Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of 1) corporate social responsibility to firm value, 2) institutional ownership to firm value, 3) corporate social responsibility and institutional ownership simultaneously to firm value Manufacturing Company Basic Industrial and Chemical Registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018. The population of this research is all the manufacturing companies basic industrial and chemical registered at Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018. The sample of the research are used of purposive sampling method. They are 86 companies in 2018 which fulfilling criterion as this research sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression with measurement rasio. Result of research and result of data processing show that 1) positive effect not significant on corporate social responsibility to firm value, 2) negative effect not significant on institutional ownership to firm value, 3) corporate social responsibility and institutional ownership simultaneously not influence the firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, using census techniques. Data collection techniques using documentation study methods and field research (field research) which includes observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tasikmalaya Branch Office, with a total of 113 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. By using path analysis, researchers suggest that partially, individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the better the individual characteristics, organizational climate and workload, the employee's performance will increase.

Abstract

Pendidikan bukan hanya suatu kewajiban tetapi suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupan. Anak anak belajar mengalami proses perubahan pengetahuan dan karakter melalui pendidikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan anak dilaksanakan di Kampung Kertamukti Desa Kertamukti Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sosialisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para orang tua pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan bagi anak. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa guru sekolah dasar, orang tua serta staf dan Kepala Desa Kertamukti. Metode pengabdian tersebut menggunakan survei lapangan, persiapan serta sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemahaman para orang tua terkait pendidikan baik di sekolah, keluarga serta masyarakat mulai meningkat. Orang tua, sekolah serta masyarakat mulai melakukan kolaborasi dalam mencipatakan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak di desa tersebut

Abstract

Currently, many promotions are carried out using digital media which are easier to use and save costs. This promotion can be said to be more effective when compared to promotions such as personal selling, direct selling and distributing brochures in general. This promotional technique is called digital marketing.This research aims to determine the promotional strategy carried out by Karya Mebel Tasikmalaya in direct promotion. This research is qualitative research with data collection carried out using literature study methods and interviews with the owners of the Karya Mebel Tasikmalaya company.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the promotional strategy carried out by Karya Mebel Tasikmalaya has been implemented well, because it is in accordance with the promotional mix.

Abstract

The research outlined in this final project aims to examine the application of cash disbursement procedures at LP3I Karawang and its suitability to the Flow Chart according to Mulyadi. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the Cash Disbursement Procedure at LP3I Karawang. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. In the implementation of the cash disbursement procedure at LP3I Karawang, there are several obstacles and efforts including: The lack of orderly application for funds which should always end at 15.00 is overcome by imposing the rules for applying for funds only until 15.00 unless there is a special promise, There is still a lack of cash checks at LP3I Karawang is overcome by cash opname every day. Then they still often hold funds for more than 3 days. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author concludes that the implementation of the cash disbursement procedure at LP3I Karawang is quite good, because there are still several functions that are combined and the recording is still lacking in detail.

Abstract

This study explores the role of consumer trust in sustainability as a key factor influencing interest in purchasing environmentally friendly products. Despite increasing environmental awareness, many consumers remain hesitant to take action due to skepticism, perceived risk, and uncertainty about product authenticity. A systematic review of international literature (2020–2025) identifies five core trust dimensions: integrity, transparency, credibility, behavioral consistency, and long-term commitment. These dimensions shape consumers’ evaluations of green product claims and influence their willingness to engage in sustainable consumption. To explain the psychological mechanisms at work, the study integrates multiple theoretical perspectives: the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) emphasizes attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived control; Trust Theory explains how reliability and honesty reduce perceived risks; Signaling Theory clarifies how credible environmental communication influences consumer belief; and the Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) Theory connects personal values to pro-environmental actions. By synthesizing these frameworks, the analysis positions trust not merely as a mediating factor but as a foundational driver that enables the translation of positive environmental attitudes into actual green purchasing behavior. The findings underscore that businesses must move beyond superficial eco-friendly messaging to implement verifiable and consistent sustainability practices. This includes transparent reporting, third-party certification, and active stakeholder engagement. Policymakers also have a critical role in regulating misleading environmental claims and enforcing penalties for greenwashing, thereby protecting consumers and ensuring fair competition. Strengthening trust through these measures can help close the persistent gap between pro-environmental intentions and real-world purchasing actions. Overall, this study provides actionable insights for marketers, sustainability strategists, and regulators, highlighting that consumer trust is the cornerstone of sustainable market transformation. By cultivating trust, stakeholders can encourage environmentally responsible behavior at scale and contribute to long-term ecological well-being.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema workshop public speaking, leadership, and self-confidence untuk siswa/i MTs Yappena dan MA Nurul Arifin di bawah naungan Yayasan Nurul Arifin bertujuan untuk dapat memotivasi, meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, keterampilan kepemimpinan untuk dapat mengelola tim dengan rasa percaya diri agar tidak ragu-ragu dalam mengambil tindakan dan keputusan. Pentingnya public speaking, leadership, and self-confidence ini merupakan hal dasar yang harus dimiliki masing-masing individu dalam kegiatan bersosialisasi saat ini. Workshop ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan juga rasa percaya diri peserta untuk melakukan public speaking dengan cara yang tepat dengan memiliki leadership yang baik dalam setiap kegiatan yang diikuti. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak positif kepada siswa/i MTs Yappena dan MA Nurul Arifin sehingga mengalami peningkatan dalam menggali potensi diri untuk dapat menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Selain itu, diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak untuk dapat terus mengedukasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan para siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mengangkat judul “Workshop Penggunaan Aplikasi Tiktok sebagai Media Promosi bagi Pebisnis Muda” ini adalah untuk membantu siswa/i dan pelaku bisnis usia muda mendapatkan skill dalam mengkomunikasikan merek dan produk melalui media digital Tiktok juga pendampingan untuk mengoptimalkan komunikasi pemasaran digital yang sudah dilakukan peserta. Penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok sebagai media promosi telah menjadi fenomena yang berkembang pesat dalam strategi pemasaran digital. Khususnya bagi pebisnis muda, Tiktok menawarkan platform yang dinamis dan kreatif untuk memperkenalkan produk atau jasa kepada khalayak luas. Workshop ini menyajikan pandangan tentang bagaimana Tiktok telah menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membangun merek dan meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis bagi generasi muda. Kami menganalisis fenomena ini dari segi daya tarik Tiktok, strategi gaya konten yang sukses, serta interaksi otentik dengan audiens. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam tentang fitur-fitur Tiktok dan metode bisnis yang relevan. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan wawasan berbisnis muda yang ingin memanfaatkan potensi platform ini untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka ini. Dengan memadukan kreativitas, keterampilan pemasaran digital, dan pemahaman tentang preferensi generasi muda, pebisnis dapat memanfaatkan Tiktok sebagai media promosi yang inovatif dan kreatif di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Seminar tentang keamanan siber yang berfokus pada pengenalan skema penipuan di platform Google Maps adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan publik tentang ancaman keamanan siber yang semakin berkembang. Kekhawatiran mengenai proliferasi skema penipuan yang memanfaatkan Google Maps sering kali melibatkan manipulasi informasi lokasi atau bisnis, yang dapat menyesatkan pengguna ke tempat atau layanan yang tidak sah. Dalam seminar ini, kami membahas jenis-jenis penipuan yang umum, cara kerjanya, dan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk menghindarinya. Selain itu, kami menyediakan panduan praktis untuk melaporkan dan menangani insiden penipuan. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan peserta dengan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk melindungi diri dari risiko penipuan online terkait dengan Google Maps dan meningkatkan literasi di bidang keamanan siber. Dengan memahami taktik yang digunakan oleh penipu, peserta akan lebih siap untuk mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan aktivitas mencurigakan, sehingga berkontribusi pada lingkungan online yang lebih aman. Tujuan kami adalah menciptakan komunitas pengguna yang terinformasi yang dapat menavigasi lanskap digital dengan percaya diri dan aman.

Abstract

The marketing mix strategy is the foundation and the main capital for a business to achieve the goals it wants. In the marketing mix, there are at least 4P that must be considered, namely product, price, place/location, and promotion. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the implementation of the marketing mix that is carried out by Ayam Geprek Champion, Banjar City Branch. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research approach, in which the author describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. After conducting analysis and discussion of the problem, the authors concluded that the implementation of the marketing mix at Ayam Geprek Champion Branch in Banjar City was going well, but it had not been implemented properly because there were still some problems in its implementation
