In each company , agencies , organization or business entity will give salary as compensation from work an employee , besides the provision of basic salary its employees , every agency often give a bonus besides basic salary to spur performance and productivity work employees because an employee who receive the bonus had to close some certain criteria concerning their discipline, performance, and productivity according to set by each agencies or company. For any effort who had computer-based information system in their business activities so need the support system the decision to determine employees will that has priority to get a bonus based on with the performance and their productivities are and can menentukkan the size of the bonus deserve to the workers.The support system this decision also could be useful to monitor employee performance from time to time .This system can also be used as a reference in the determination of the next step for employees who performed well or not .In this research will be appointed a case of making an application that can be applied in the determination of a employee with the weighted prodiuct made in one form website based information system. The research is conducted by a method of qualitative and collecting data which can help in building this application.Then also conducted a review the needs of users in the process of input and output.So that found a system that not only can do data storage and calculations, bonus but also can edit, erasing the. The problem of hoax news is something universal that can change someone perspective. The impact can generate fear, racism ideas, and lead to oppression and violence against innocent people. This problem has existed since time immemorial, even though there is no access to information throughout the world. Currently there are 2.5 trillion bytes of data and it increasing, leading to the next problem, i.e. faster at analyzing and identifying hoax news and real news. The ideal solution is using Deep Learning algorithm and the author chooses Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method and it's particular method Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

Trichomoniasis or trich is an infection in vagina that causes by a protozoa called trichomonas vaginalis. Trich got contagious by sexual activity. This disease attacking the underneath of genital of man or woman, on the part that called tractur urogenitalis. Most of people feel shy to do a consultation with doctor about their genital because it’s too privacy for them, and also there’s an economic factor if they do a consultation with a doctor, because it’s not free and definitely needs more charge to spend. With this expert system, users who suffer from diseases are not ashamed because they can diagnose the disease themselves, and can also save on consultation fee. The methodology used for the development of this application is waterfall methodology, the reason is because this application was designed from scratch, so the author feels that this methodology is very appropriate to be applied in the process of developing this expert system. And for the calculation method in this expert system, the author uses the certainty factor method which is a method commonly used in expert system. The outcome of this thesis is there’s a system that can diagnose what percentage is the possibility of someone got infected by trich depending on the choice of symptoms they entered into the program. This research is motivated by the condition of the choice of internet service provider, it is not uncommon for prospective consumers to find it difficult to determine the internet package service that suits their needs. This is because consumers need to consider various criteria before deciding which internet service provider to use. In line with that, consumers can use the concept of a decision support system by using a computerized service system based on a website as a tool and makes it easier to determine the most ideal internet service provider (ISP) which will be used in wireless networks in the home environment. One of the methods in the selection of decisions is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method. Or commonly abbreviated as the MFEP method. MFEP is a method that has minimal and simple calculations. This research using the MFEP method is carried out to determine internet service providers according to the requirements or criteria that have been determined. The research is that the system that will be made later will provide convenience in determining the best internet service provider. Provide recommendations to users according to the criteria. In previous research, a website-based e-money application has been developed which will be implemented at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang annual event, namely the student market but still has several shortcomings including the process of exchanging real money into digital money which is still done manually by the admin which causes the application it becomes less effective Therefore, the application was developed into an Android-based e-money application and added several additional features such as being able to use the payment gateway feature and the generate QR Qode feature that can be accessed through a gadget scanner. This application is designed using the Waterfall (Classic Life Cycle) software development method and also uses some software that supports the design of the e-money application such as programming language using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and database management using phpMyAdmin as database, then for Text editor. using the Visual Studio Code application, and the web server using the XAMPP application. This research produces a more dynamic and userfriendly program that can be accessed on the gadgets of each visitor or seller and this program can also perform buyer data processing, seller data processing, menu selection and sales reports and product purchases at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market this program can monitor all transactions that occur between buyers and sellers so as to minimize errors that can occur in the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market.

Proses pengolahan data pembelian, penjualan, stok barang maupun hutang dan piutang pada CV. Harapan Sukses Mandiri masih menggunakan cara manual. Maka pengolahan data pada CV. Harapan Sukses Mandiri belum bisa dikatakan efektif dan cenderung memakan waktu yang lebih lama, tentunya masih terdapat kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahaan selama proses pencatatan. Untuk menanggapi masalah tersebut, akan dirancang suatu sistem informasi persediaan barang menggunakan metode perhitungan perpetual dan metode First In First Out yang baru untuk memberikan suatu alternatif bagi perusahaan dalam mengolah datanya. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem informasi persediaan barang menggunakan metode perhitungan perpetual dan metode First In First Out pada CV. Harapan Sukses Mandiri adalah Visual Studio 2010 dengan database MySQL. Abstract— This tourism information system was built with the aim of fulfilling user needs to assist the Bintan Regency Culture and Tourism Office in presenting tourism information on Bintan Island. In this case, there are various problems that have not been optimal from an internal and external perspective in terms of presenting and managing existing tourism information. So with that, the author tries to create a web-based information system that is more attractive so that it is easily accepted and becomes an attraction for users to visit tourism destinations on Bintan Island. The method used in this study uses the waterfall method, this method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing phase, and maintenance, followed by creating a website using the PHP programming language with the codeigniter and boostrap frameworks to produce an attractive and dynamic web appearance and database. MySQL as database. The results of this tourism data processing information system research are expected to assist entrepreneurs or tour managers in promoting and managing their tourism business independently and this system is expected to make it easier for tourists to obtain information. Parking for motorized vehicles at airports is very important because airports are busy places with high mobility and a large number of passengers and vehicles. With adequate parking space, passengers and visitors can easily find a safe and comfortable parking space for their vehicles, so they can travel in peace and not need to stress over the well-being of their vehicles. In addition, parking lots for motorized vehicles at airports are also very important in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic and avoiding congestion in the airport area. With sufficient motorized vehicle parking, visitors can park their vehicles in an orderly manner and not cause congestion on the road or parking area. The motorized vehicle parking system at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang will be the focus of this study, which aims to implement the Finite State Automata idea. The research methodology includes Finite.State.Automata Vending Machines, Vending.Machine System Design and Motorized Vehicle Parking Vending Machine Designs. The results showed that the application of FSA to the motorized vehicle parking system can expand the effectiveness and exactness of the stopping framework at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang. In conclusion, it can be concluded that FSA can be applied to Vending Machines for motorized vehicle parking systems and can be a solution to increase the efficiency and accuracy of parking systems at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang. Bintan Island is one of the islands in the Riau Archipelago and has a variety of tourist objects that are worth Bintan Island is one of the islands in the Riau Archipelago and has various tourist attractions that are worth visiting. Introducing a variety of tourist attractions to the general public is one of the things that is often promoted by the Bintan district regional government because it can attract tourists, both local and foreign, thereby increasing regional income. The decline in the level of tourists, both domestic and foreign, caused by the regulations/policies of the Covid-19 pandemic, is one of the triggers for making technology a medium for delivering promotions for tourist attractions. The application of technology in the tourism sector is something that is not relatively new. In this research, the use of technology in introducing tourist attractions on Bintan Island uses the Location Based Service method where an Android-based Geographic Information System for Bintan Island Tourism Objects will be designed. This application can be one solution that can be presented in introducing the diversity of tourist attractions on Bintan Island so that it can help tourists in obtaining information about various tourist locations on Bintan Island. Using this application can also help tourists search for data on tourist attractions and directions to these tourist attractions. This application can also help in providing descriptive information in the form of images, as well as ratings and comments given by other visitors who have visited the tourist attraction. The results of the black box test of the application using 2 validators from the admin and user side produce a match between the desired expectations and the results after testing so the application can be used because it is free from functional errors. Keywords: Tourism; Bintan Island; Location-Based Service; Geographic Information System Abstrak Pulau Bintan merupakan salah satu pulau yang berada di Kepulauan Riau dan memiliki beragam obyek wisata yang patut untuk dikunjungi. Mengenalkan keanekaragam obyek wisata kepada khalayak umum merupakan salah satu hal yang sering digaungkan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Bintan sebab dapat menarik wisatawan baik lokal maupun mancanegara, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Penurunan tingkat wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara yang disebabkan aturan/kebijakan pandemi covid19 menjadi salah satu pemicunya menjadikan teknologi sebagai media dalam penyampaian promosi obyek wisata. Penerapan teknologi dalam bidang pariwisata merupakan hal yang bukan tergolong baru. Pada penelitian ini penggunaan teknologi dalam memperkenalkan obyek wisata di Pulau Bintan menggunakan metode Location Based Service dimana akan dirancnag suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis Obyek Pariwisata Pulau Bintan berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat disajikan dalam memperkenalkan keanekaragaman obyek wisata yang dimiliki oleh Pulau Bintan, sehingga dapat membantu para wisatawan dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai berbagai lokasi wisata yang berada pada Pulau Bintan. Penggunaan aplikasi ini juga dapat membantu wisatawan dalam mencari data tempat wisata serta arah tempat wisata tersebut. Aplikasi ini juga dapat membantu dalam memberikan informasi deskripsi berupa gambar, serta rating dan komentar yang diberikan oleh pengunjung lainnya yang pernah mendatangi tempat wisata tersebut. Hasil dari uji black box terhadap aplikasi dengan menggunakan 2 validator dari sisi admin dan pengguna menghasilkan kesesuaian antara harapan yang diinginkan dengan hasil setelah dilakukan pengujian, sehingga aplikasi ini dapat dipergunakan karena bebas dari kesalahan fungsional.
