Abstract

According to the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 101 of 2000, the education and training system covers the process of identifying needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training. Edu- cation and training is aimed to prepare employees to meet the requirements and needs of the organization, includ- ing procurement of leaders and staff cadres. The purposes of this study are to identify the factors of education and training as well as performance indicators and to analyze the factors that are the most dominant influences on the performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk South Jakarta. Human resources referred to in this research are permanent employees of PT Telkom, who take part in education and training. The research was conducted by questionnaire to 100 employees in the unit of Customer Service (CS) at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk South Jakarta. The sampling method was conducted by Judgement Sampling. The method of hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS Software 2.0.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara kompetensi guru dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMPNegeri 150 pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 51 guru.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis,dan uji regresi berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabelkompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi guru dan beban kerjaberpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of teacher pedagogy influences the development of basic biology competencies that contain metacognitive elements. The subjects of this study were teachers and students from schools A and B. The selection of subjects was based on differences in school admissions. The research method used is descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the pedagogical implementation of teachers A and B is equally high in directing motives. Teacher A focuses more on interactions that occur between fellow students, and teacher B focuses more on interactions between teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that based on the mapping of class interactions according to the Verbal Category Interaction System, school A has the highest frequency of 28.3% occurring during group discussion activities. In school B, it has the highest frequency of 20.1%, which occurs during group discussions and presentations. Student B's metacognitive knowledge is better able to demonstrate metacognitive knowledge than student A.

Abstract

Abstract

Di Indonesia, UMKM atau Usaha kecil  sangatlah banyak. UMKM atau Usaha kecil dan Menengah merupakan usaha ekonomi yang produktif, usaha ini berdiri sendiri oleh perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak. Social Marketing bisa dijadikan salah satu solusi bagi UMKM di Indonesia yang memiliki beberapa kendala namun mereka masih belum mengerti cara mengatasi kendala tersebut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh warung Dearasy ini terutama dari tempat berjualan yang kurang rapi, kejelasan menu makanan, dan atap dari warung yang hanya ditutupi oleh plastik saja. Hasil dari pengabdian kali ini adalah mengetahui jika tempat, Brand positioning, dan layanan merupakan komponen penting untuk menarik perhatian konsumen.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi saat ini membuat persaingan dalam dunia pekerjaan semakin ketat sehingga perusahaan harus menerapkan sebuah strategi yang tepat untuk dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan perusahaannya. Strategi yang dilakukan perusahaan akan mengarah kepada kesejahteraan karyawannya. Perusahaan mulai meningkatkan kompensasi, dan motivasi para karyawannya. Tujuan dari penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Synergi Multi Daya Pratama Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap dependen. Teknik pengambilan sampel didapat 47 responden yang bekerja di PT. Synergi Multi Daya Pratama Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalm penelitian ini menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda serta uji t, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian menyatakan kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawn dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil dari nilai t hitung pada motivasi kerja adalah yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan variabel independent lainnya, sehingga variabel ini paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Synergi Multi Daya Pratama Jakarta. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memperoleh niai sebesar 46,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Synergi Multi Daya Pratama Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana model penerapan Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Paramitra Multi Prakasa, Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah para karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Paramitra Multi Prakasa sebanyak 100 orang responden. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 orang responden. Desain penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner. Dengan menggunakan teknik SPSS 25 Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji r square dan uji hipotesis, menggunakan alat pengolahan data SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. ARMYs. The population in this study are employees who are still actively working at PT. ARMYs. The number of samples used was 84 respondents. Data collection was carried out using survey methods and questionnaires. By using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v.26.

Abstract

An organization consists of a group of people who are formally assigned roles to work together to achieve organizational goals. Meanwhile, a manager is a person who is given the responsibility to achieve corporate goals by making various efforts for human existence in the organization. Therefore, given the importance of the human role in today's competitive environment, it is not surprising that the position of employees as human capital is the most important factor as a crucial component of the development of an organization. The objective of this article review analysis is to discover the factors that can influence employees' intention to leave. The method of this analysis is the qualitative method, in which the literature of previous articles up to 21 articles is reviewed. The results show that career advancement, organizational fairness and organizational trust. These findings can provide a reference for business leaders to identify factors that may influence turnover intention
