Abstract

Posyandu Sei Jang Laut and Aisyiyah in Tanjungpinang still rely on a manual recording system that is prone to errors and less efficient. Duplication of data that occurs between notebooks, Excel reports, and PDFs is an obstacle in managing toddler growth data. To overcome these problems, the community service team developed a mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information system. This application is designed to integrate all posyandu participant data, both toddlers and elderly, as well as monitor the growth of toddlers more efficiently and accurately, and produce output in the form of participant reports and toddler development so that it can be immediately analyzed and used for decision making. The results of the evaluation of the application show that it is easy to access the application 61.5% agree and 38.5% strongly agree. The application can support posyandu administration 69.2% strongly agree. And overall satisfaction with the application 62.9% strongly agree and 30.8% agree. With the existence of mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information systems can improve the quality of posyandu services by providing accurate data so that empowering posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties is assisted by the use of information technology so as to improve the quality of public health in Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Kepri TV is an agency engaged in television and audio-visual broadcasting. In this case, Kepri TV has many assets. Asset Management at Kepri TV is still not owned, so that asset data collection, borrowing and depreciation reporting are still done manually. This can be anticipated by using applications and calculating depreciation of assets using the Straight Line Method. Therefore we need an information system that can assist in the management of company assets. This application can assist in asset management, annual asset reporting, asset value monitoring, more recorded asset management data collection and managed and controlled asset borrowing and depreciation.

Abstract

The Creative Banking Nusantara application is a banking application released by PT BPR Dana Bintan Sejahtera and is used to carry out customers' daily banking transactions. Currently, the Creative Banking Nusantara application has never had an information technology governance audit conducted to determine the capability level and rating scale of the Creative Banking Nusantara application. This research aims to find out the extent to which information technology governance has been implemented by PT BPR Dana Bintan Sejahtera, and whether it has met expectations or not. This research will provide recommendations if the assessment results do not meet the company's expected achievement targets. This research will audit the Creative Banking Nusantara application using COBIT 5 with the delivery, service, and support domains (DSS). In collecting data, this research used a questionnaire technique with the selection of respondents using a purposive sampling technique while testing the validity of the questionnaire using SPSS. This research produces an analysis using the COBIT 5 framework and concludes that the average capability level assessment using the COBIT 5 framework is at a value of 4.29 or 4, namely at the predictable process level, while the average rating scale assessment is 89.24. % or has reached Level F, namely Fully Archived.

Abstract

The lack of specialized tools to check the condition of ornamental fish has hindered effective management. This research proposes a novel software architecture that uses the YOLOv9 model combined with RT-DETR to enable accurate and timely identification of ornamental fish conditions including fish diseases, empowering farmers and hobbyists with a valuable resource. This integration is done using Soft Voting Ensemble Learning technique. To achieve this goal, an Android mobile application successfully classified healthy fish and accurately identified common diseases such as bacteria, fungal, parasitic, and whitetail. Based on the test results, the integration accuracy of the YOLOv9 and RT-DETR models produced a high result of 0.8947 while the stand-alone YOLOv9 showed 0.8889 and the stand-alone RT-DETR of 0.8904. Recommendations are given for the combination of YOLOv9 and RT-DETR in condition detection and diagnosis of ornamental fish diseases.

Abstract

The digitalization of business has changed many aspects of life, including how coffee shops do business. In this context, SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram technologies have become important tools in helping customers make reservations. Reservations at coffee shops allow customers to ensure a seat when visiting and avoid disappointment due to full coffee shops. At Samanko Coffee Roasters, reservations are made via WhatsApp, with customers contacting the contact listed on Samanko Coffee Roasters' Instagram account. This process involves several steps, including checking the availability of seats according to the customer's wishes and manual recording in a notebook. The problem that arises is the difficulty in identifying real-time seat availability and limitations in recording customer data. This can cause inconvenience and decrease customer satisfaction. The solution to this problem is the development of a Samanko Coffee Roasters reservation website using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD approach places the user as the main focus in system design. The website interface can be customized according to user needs by involving users in the development process. Using the UCD method provides an effective solution based on usability evaluation using the SUS method on 20 respondents obtained a score of 87, meaning that the acceptance of the design is at level A or excellent.

Abstract

Monitoring is an important thing in a company to ensure that the activities being carried out can be monitored continuously so that the information can be reported to the leadership. The State Electricity Company (PLN) Tanjung Uban Substation is one of the sub-branches in the Riau Archipelago, especially Bintan. In monitoring activities for borrowing and returning equipment that is currently happening, it is not well organized because it is still done Microsoft excel. In the activities of borrowing and returning equipment, recording is only carried out in the loan data processing process, while returns are often not recorded. This creates ambiguity in the data because sometimes duplicate data occurs due to miscalculation of the existing equipment inventory due to the process of returning equipment that is not recorded. The impact is that during the process of calculating the equipment, there is a difference in calculations from the previous month and when reporting to the leadership, a re-sweeping of the borrowing and returning processes that occurred previously has to be carried out. Therefore, we need a work equipment monitoring application that can monitor the borrowing and return of equipment, so that management reporting can be done in real-time. Every piece of equipment owned by the Company will be affixed with a QR Code as an item code. This application was developed using MySQL database and PHP programming. The system development method used is the waterfall model. Application of the QR Code on the web-based Maintenance Work Equipment Monitoring Application at PT. PLN (Persero) Substation Tanjung Uban can assist the process of monitoring equipment and produce information regarding the status of borrowing and returning equipment relevantly.

Abstract

Pelatihan keterampilan digital menjadi upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas remaja dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan membekali peserta Forum Remaja PKBI Kepulauan Riau dengan keterampilan administrasi perkantoran berbasis aplikasi digital, khususnya Microsoft Office dan Canva. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, penerapan teknologi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, dan kuesioner kepuasan. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator capaian. Peningkatan keterampilan tercatat pada pelatihan dasar-dasar komputer dari skor sebelumnya 39 menjadi 92, penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dari sebelumnya 32 menjadi 91, penggunaan Microsoft Excel dan Word sebelumnya 24 menjadi 90, serta desain CV dan surat lamaran profesional dengan Canva sebelumnya 38 menjadi 93. Nilai akhir rata-rata untuk seluruh materi melampaui target 90, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada materi mail merge di Microsoft Word. Selain itu, kepuasan peserta terhadap materi, metode, dan fasilitas pelatihan mencapai 92%. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi remaja. Program diharapkan berlanjut melalui pendampingan berkesinambungan dan keterlibatan aktif mitra, sehingga peserta mampu menjadi agen pengetahuan di komunitasnya.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the internet, has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. This research aims to utilize internet technology to automate the gate opening system. Specifically, this research will build a prototype of an automatic gate that can be controlled remotely through an Android application. This application allows users to set the gate opening schedule, monitor the gate status (open or closed), and receive notifications related to gate activity. As well as designing a prototype of a controller in the form of an application that can be installed on Android that can give commands to open the door with a button and schedule as well as notifications if the door is open and closed. The test results that the schedule gate application can be used to open the gate remotely and also the designed application can provide notifications and can control the gate to close and open

Abstract

Bakat adalah kemampuan bawaan yang merupakan potensi yang masih perlu dikembangkan atau dilatih untuk mencapai suatu kecakapan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan khusus. Setiap anak memiliki bakat yang berbeda-beda, bakat tersebut sudah dapat dikenali sejak usia dini, namun kebanyakan orang tua atau guru tidak mengenali bakat yang dimiliki anaknya, bahkan beberapa beranggapan bahwa anak yang pintar adalah anak yang unggul dalam bidang akademik saja. Oleh karena itu maka Penulis merancang sistem pakar deteksi bakat anak usia 4 sampai dengan 6 tahun menggunakan metode teorema bayes. Sistem pakar deteksi bakat anak usia 4 sampai dengan 6 tahun menggunakan metode teorema bayes dirancang untuk mendeteksi bakat yang dimiliki anak, memberikan informasi mengenai bakat tersebut serta cara untuk memaksimalkan bakat anak. Bakat tersebut berdasarkan teori 8 kecerdasan majemuk menurut Howard Gardner, 8 jenis kecerdasan majemuk tersebut yaitu kecerdasan linguistik, logis-matematis, spasial, musikal, kinestetik, naturalis, interpersonal, dan intrapersonal. Metode teorema bayes melakukan perhitungan melalui ciri-ciri yang dipilih oleh pengguna, setiap ciri-ciri tersebut memiliki probabilitas yang diperoleh dari pakar. Sistem pakar ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net 2008 dan Microsoft Office Access 2007 sebagai database. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem pakar ini adalah metodologi waterfall. Dari hasil perancangan maka diperoleh sistem pakar yang dapat mendeteksi bakat anak, memberikan informasi dari kecerdasan majemuk dan cara mengembangkannya.

Abstract

In each company , agencies , organization or business entity will give salary as compensation from work an employee , besides the provision of basic salary its employees , every agency often give a bonus besides basic salary to spur performance and productivity work employees because an employee who receive the bonus had to close some certain criteria concerning their discipline, performance, and productivity according to set by each agencies or company. For any effort who had computer-based information system in their business activities so need the support system the decision to determine employees will that has priority to get a bonus based on with the performance and their productivities are and can menentukkan the size of the bonus deserve to the workers.The support system this decision also could be useful to monitor employee performance from time to time .This system can also be used as a reference in the determination of the next step for employees who performed well or not .In this research will be appointed a case of making an application that can be applied in the determination of a employee with the weighted prodiuct made in one form website based information system. The research is conducted by a method of qualitative and collecting data which can help in building this application.Then also conducted a review the needs of users in the process of input and output.So that found a system that not only can do data storage and calculations, bonus but also can edit, erasing the. This application made by a programming language php and html with tools application Visual Studio Code, MySQL as databases and XAMPP as servers to run this.
