Abstract

This study was conducted at LPP RRI Jember which aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at LPP RRI Jember. The analysis was conducted on the performance of 83 employees of LPP RRI Jember using saturated sampling techniques and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees of LPP RRI Jember about various information / data needed using a Likert scale while data analysis used multiple regression methods with the help of the SPSS program. Company leaders should be able to provide motivation to subordinates both in moral and material form to improve employee performance and foster an attitude of loyalty to the company. Leaders are also required to pay more attention to the policies taken in leading the company, and determine a good leadership strategy or style in order to create a conducive work atmosphere between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work training on improving the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a census sampling method of 117 respondents, using a questionnaire sheet distributed to village officials in Ledokombo District. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, partial tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. And the results of the analysis using SPSS 27 show that the three variables, namely motivational discipline and work training, have a significant influence on the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The results of the determination test (r2) were (41.8%) showing the large proportion or percentage contribution of the Discipline, Motivation and Job Training variables to performance. Meanwhile (58.2%) was contributed by other variables not included in this research, for example work burnout, compensation, work commitment and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic variables (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember Branch. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember Branch operates in the field of delivery services, especially handling letters and packages for residents of Jember and its surroundings. Judging from its business activities, this company is included in the service-oriented business category. Using a quantitative research approach with descriptive methodology, this research focuses on a population of 59 PT employees.

Abstract

Company really needs efforts that can improve employee performance to achieve or even exceed the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 54 respondents and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.927 or 93%.
