Abstract

AbstrakPembelajaran operasi kali dua pecahan di sekolah dasar masih menggunakan cara instan. Pembelajaran dengan cara tidak menggenal konsep dasar matematika, teringatnya tidak akan lama dibandingan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Didalam pembelajaran juga berdasarkan teori belajarnya Bruner yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran perkalian pecahan. Anak diajak menemukan secara langsung konsep perkaliannya. Media yang digunakan hanya se­lembar kertas HVS, ini merupakan tahap enaktif dari teori belajaran Bruner. Setelah anak mulai mengerti bagaimana membuat perkalian pecahan dengan kertas HVS, dilanjutkan dengan menggambar pada kertas berpetak, ini merupakan tahap ikonik di dalam teori belajar Bruner. Terakhir tahap simbolik anak menggunakan simbol secara langsung tentang perkalian pecahan. Pembelajaran ini diterapkan pada anak kelas 5 di SDN Sambiroto Tembalang Semarang dapat meningkatkan hasil pemahaman anak perempuan dan anak laki-laki terhadap perkalian pecahan. Kemampuan anak laki-laki dan perempuan tidak ada perbedaan. Hasil evaluasi sama, saat proses berbeda ada kecenderungan anak perempuan lebih cepat menguasi dibandingkan anak laki-laki

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of 21st century skills-based active learning at partner MI of UIN Walisongo Semarang after obtaining training and mentoring since 2018. This study is a qualitative field research with fourth grade teachers at partner MI of UIN Walisongo Semarang as the subjects. The partner MI of UIN Walisongo are MI Nashrul Fajar, MI Taufiqiyah, MI Tarbiyatul Khairat, MI Al Khoirriyah 02 and MI Al Hikmah. Data collection techniques were carried out through an observation of the learning process, the documentation of reviewing the lesson plan and worksheets as well as interviews. Data analysis in this study consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion shows that critical thinking indicators are not distinguishable in the lesson plan as the teacher has not given students the opportunity to explain their mind in their own language. The indicators of collaboration and communication have not been implemented optimally in the learning process. This is because it is not possible to have discussions or close interactions during the pandemic, students were keeping their distance from each other while paying attention to health protocols. In addition, the majority of communication indicators that are implemented tend to be the results of individual work, not the results of discussions. The submission of the learning conclusions is more likely to be delivered by the teacher at the end of the learning process, not delivered by students directly. Indicators of creativity and critical thinking have not been appeared optimally in the worksheets. In the worksheets, the teacher has not given the freedom for students to determine how to complete the task and has not provided the assignments that require students' creativity. Questions given by teachers mostly only require students to repeat the ideas or material from the teacher rather than producing students' own ideas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop internet-based learning media and examine the viability of using website learning media to generate materials for class VI mathematical subjects such as prisms, cylinders, pyramids, cones, and spheres. The ADDIE Research and Development (RnD) paradigm (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) was employed for the research. Two validators, media specialists and material experts, conducted the feasibility test. Ten pupils from class VI C MI Nashrul Fajar Semarang participated in the trial. The result of media experts validation is in valid category with 4.5 point, material experts validation showed an extremely valid result at 4.75, and trials field gets a high agreements level at 4.34. As a final result, the products resulting from this research are considered very valid so that they are suitable for use and students are interested in the appearance of this website's learning media. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis internet dan mengkaji kelayakan penggunaan media pembelajaran website untuk menghasilkan materi mata pelajaran matematika kelas VI seperti prisma, silinder, limas, kerucut, dan bola. Paradigma Penelitian dan Pengembangan (RnD) ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation) digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Uji kelayakan dilakukan oleh dua orang validator yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi. Sepuluh siswa dari kelas VI C MI Nashrul Fajar Semarang mengikuti uji coba tersebut. Uji tuntas pada ahli media menghasilkan temuan sangat valid sebesar 4,5, uji tuntas pada ahli materi menghasilkan hasil sangat valid sebesar 4,75, dan uji coba menghasilkan skor sangat setuju dengan skor 4,34. Hasilnya, produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dinilai sangat valid sehingga layak digunakan dan siswa tertarik dengan tampilan media pembelajaran website ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas 5 pada pembelajaran berdeferensiasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru kelas 5 di MI Nashrul Fajar Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pada proses pembelajaran, dokumentasi melihat skenario pembelajaran dan lembar kerja serta wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman matematika siswa meningkat dengan penggunakan pembelajaran berdeferensiasi dengan pendekatan MIKIR baik pada kelompok diatas rata-rata menyelesaikan operasi pecahan dengan cara KPK, kelompok rata-rata menyelesaikan operasi pecahan dengan kupu-kupu ataupun kelompok dibawah rata-rata menyelesaikan operasi pecahan dengan cara bantuan benda konkrit yaitu kertas origami.

Abstract

This study aims to develop appropriate media by measuring the validity of fractional domino media on fractional material. The type of research used in this research is research and development using the model proposed by Borg and Gall with ten stages, but due to the limited research time imposed by the school, the researchers only carried out eight stages (problems and potential, data collection, product design, expert validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, and trial use). This media focuses on fractional material presented in the form of illustrated images of fractional numbers. This media is made to foster interest in and improve student learning outcomes in mathematics. The data Subjects of this study were 28 students of class III MI Nyatnyono 02, and this sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique. The secondary data in this study were in the form of books, journal references, and the relevance of previous research studies, while the primary data were in the form of interviews, media validation, and student test results. The instruments used were material and media expert validation sheets, as well as tests given to students. The results of the study were (1) the average score of student learning outcomes using fractional domino cards with a percentage of 93%, (2) the average score of material expert validation with a percentage of 94% which is in the very feasible category ( 3) the average score of expert validation media with a percentage of 94%. The conclusion of the research is that the development of Fractional Domino Card media can be declared "very feasible" to be used in learning the concept of fractions in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to produce two-dimentional geometri module based on the APOS theory for 4th grader students is valid and feasible. This research method is research and development (R&D) using a 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). However, in this study, the 3-D development was modified, namely the disseminate stage was not carried out due to limited time, energy, and cost in carrying out this research. The subject of this research is the 4th grader of Semarang State Islamic Elementary School (MIN Semarang). Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) module assessment by material and media expert the quality of the module quality by material and media expert validators is in the very good category with a value of 4,7 and 4,4. (2) Student learning outcomes from field trials obtained an average of 79,8 with a completeness level of 78.6%. It can be concluded that the product of two-dimentional geometri module based on the APOS theory is valid and feasible for use in learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perkalian dua bilangan pada Tema “Bermain di Lingkunganku” melalui penggunaan media tutup botol pada siswa kelas 2 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Khairat Kota Semarang. Hal yang mendasari peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah karena hasil belajar perkalian sebagai penjumlahan berulang pada sebagian besar peserta didik masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan media tutup botol dan teori Bruner dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan rata-rata ketercapaian dari 66% pada siklus 1 menjadi 97% pada siklus 2. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tutup botol dengan menerapkan teori Bruner dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas 2 terhadap konsep perkalian dua bilangan sebesar 97%. In English: This study aims to improve understanding of the concept of multiplication of two numbers on the theme "Playing in My Environment" through bottle cap media for grade 2 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Khairat Semarang. The thing that underlies the researchers doing this research is that the results of learning multiplication as repeated addition in most students are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This research uses classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The data collection technique used is the test. The results showed that the implementation of learning with bottle cap media and Bruner's theory could improve student learning outcomes with an average achievement of 66% in cycle 1 to 97% in cycle 2. So, using bottle caps by applying Bruner's theory can improve 2nd-grade students' understanding of the concept of multiplication of two numbers is 97%.

Abstract

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia: Literasi matematika sangat diperlukan oleh siswa agar ia mampu menggunakan matematika untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapinya di kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi matematika siswa kelas 5 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ditinjau dari self efficacy dengan menerapkan discovery learning berorientasi HOTS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig.= 0.000 = 0 lebih kecil dari 0,05= 5%, artinya rata-rata kemampuan literasi matematika siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran discovery learning berorientasi HOTS ditinjau dari self-efficacy lebih baik dari siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran discovery learning. Peningkatan self-efficacy siswa sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran discovery learning berorientasi HOTS mempunyai rata-rata uji gain 0,639, artinya berada dalam kriteria sedang.Abstract in English: Mathematical literacy is needed by students so that they can use mathematics to solve problems they face in real life. This study aims to determine the mathematical literacy skills of 5th-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah reviewed from self-efficacy by applying HOTS-oriented discovery learning. The research method used was experimental. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the value of sig. = 0.000 = 0 smaller than 0.05 = 5%, it is that the average mathematical literacy ability of students who get HOTS-oriented discovery learning in terms of self-efficacy is better than students who get discovery learning. The increase in student self-efficacy before and after HOTS-oriented discovery learning has an average gain test of 0.639, it is in the medium criteria.

Abstract

The study is focused on exploring the Merdeka Curriculum implementation at the pilot Islamic elementary schools in Semarang, Indonesia. It specifically examines aspects such as lesson planning, lesson implementation, P5RA implementation, assessment planning, and assessment implementation. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, gathering data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that while the schools had incorporated the Merdeka Curriculum teaching module into their lesson planning, there were limitations regarding the variety of learning models and the integration of the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin student profiles. Although learning methods varied, monotonous face-to-face teaching remained predominant. Implementing P5RA was effective, mainly through learning-based projects that enhanced student engagement. While the schools utilized various assessment techniques, there was room for improvement in fully integrating 21st-century skills. The assessment process included routine formative and summative assessments but lacked full integration of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS)-based assessment. Based on these findings, the study suggests the need for additional support and training for teachers and adapting learning modules to facilitate student-centered learning better.
