Abstract

Along with the rapid development of MSMEs, it requires business actors to innovate. Innovating is carried out according to the needs and tastes of today's consumers. Hundreds of MSMEs in Jember can still survive running their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, so they should be used as examples of best practices for other MSMEs in Indonesia. One of the products that are currently superior is souvenirs from Jember Regency. This study aims to identify and examine business innovations carried out by the souvenir center of Jember Regency.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers about efforts to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers through classroom action research. Classroom action research was chosen because the research is considered simple and very easy to implement for elementary school teachers. This service provides knowledge to participants about the basic concepts of classroom action research and research methods, as well as preparing CAR reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and demonstrations. Based on the results of this service, it was concluded that elementary school teachers were very enthusiastic and interested in classroom action research. This is evidenced by the many questions to the informants. In addition, the number of participants who attended was 35 people, indicating that elementary school teachers were very interested in this training. Participants become more aware of the basic concepts of classroom action research and the systematics of preparing reports, because so far elementary school teachers consider CAR as a difficult research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)  Menjelaskan awal mula pendudukan Amerika Serikat di wilayah Okinawa (2) Menganalisis dinamika hubungan Jepang dan Amerika Serikat pasca Perang Dunia II Tahun 1945. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri dari heuristik, kritik (intern dan ekstern), interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Latar belakang pendudukan Okinawa oleh Amerika Serikat tidak terlepas dari terjadinya Perang Dingin. Okinawa menjadi benteng dan kapal induk Amerika Serikat  untuk membendung paham komunis di Asia Timur (2) Pendudukan Okinawa oleh Amerika Serikat dimulai sejak Deklarasi Postdam yang menandai penyerahan tanpa syarat Jepanng kepada Sekutu. Dinamika hubungan Jepang dan Amerika Serikat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Perjanjian San Fransisco, Perjanjian Bilateral keamanan Japan-US Security Treaty, Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States Of America and Japan, dan pada akhirnya melalui proses diplomasi yang Panjang Okinawa resmi dikembalikan kepada pemerintah Jepang pada tahun 1972

Abstract

Digital intelligence is a key element in modern education that explores how determination, skills, and ethics in using technology can be enhanced-integral to improving students' digital competence. The research method in this study uses literature by searching for literature that fits the context of the study. The results show that digital intelligence is not simply about mastering technological tools, but includes informatics skills, media knowledge, ethics and online social competence. The results highlight the importance of a holistic approach to education that refers to the creative, critical and responsible use of technology. This includes flexible and integrated curriculum implementation, effective teacher training and fostering a school climate that supports digital learning.

Abstract

Puhsarang Church is a famous religious tourism object in Kediri District, located in Puhsarang Village 10 kilometers from the center of Kediri District. Having the unique architecture of buildings and religious facilities and the beauty of the natural panorama makes Puhsarang Church famous by tourists. The research objectives are: 1) knowing the background of the Puhsarang Church designated as a religious tourism object in 1999; 2) knowing the management of Puhsarang Church as a religious tourism object in 1995-2015. Research using historical methods include: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography. The result of the research is that the construction of the Puhsarang Church was planned by Henricus Maclaine Pont and was built on the initiative of Pastor Wolters in 1936. Puhsarang Church underwent renovation in 1999, the expansion of the Puhsarang Church area and a new building was built. After being inaugurated the Puhsarang Church area was used as a religious tourism object. The management of the Puhsarang Church is under “Yayasan Badan Pengelola Ziarah Gereja Puhsarang”. Suggestions for this research are: For other researchers, it can be used as a contribution of thoughts and references, for the government must participate in preserving historical heritage in their area.

Abstract

Majapahit museum is a museum that has many collections objects and has a variety of character values contained in the object of the collection which he has. The problem in this research is: (1) How is the value of educational objects in the Museum? ; (2) How are tourists’ perception of the Museum Majapahit as a means of Character education?. This study is a study of tourists perception regarding the collection of Majapahit Museum as a means of character education, especially in the value of religious character, tolerance, national enthusiasm, and homeland love. The research method used is qualitative research method with data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include the perception of tourists after visiting the Museum have a strong character perception of strong character, especially in the value of religious character, tolerance, national enthusiasm, and homeland love. The character grades in the museum's collection objects are also supported by the chairman of Majapahit Museum itself.

Abstract

This article discusses the Lengger art in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panting District, Jember Regency. This study discusses (1) How is the background of the formation of Lengger art in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. (2) What is the function of Lengger art on social values ​​in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency in 1980-1990. The method used in this study is a historical research method that uses interviews and secondary sources using sources in the form of documents. The results of this study are Lengger Art is an art that comes from a journey or tirakat from a grandfather named Kek Mo. Lengger dance used to be a fertility ritual. That is, the show is held in relation to the expressions of hope and gratitude of the farmers for the results that have been achieved. Then besides being used as an expression of gratitude, this art is also used as mbarang art or busking which is used as a field to earn a living by the Lengger dancers who have social values ​​in terms of material values, vital values, and spiritual values. Abstract

Learning media that serves as a communication tool used in learning, but learning media ccan be beneficial as a means in education which helps the teaching process so that learning does not seem static, so learning can be effective. 05 Jember, SMAN 02 Tanggul and SMAN Arjasa. (1) 66% of educators have difficulties in teaching history in the application of media learning, 33% in teaching methods; (2) The learning method used by educators has used the 100% Lecture method, 66% Problem Solving, 66% Discussion; (3) 66% educators add teaching media in the form of visual Power Point and 66% Video; (4) Educators have obstacles in the application of media in 66% Difficulty in designing learning media, 33% Difficulty in developing learning media. The facilities and infrastructure in the three schools are adequate, from Wi-Fi to projectors, but they are still lacking in utilization in the learning process Based on the questionnaire analytical of learning styles, it must be said that visual teaching styles are 48.3%, audio learning styles are 20.9% and kinesthetic learning styles are 40.7%. improvement of student teaching outcomes after use Infographics teaching media based on Qr Code. The increase in learning outcomes that increased significantly between the pre-test and post-test scores increased the average learning outcomes of students by 87.47%. Abstract

This article discusses the art of Ta'buta'an in the village of Kamal which was originally a means of ritual in the village's cleaning tradition.Research problem: (1) What is the background of the emergence of Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, (2) What are the dynamics of the elements and functions of the Ta''buta''an art in Kamal Village from 2006 to 2020. The research methods use is Historical methods which include selection, heuristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The purpose of this study is to examine the background Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, Arjasa sub-district, Jember district and Assessing the dynamics of the elements of Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, sub-district Arjasa Jember Regency from 2006 to 2020. Results of this study show that the background of the Ta'buta'an Tradition comes from the cleaning village ritual which is held routinely every year. Starting from the belief of the people in ancient times there were famines and illnesses. along with the times, the Ta'buta'an tradition has turned into an artistic medium starting in 2006. Ta'buta'an underwent a change from what was originally a ritual tradition to become an artistic means in 2006, then experienced developments in terms of function and elements until 2020.
