Abstract

Sampah menjadi permasalahan yang sering dibahas belakangan ini, jumlahnya yang semakin hari kian meningkat sehingga apabila tidak ditangani dengan baik dan benar mengakibatkan permasalahan yang lebih besar. Sampah plastik jenis sampah yang perlu mendapatkan penanganan khusus, karena proses penguraian dibutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama. Salah satu cara mengolah sampah plastik yaitu dengan mendaur ulangnya. Salah satu cara mendaur ulang sampah plastik dengan mengolahnya menjadi bahan bakar minyak, yang biasa disebut pirolisis, adalah proses mengubah sampah plastik menjadi minyak dengan destilasi kering pengubahan uap proses hasil pembakaran di kondensor pada suhu tertentu. Perancangan proses kondensasi yang baik dan benar sangat diperlukan untuk menghasilkan minyak yang efisien. Sehingga diperlukan penelitian tentang perancangan proses kondensasi yang maksimal.

Abstract

Many fire incidents that happened in settlement area kabupaten gresik , the researcher would willing to develop a small scale detection and firemen that monitored by smartphone. This system uses microcontroller arduino with teoriya resheniya izobreatatelskikh zadatch ( triz ) analysis. Methodology used in this research choose aim , gather field literature study and fiels observation. Spread questionnaire to 80 respondents. Analyze validity and reliability of questionnaire result. Continued by the manufacture and selection prototype design them process of making the prototype of design elected. The final stage of research is done testing physical and functions of the produced prototype. This prototype uses fire sensor DFR 0076 and furnished with gas sensor MQ2 and temperature sensor NTC Thermal Sensor. It comes with some features, Bluetooth, hydrant pump and smartphone Aplication. This Prototype tested and functioning well.

Abstract

To support product delivery, there is a need for distribution centers to send in a timely manner to various regions in Java Island. Research at PT. XYZ has a goal to determine the location of distribution centers that are effective and efficient in terms of minimizing transportation costs, because currently there are only old warehouses that are too far from distributors, with this distribution center, we can find out the cost comparison of product delivery to the intended distributor, and can also find out whether the center of gravity method can be applied to PT. XYZ or not. The case study of this research is product delivery in the East Java region by collecting product delivery data at PT. XYZ. This study uses Google Maps software to determine the coordinates of each customer, then calculates and processes the data using the Center of Gravity method. The research results obtained are the location of the new distribution center which is located in Kebontemu Hamlet, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency. With the new distribution center optimized by grouping, the effect on reducing transportation costs is 47%, and distances are 54%.

Abstract

A healthy living environment is a necessity for the community. However, public awareness of these needs is not in accordance with reality. The problem of waste and household waste water sanitation is an unresolved problem. The service program through Real Work Lectures (KKN) was carried out in RW 04, Tambak Osowilangon village. This activity was carried out by providing information on the procedures for establishing a waste bank and making healthy and inexpensive WWTP technology. The form of this service program is the growth of public awareness to maintain personal and environmental health. The community can manage waste in a modern way through a waste bank and have an WWTP that is safe for the environment.

Abstract

Potatoes are Indonesia's abundant agricultural product. Potatoes can be used as a substitute for rice. Therefore potatoes are very popular as special food preparation in Indonesia. Geographically, Indonesia is an agricultural country. It greatly supports agricultural production. So that the quality and commodity of agricultural products (potatoes) remain high, it is necessary to have new ideas or ideas, one of which is processing potato chips to be of high quality. They prompted researchers to develop innovative equipment to speed up the process of processing potatoes into spiral chips by making appropriate technology machines that can produce more optimal production compared to conventional methods, namely 15 kg/hour. This appropriate technology machine is implemented in MSME potato chips in Kemiri Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. This machine can help speed up processing so that production time can be increased optimally.

Abstract

Dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI) terus mengalami perkembangan teknologi dengan cepat. Perubahan tersebut perlu diimbangi dengan kompetensi tenaga kerja agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Penguasaan teknologi juga menjadi keharusan bagi siswa SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) yang memilih masuk ke dunia industri ketika lulus. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberikan wawasan penerapan teknologi di industri dan beberapa kompetensi yang dibutuhkan bagi calon tenaga kerja. Peserta dari siswa SMA dan SMK mendapat pelatihan terkait penggunaan alat uji dan ukur yang sering digunakan di industri serta cara kalibrasinya. Peserta juga diberikan pelatihan bagaimana merakit dan menggunakan komponen untuk pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS). Program ini diselenggaran oleh Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Wijaya Putra. Pelatihan diberikan oleh Dosen dan Praktisi dari program studi Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin dan Informatika. Peserta juga diberikan pengetahuan penerapan teknologi tepat guna (TTG) melalui pameran teknologi hasil karya mahasiswa dan dosen Fakultas Teknik.

Abstract

Pengemasan merupakan hal yang penting dalam memasarkan suatu produk. Kemasan yang digunakan pada usaha mochi milik bu Rita masih sangat sederhana sehingga sulit dipasarkan. Artinya desain kemasan harus dikembangkan, karena dengan fungsi kemasan yang sempurna akan memudahkan perluasan pasar. Hal yang menjadi kesadaran adalah upaya peningkatan pelanggan, dimana untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut memerlukan inovasi dengan melakukan pengembangan pada desain produk. Kegiatan ini diberikan dalam bentuk pemberian materi, focus group discussion, dan pendampingan dalam bentuk observasi, ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik langsung sehingga dapat mengembangkan desain kemasan produk yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam pengemasan produk "Industri rumahan kue mochi"dan memberikan pelatihan pada masalah yang dihadapi yaitu modal kerja terbatas dan sistem pemasaran yang pasif. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah meningkatkan kualitas dan pengemasan produk, memperluas jaringan mitra pemasaran, dan meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen mitra melalui pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam sistem kinerja karyawan dengan metode 360 derajat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan, kekurangan, peluang, dan ancaman untuk divisi Housekeeping di Hotel Amarthahills. Implementasi strategi feedback 360o pada divisi Housekeeping Hotel Amarthahills adalah menciptakan penilaian kinerja yang adil dan objekti serta bertujuan menetapkan sistem kinerja bagi karyawan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam merumuskan instrumen evaluasi di setiap tingkat yang terkait. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode 360 derajat dimana metode ini merupakan sistem berbasis tujuan yang mengukur kinerja seseorang terhadap standar atau tujuan secara individu, sehingga setiap karyawan mempunyai uraian tugas dan spesifikasi pekerjaan yang jelas, terarah dan efektif. Metode 360 derajat ini melibatkan karyawan secara langsung melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner di Hotel Amarthahills. Hasil dari sistem kinerja ini dapat mengevaluasi untuk memisahkan pekerja satu dengan pekerja lain yang tidak memuaskan dan menyarankan untuk menurunkan posisinya dari sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari hasil sistem penilaian kinerja dengan metode 360 derajat ini didapatkan bahwa nilai pengetahuan dan wawasan sebesar 13,39.

Abstract

UD. Bimasakti Timur Raya Surabaya, there is an issue of delays in starting work caused by employees not beginning their tasks on time and believing that these delays will not affect their salary or other benefits. The Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) of UD. Bima Sakti Timur Raya focuses solely on financial and sales KPIs, without involving other elements such as internal business processes and development aspects. The percentage of achievement and realization of employee potential improvements in profit enhancement shows a high variation and meets the established target of 15.20%. UD. Bima Sakti Timur Raya demonstrates performance changes by using the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) and has so far succeeded in meeting the predetermined target of 15.20%. UD. Bima Sakti Timur Raya has successfully achieved its goals, but this effort has still not been able to meet the set target for reducing customer complaints. UD. Bima Sakti Timur Raya experiences inconsistent changes every year, and the company still has not been able to achieve the set targets. UD. Bima Sakti Timur Raya shows growth each year, but the company has yet to meet the established goals.
