Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan  penelitian  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  variabel  marketing  mix secara simultan, variabel marketing mix secara parsial manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian  pada Waserda UKM Kopkar Widyagama Malang. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan accidental sampling sehingga responden yang diambil adalah semua anggota koperasi dan masyarakat yang datang dan berbelanja, jumlah sampel yang diambil 80 responden. Analisis yang dipergunakan adalah dengan regresi berganda (multiple regression). R sebesar 0,476 terjadi hubungan positif yang kuat antara marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Waserda UKM Mart Kopkar Widyagama Malang. Dan R Square sebesar 0.226 atau 22.6% menunjukkan sumbangan pengaruh variabel bebas   terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan pembelian) sebesar 22.6%. Secara simultan Fhitung  > Ftabel (4,328 > 2,33), sehingga dalam hal ini hipotesis pertama terima. Secara parsial variabel harga   dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel produk, variabel promosi dan variabel pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.    Dan  variabel  bebas  yang  berpengaruh  paling  dominan  terhadap variabel terikat adalah harga. Abstract

The company strives to produce quality products or services. Therefore, companies seek satisfaction or consumer needs so that consumers are satisfied. This study uses the Kano method and QFD. Kano aims to find out the attributes of chocolate products according to consumer desires. Furthermore, QFD gives priority to priority development. The research objective is to find out the product attributes that consumers want and provide information in an effort to improve quality. The results showed that there were 23 attributes which were consumers and 11 who were responsible for making new design designs, checking the composition and quality of raw materials, choosing fonts that were easy to read by consumers, adding filling nuts and eating in promotions via Instagram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Talking Stick berbantu media coper paada materi penjumlahan siswa kelas I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Pre Eksperimental Design dan jenis yang diambil adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel yang diambil adalah 19 orang siswa kelas I dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 48,947 sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 81,579. Berdasarkan analisis data pada perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung= 10,397 dan ttabel=2,101. Karena thitung > ttabel yaitu 10.397 > 2,101 maka sesuai dengan rumus hipotesis yang diujikan, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Bahwa model Talking Stick berbantu media coper berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matreri penjumlahan siswa kelas I SD N Tulis 02 Batang. Kata kunci: Model Taking Stick, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bentuk gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan dalam menejemen perusahaan yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) gaya kepemimpinan yaitu Authoritarian Leadership, Participative Leadership dan Delegative Leadership temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan delegasi menunjukkan hasil yang kuat apabila dikaitkan dengan optimisme kerja dimana dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan atau employee performance. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap 83 orang dengan tehnik purposive sampling dengan cara menyebarkan angket dalam bentuk kuesioner terhadap sebuah universitas swasta di Jakarta Selatan. Hipotesis yang dibuat didukung oleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan delegasi berhubungan positif dan dianggap signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan adanya optimisme. Abstract

Creativity is an individual's ability to create novelty in the form of ideas or tangible works. In order to enhance creativity among students, community service has initiated activities that utilize paper waste to foster creativity, such as handicrafts. The primary objective is to reduce paper waste accumulation while fostering creativity among 5th and 6th-grade students. The method used involves hands-on activities where students transform sheets of newspaper into pencil holders, teaching them the value of recycling and creative problem-solving. The results show that students demonstrated both cognitive creativity traits, such as originality and flexibility, and non-cognitive traits, like curiosity and motivation. The program not only addresses waste management issues but also helps students develop practical skills, raising environmental awareness and instilling values of sustainability. Through this initiative, the creative potential of students is enhanced while contributing to environmental preservation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the way women dress that is the cause of sexual harassment. So that the research aims to determine the Effect Analysis of Halal Lifestyle, Price, and Word Of Mouth on Purchase Decisions on Rabbani Products in Salatiga with an Interest as an Intervening Variable. This study used a quantitative method by processing primary data through questionnaires which were distributed to users of Rabbani products in Salatiga as many as 193 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SmartPLS 4.The results of this study indicate that: halal lifestyle, price and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The interest variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Halal lifestyle, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on interest. The price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. The interest variable can mediate the halal lifestyle variable, word of mouth on purchasing decisions. Interest cannot mediate price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematics learning video based on Renderforest technology. The research method used is creating learning videos based on Renderforest technology for seventh-grade junior high school students. The material chosen is comparison. The research process is design, development, and implementation. The instrument used is a questionnaire with the ARCS model. Assessments in the instrument include attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. Data collection techniques were with student responses. The results of this study are the use of learning videos, students feel the benefits, are easy to use, help in learning mathematics, and provide satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has successfully eradicated wild poliovirus since 2005 using robust immunization and AFP surveillance programs. However, circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 has challenged these commitments, followed by the 2024 outbreak in East Java. Purpose: The study aims to analyze the polio eradication initiative by assessing polio immunization coverage and AFP surveillance in East Java. Methods: A descriptive, quantitative study design and retrospective analysis of polio immunization coverage and AFP surveillance indicators from the Provincial Health Office, East Java, from 2018–2022. The data was collected and analyzed using Excel, EpiInfo7, and Health Mapper software. Results: OPV4 coverage ranged from 89.95% to 100.76%, while IPV coverage ranged from 73.98 % to 94.18% from 2018 to 2020; the proportion of districts and cities for IPV coverage increased from 0% in 2018 to 44.74% in 2022, below the 95% WHO target. Of the 826 cases of AFP reported, 820 (99.27%) were actual AFP cases <15 years of age, with most (49.02%) being <5 years of age. Non-polio AFP rates ranged from 0.80 in 2020 to 2.59 in 2022 per 100,1000 <15 years of age, with the proportion of districts and cities slightly declining from 55.26% in 2018 to 50% in 2022. The annual mean percentage of AFP-adequate specimens is 61.15%, with the proportion of districts and cities significantly declining from 31.58% in 2018 to 10.53% in 2022, below the 80% target. Conclusion: IPV immunization coverage and AFP surveillance indicators are below the WHO-recommended targets across districts and cities in East Java.
