Abstract

Perkembangan kajian nahwu tidak lepas dari peran ulama dari mazhab-mazhab nahwu yang saling beradu argumen untuk menunjukkan ekstensinya sebagai mazhab dengan metode terbaik dalam pengajaran nahwu. Mazhab-mazhab nahwu tersebut tidak menunjukkan kesepakatan yang sama melainkan memiliki argumen yang berbeda, di samping ada beberapa aspek yang tidak dipertentangkan. Hanya saja, kemunculan metode pengajaran nahwu dari sejumlah mazhab nahwu, memicu munculnya mazhab nahwu Mesir untuk mengomentari dan menyederhanakan teori dan prinsip nahwu sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurai sejarah mazhab nahwu Mesir dan mendeskripsikan moderasi Mazhab Mesir terhadap Mazhab Basrah, Kufah dan Andalusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research (studi pustaka). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mazhab Nahwu Mesir sangat moderat terhadap Mazhab Basrah, Kuffah dan Andalusia. Mazhab Mesir sendiri masih mirip dengan Mazhab Andalusia dalam ketiadaan metodologi baru kecuali hanya mengembangkan Mazhab Basrah dan Kuffah. Meskipun demikian, mazhab ini memiliki perbedaan dengan Mazhab Basrah dan Kuffah dalam metode dan masalah furu’iyyah, di samping Mazhab Mesir juga merujuk pada prinsip-prinsip dari Mazhab Andalusia.

Abstract

Religious adherents experience conflicts and misunderstandings between one another. Then, what the role of local wisdom in managing conflict so that it becomes harmony. This research aims to discuss the problem of conflict between adherents of religions such as Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Catholicism in Jatimulyo village. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate, first, that the relationship between religious life in Jatimulyo village runs harmoniously. Harmonious relations between religious communities in Jatimulyo cannot be separated from local wisdom, namely Javanese culture such as the value of mutual respect (tepo seliro), maintaining harmony, mutual cooperation, living in harmony, prioritizing harmony over division and others. Second, religious harmony from a theological and social perspective, is built on the basis of pluralistic religious understanding. They believe that all religions teach virtue, truth, justice and other noble values. Finally, third, the development of a comprehensive dialogue is not only limited to ease of understanding tolerance of religious discourse, but also local wisdom, such as festivities and ceremonies that are able to unite religious adherents. This condition is practiced by the Jatimolyo community so that harmonious religious relations are built. الملخص يعاني أتباع الديانات من صراعات وسوء تفاهم بين بعضهم البعض. ثم ما هو دور الحكمة المحلية في إدارة الصراع حتى يصبح انسجاما. تناقش هذه الدراسة مشكلة الصراع بين أتباع الديانات مثل الإسلام والبوذية والمسيحية والكاثوليكية في قرية جاتيموليو، جوجياكرتا. البحث المستخدم في هذه المشكلة هو البحث النوعي الوصفي. تستخدم هذه الدراسة منهج الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة، أولاً، إلى أن العلاقة بين الحياة الدينية في قرية جاتيموليو تسير بشكل متناغم. لا يمكن فصل العلاقات المتناغمة بين الطوائف الدينية في جاتيموليو عن الحكمة المحلية، وبالتحديد الثقافة الجاوية مثل قيمة الاحترام المتبادل، والحفاظ على الانسجام والتعاون المتبادل والعيش في وئام وإعطاء الأولوية للانسجام على الانقسام وغيرها. ثانياً، يقوم التناغم الديني من منظور لاهوتي واجتماعي على أساس التفاهم الديني التعددي. وهم يعتقدون أن جميع الأديان تعلم الفضيلة والحقيقة والعدالة وغيرها من القيم النبيلة. أخيرًا، ثالثًا، لا يقتصر تطوير الحوار الشامل على سهولة فهم التسامح في الخطاب الديني فحسب، بل أيضًا على الحكمة المحلية، مثل الكندوري والاحتفالات التقليدية، القادرة على توحيد أتباع الديانات. يمارس مجتمع جاتيموليو هذا الشرط حتى يتم بناء علاقات دينية متناغمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحكمة المحلية; التسامح; أتباع الديانات; الثقافة الجاوية Abstrak Para pemeluk agama mengalami konflik dan kesalahpahaman antara satu sama lain. Kemudian, bagaimana peran kearifan lokal dalam mengelola konflik sehingga menjadi harmoni. Penelitian ini membahas masalah konflik antar pemeluk agama seperti Islam, Budha, Kristen dan Katolik di Desa Jatimulyo, Jogjakarta. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam masalah ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, hubungan kehidupan beragama di desa Jatimulyo berjalan harmonis. Keharmonisan hubungan antar umat beragama di Jatimulyo tidak terlepas dari kearifan lokal yaitu budaya Jawa sepeti nilai saling menghormati (tepo seliro), menjaga kerukunan, gotong royong, hidup rukun, mengutamakan kerukunan di atas perpecahan dan lain-lain. Kedua, hubungan kerukunan umat beragama dari perspektif teologis dan sosial, dibangun atas dasar paham keagamaan yang pluralistik. Mereka percaya bahwa semua agama mengajarkan kebajikan, kebenaran, keadilan dan nilai-nilai luhur lainnya. Terakhir, ketiga, pengembangan dialog komprehensif tidak hanya terbatas pada kemudahan pemahaman toleransi wacana keagamaan, tetapi juga kearifan lokal, seperti kenduri dan upacara adat mampu menyatukan antara pemeluk agama. Kondisi ini dipraktikkan oleh masyarakat Jatimolyo sehingga terbangun hubungan keagamaan yang harmonis. Kata Kunci: Kearifan Lokal; Toleransi; Pemeluk Agama; Budaya Jawa.

Abstract

The study of school textbooks is interesting to examine comprehensively and in-depth. The issues with textbooks can be mapped into three crucial problems: First, issues related to the preparation and assessment phase. Second, issues related to the distribution of books, including accessibility and the purchasing power of textbooks. Third, problems related to the usage of books. This research focuses on developing a comprehensive assessment instrument for Arabic language textbooks. The researcher conducted research and development using the ADDIE model, which was developed from the instruments of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP), the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), as well as expert opinions. The results of this research and development show: First, the development of a comprehensive assessment instrument for Arabic language textbooks, consisting of four components: appearance, content, language, and presentation or teaching. Each component has indicators and sub-assessment items, totaling 50 assessment items. Second, the instrument was tested on Arabic language textbooks published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, with a resulting score of 77.48, indicating they are suitable with major revisions needed.

Abstract

The book al-Iqtirah fi Ushul al-Nahwi by Imam Al-Suyuthi is one of the classic books that operates in the field of nahwu linguistics. In this book, Imam al-Suyuthi provides his concept of thinking regarding the postulates in determining and establishing a law in the science of Nahwu as well as the principles that must be considered when studying the science of Nahwu. This research aims to determine the concept of formulating the rules of nahwu in the book al-Iqtirah fi Ushul al-Nahwi by Imam Al-Suyuthi. The type of research used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data analysis technique in this research is content analysis. The results of this research found that Imam Jalaluddin Al-Suyuthi had a concept in formulating the rules of nahwu which departed from the opinions of previous scholars such as Ibn Jinni and al-Anbari. He believes that in formulating the rules of nahwu there are four propositions that can be used as a basis for thinking, namely samaa', ijmaa', qiyas, and istishab.Abstrak: Kitab al-Iqtirah fi Ushul al-Nahwi karya Imam Al-Suyuthi merupakan salah satu kitab klasik yang bergerak di bidang linguistik nahwu. Dalam kitab ini, Imam al-Suyuthi memberikan konsep berpikirnya mengenai dalil-dalil dalam menentukan dan menetapkan sebuah hukum dalam ilmu nahwu serta prinsip-prinsip yang harus diperhatikan dalam mempelajari ilmu Nahwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep perumusan kaidah nahwu dalam kitab al-Iqtirah fi Ushul al-Nahwi karya Imam Al-Suyuthi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu content analisys (analisis isi). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Imam Jalaluddin Al-Suyuthi memiliki konsep dalam perumusan kaidah nahwu yang berangkat dari pendapat ulama sebelumnya seperti Ibnu Jinni dan al-Anbari. Beliau berpendapat bahwa dalam merumuskan kaidah nahwu ada empat dalil yang bisa dijadikan sebagai landasan berpikir, yaitu samaa’, ijmaa’, qiyas, dan istishab.

Abstract

The basis for establishing the rules and forms of Ibn Malik's thought in the science of nahwu has a distinctive character. Therefore, this study has two aims, (1) to explicitly identify the basis of Ibn Malik in establishing nahwu rules in general. (2) examine the form of Ibn Malik's thought which tends towards the Basrah flow represented in the book of Alfiyah. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research data are facts related to Ibn Malik's thoughts, lingual units contained in the Alfiyah book, and information related to his interpretation. The data sources for this study are kitabs, books, scientific journals, and relevant research. The method for providing data is by observing techniques in the form of reading data, followed by a tapping process. The analysis method used is content analysis. The results of the research show that in establishing the rules of nahwu, Ibnu Malik used a different base of thought compared to previous nahwu scholars, namely referring to hadith extensively. This is based on his intellectual journey, his expertise in studying hadith, as well as the historical factor that hadith at that time had been well translated.  As for the form of thought that tends towards the Basrah school, it is represented in one of his phenomenal books, namely Alfiyah.  In this book have found 51 problems (the most dominant quantity) that tend to be based on Basrah's thinking, both in terms of the form of rules established and the framework of thinking.

Abstract

The study of classical nahwu is considered too difficult and also makes it more difficult for the learners to learn. The critics to classical nahwu began to come from the Middle Ages to modern because it was considered to be full of Greek philosophy and logic so that Al-Makhzumi attempted to reform the nahwu. This article aims to further examine Al-Makhzumi's thoughts in his theory of Taisir al-Nahwi al-‘Arabi and the update of Nahwu. This research uses a qualitative method applied in library research. The results of this study indicate that Al-Makhzumi saw a language through a descriptive method until he created the theory of taisir an-nahwi al-‘Arabi with the aim of making the study of nahwu easier and more suitable to the context of learners’ needs today. According to Al-Makhzumi, there are eight basic principles used in the taisir an-nahwi al-‘Arabi theory, they are: (1) refusing the theory of ‘amil, (2) systematic rearrangement of chapters and topics of nahwu study, (3) consolidating Arabic phonology and Arabic morphology in Arabic syntax, (4) supporting speaking proficiency is the basis of Ibn Madha's nahwu critique method, (5) redefining some of Arabic syntax chapters, (6) removing branches and unnecessary chapters of nahwu such as removing i'rab mahalli and taqdiri, (7) perfecting the chapters deemed necessary to be perfected, and (8) consolidating ma’ani aspects in the arabic syntax written on asalib at-ta’bir. This theory is produced by Al-Makhzumi from several sources, including: Imam Khalil ibn Ahmad al-Farahidi, school of Kufah (Imam al-Farra’), Ibn Madha', and Ibrahim Mushtafa.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Schools, which is very influential in the education system in Indonesia, stand behind this research. This research explored Arabic language teaching at the Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Solo Raya with different integrative system backgrounds. It aimed to answer how the language was taught and learned in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Solo Raya and the learning process from Hector Hammerly's perspective. This research was a field research model with a case study approach under the constructivist research paradigm. The results show that the Arabic language is taught depending on the need in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Solo Raya, and it follows the curriculum of each school. The Hector Hammerly perspective in Arabic language teaching applies cognitive, collaborative, natural, and communicative approaches. The teaching strategies were, among others, presentation, L1 usage, visual aids, practices, error correction, technological aids, evaluation (the students’ performance or teacher-and-student quizzes to evaluate daily progress), and CA-OB (cognitive audio-oral bilingual) method.
