics are unaffected. The work discipline variable has an impact on job satisfaction. There is a relationship between employee performance and organizational culture. Employee performance is impacted by the work discipline variable. Employee performance and job satisfaction are impacted. Through work happiness, there is a relationship between company culture and employee performance. Workplace discipline affects employee performance through job satisfaction.
