Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan kawasan ekowisata mangrove di Desa Tabilaa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, sehingga akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan, Sekertaris Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan, Kabid destinasi Dispar Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan, wisatawan local, dan wisatawan luar daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan melakukan pengembangan ekowisata mangrove dengan melakukan strategi-strategi seperti : Pengembangan atraksi atau Objek wisata dengan cara mnjadikan ekowisata mangrove menjadi suatu kawasan destinasi wisata yang didalamnya terintegrasi dengan beberapa objek wisata dalam satu kali perjalanan wisata sehingga para wisatawan dapat menikmati beberapa objekwisata dalam satu kawasan, pengembangan amenitas, pengembangan fasilitas umum, pemasaran pariwisata, pengembangan industri dan kemitraan, pengembangan ekonomi kreatif melalui pemanfaatan dan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual, membangun kerja sama dengan organisasi pemerintah maupun non pemerintah dalam pengembangan kawasan ekowisata mangrove terjalin dengan baik sehingga dalam pengembangan pariwisata lembaga-lembaga dan juga masyarakat turut serta bersinergi dengan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. This study aims to determine the strategy of developing a mangrove ecotourism area in Tabilaa Village. This study uses a qualitative research approach, so that it will produce descriptive data in the form of words. The informants in this study were the Head of the Tourism Office of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the Secretary of the South Bolaang Mongondow Regency Tourism Office, the Head of the Destination Department of the South Bolaang Mongondow Regency Tourism Office, local tourists, and tourists from outside the region. The results showed that the Tourism Office of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency was developing mangrove ecotourism by carrying out strategies such as: Development of attractions or tourism objects by turning mangrove ecotourism into a tourist destination area which was integrated with several tourist objects in one tour so that tourists tourists can enjoy several attractions in one area, development of amenities, development of public facilities, tourism marketing, industrial development and partnerships, development of the creative economy through the use and protection of intellectual property, build cooperation with government and non-government organizations in the development of mangrove ecotourism areas. so that in the development of tourism, institutions and the community also participate in synergizing with the Tourism Office of the South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja birokrasi pemerintahan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di masa pandemi coid-19 di Kecamatan Wonosari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling pengambilan sampel sumber dengan pertimbangan tertentu, yakni warga masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial aparatur dan pimpinan. Adapun metode analisis data yaitu reduksi data,penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja birokrasi pemerintahan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di masa pandemi covid-19 terbilang berhasil dalam beberapa indikator diantaranya produktivitas dan responsivitas, namun mengenai ketepatan waktu para petugas dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di masa pandemi covid-19 masih diperlukan evaluasi yang mendalam dalam pengembangannya, begitu juga dengan ketidak tahuan masyarakat mengenai laporan kinerja yang dibuat semua masyarakat yang peneliti wawancarai tidak mengetahui keberadaan laporan tersebut This study aimed to describe and analyze the performance of the government bureaucracy in the social assistance distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Wonosari subdistrict. The research design used in this study was descriptive- qualitative. The technique of informant determination employed purposive sampling by taking samples of sources with special considerations, namely community members receiving social assistance from the apparatus and leaders. Data analysis methods covered data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The results showed that the performance of the government bureaucracy in the social assistance distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic was quite successful on several indicators, including productivity and responsiveness. However, the timeliness of apparatus in the social assistance distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic still required an in-depth evaluation of its development. The performance reports made by all the communities interviewed were found to be not aware of the existence of those reports (communityignorance).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh profesionalisme aparatur terhadap akuntabilitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Kota Timor Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme aparatur berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Kota Timur sebesar 0,764 atau 76,4% Hal ini berarti aparatur di Kantor Camat Kota Timur sadah memiliki profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan tugasnya unyuk mewujudkan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. This study aims to find to what extent the effect of apparatus professionalism on public service accountability at the Subdistrict Office of Kota Timur. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples in this study consists of 37 people. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that apparatus professionalism affects public service accountability at the Subdistrict Office of Kota Timur by 0.764 or 76.4%. It means that the apparatus at the Subdistrict Office of Kota Timur has already had professionalism in carrying out the duties to realize the public service accountability provided to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of apparatus work attitudes on the implementation of the legislative function of council members at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The survey research in question is to explain causal relationships and test hypotheses. The number of samples in this study was 25 people. The data analysis method uses simple regression analysis. The results of the research show that the work attitude of the apparatus influences the implementation of the legislative function of council members at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Bone Bolango Regency. This means that the working attitude of the apparatus can support the implementation of the legislative function of council members.
