Abstract

Bagi setiap orang tua, memberikan pendidikan dan pengasuhan kepada anak secara ideal merupakan wujud investasi yang kelak akan berdampak positif baik bagi anak, maupun para orang tua. Namun, di era saat ini, banyak di antara para orang tua yang memiliki kepadatan aktivitas hingga hampir tidak ada waktu untuk mendampingi anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, kehadiran ruang edukatif terpadu dapat menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif agar anak-anak tetap memperoleh fasilitas pendidikan dan pengasuhan di tengah kesibukan orang tua. Pengembangan ruang edukatif terpadu “Bintang Ceria Educare (BCE)” menggabungkan konsep pendidikan dan pengasuhan anak usia dini di lingkungan Muhammadiyah. Kehadiran BCE merupakan wujud pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk menjawab persoalan penitipan anak-anak bagi para orang tua yang sibuk berkegiatan di Muhammadiyah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil memancing kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik anak. Namun, kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi dukungan bagi para orang tua agar tetap dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan Muhammadiyah tanpa harus khawatir terhadap pengasuhan anak-anak. Adapun tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Munculnya Total Quality Management (TQM) dewasa ini dirasa sebagai jawaban atas problem lembaga pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa konsep-konsep TQM yang diterapkan oleh SD Islam Daarul Muwahidin yaitu (1) orientasi pada kepuasan konsumen, (2) komunikasi dan kerjasama antar karyawan, (3) dan upaya dalam meningkatkan SDM karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dalam ranah studi kasus dan penulis menganalisis data dengan 4 langkah: mengumpulkan data, mengklasifikasi, memaparkan, lalu menyimpulkan. Sedangkan hasil dari makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa SD Islam Daarul Muwahidin menerapkan konsep TQM dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ditawarkan. Terutama dalam mengintegrasikan antara ilmu-ilmu umum dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Dari 3 konsep TQM yang dibahas sebagai rumusan masalah, ditemukan adanya keterikatan antara konsep-konsep TQM lainnya yang diterapkan oleh SD Islam Daarul Muwahidin Semarang.

Abstract

Proficiency in Arabic listening skills is often hindered by significant psychological barriers, such as foreign language anxiety. This study aims to address this challenge by developing a coherent pedagogical framework that integrates the affective strategies of Georgi Lozanov's Suggestopedia with the neuroscientific principles of Brain-Based Learning (BBL). A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. The process began with the identification of 205 records from academic databases, which were then screened to yield a final corpus of 36 core articles for thematic synthesis. This synthesis focused on literature pertaining to Suggestopedia, Brain-Based Learning (BBL), and listening acquisition. The analysis revealed profound synergies between Suggestopedia's techniques (e.g., concert sessions) and BBL's core principles (e.g., relaxed alertness, emotional engagement). This synthesis resulted in the formulation of the Integrated Suggestopedic Brain-Based Learning (ISBBL) model—a novel, five-phase conceptual framework proposed to systematically guide learners from high anxiety to a state of relaxed, active engagement. The ISBBL model offers a practical framework for educators. While it awaits empirical validation, the model conceptually grounds the intuitive methods of Suggestopedia in the principles of educational neuroscience. This framework presents a structured approach to overcoming affective barriers in Arabic listening instruction and is recommended for further empirical research to validate its classroom efficacy.

Abstract

Dictation is the subject most neglected by teachers in teaching the Arabic Language, and they believe that it has no importance in developing students’ linguistic skills. Rather, they considered it an additional material with no value. This research aims to describe the method used in teaching dictation at STIBA Ar Raayah, Class of Linguistic Preparation, and to know the factors that help in its success, and the effects on developing students’ writing skills. The approach used in this research is the qualitative approach as a descriptive study. Data is collected through personal interviews, field observations, and documents. The results of the research are: (1) that the method used in teaching the subject of dictation at STIBA Ar Raayah is the method that contains the introduction, presentation, evaluation, and conclusion, and (2) that there are factors for the success of teaching the subject of dictation, and they are divided into internal, where student interaction and frequent training, and external, where memorizing vocabulary and training them in writing texts and using teaching aids, and (3) that dictation has a role in developing writing skills, as students are able to distinguish between correct and incorrect writing and improve writing.
