Abstract

The amplifying importance of Instagram and its flourishing embracing proposes a massive prospect for firms to promote their products that deliver an endeavor to identify customers’ behaviors well. The research aims to recognize application attributes of perceived ease of use (PEOU), information quality, perceived usefulness, and system quality toward store loyalty from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) lens. Moreover, it elaborates on the theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to construct interaction intention and application engagement as mediator variables that apply the conceptual model among application attributes and store loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 272 consumers who know or follow the Instagram of the Coffee Shop in Salatiga, Indonesia. The outcomes expose which interaction intention and application engagement are essential in the linkages among perceived usefulness, system quality, and information quality toward the store. Conversely, both mediator variables could not mediate the linkages between PEOU and store loyalty. Theoretically, there is a synergy amid theory TAM and TPB, revealing that perceived usefulness is most influential as antecedents affect store loyalty through interaction intention and application engagement.

Abstract

The present research aimed to reveal whether an augmented reality (AR) direction method would result in more rapid job accomplishment times, reduce mental workload, and have limited faults for simple duties in operational programming. This paper proposes a marker-based mobile AR application called SIPEMA-AR to improve the sustainable, innovative training module to provide interactive content in the form of work instructions for the water meter reading process in the context of a regional water company of workers’ training. Previous research on technical work which directly compared AR directions to conventional direction methods (e.g., paper) appeared which AR directions can increase technical work. However, this needed to be more accurate for modest duties in an operational setting. Applicants fulfilled modest technical tasks on the SIPEMA-AR application utilizing AR and paper command methods. The research results indicate that AR instruction has a significant influence on the time needed to do the task could be categorized as fast and the mental of workload could be categorized as low. Using AR instructions before paper instructions provides training that sustainably builds on paper instructions. The SIPEMA-AR application can be used as a support for modest tasks that focus on operational work. The SIPEMA-AR application can avoid problems that occur in operational work. This is because the time, effort, and funds needed in operational work can be minimized and provide maximum results.

Abstract

In an increasingly digital era, trust factors, electronic word of mouth, and ratings have an important role in influencing consumer purchase intention. This study examines the effect of trust and electronic word of mouth, with ratings acting as a mediator, on the purchasing intentions of health products. The research centers on Shopee users residing in Salatiga City during COVID-19. The study sample consisted of 103 inhabitants of Salatiga City who used the Shopee marketplace. The analysis was performed using the partial least-squares structural equation method. The results suggest that trust does not significantly impact purchase intent, but the trust variable has a positive and significant impact on ratings. Moreover, purchase intent was positively and significantly affected by the rating variable. Purchase intention and evaluations are positively and significantly affected by electronic word of mouth elements. It is clear that using ratings as  mediators to link trust andpurchase intention has a significant impact. In contrast, the link between electronic word of mouth and purchase intention, where rating serves as a mediator, does not indicate any significant impact.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is progressing toward sustainability by promoting green supply chain management (GSCM) practices among businesses. Despite their potential to improve environmental performance, farmers remain hesitant due to perceived complexity, high cost, and the need for operational adjustments. Purpose: This research investigates how green supplier integration, customer integration, and proactive environmental strategies mediate the relationship between GSCM practices and sustainable performance. The goal is to identify ways to make GSCM more accessible and advantageous for farmers. Design/Methodology/approach: The research employs a quantitative approach using Smart PLS-3, a structural equation modelling tool, to analyze the relationships between GSCM practices, integration strategies, and sustainable performance. Data were collected from farmers in Cuntel Village, Kopeng. Finding/result: The study found that GSCM does not directly influence sustainable performance but works through mediating variables. Green supplier integration is the potent mediator, followed by green customer integration and proactive environmental strategy, which enhance GSCM’s impact on sustainability. Conclusion: Collaborative efforts between suppliers, customers, and farmers, combined with forward-looking environmental strategies, can make GSCM practices more practical and effective. These approaches address the skepticism of farmers by demonstrating tangible benefits and reducing implementation complexities. Abstract

This research aims to provide solutions to the problem of selecting fertilizer suppliers with the best performance in enhancing the sustainable supply chain (SSC) for organic farmers. The current limitation in supplier evaluation lies in the reliance on evaluators' subjective familiarity, which, while effectual or technical in some cases, carries inherent risks due to personal biases and the absence of systematic analysis. To address this, the study proposes an integrated model combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). AHP is used to determine the relative importance of evaluation criteria based on expert judgment, while GRA evaluates supplier alternatives against these weighted criteria under uncertain conditions. This integrated approach enables more informed, robust, and justifiable decision-making in complex scenarios. The findings reveal that farmer groups tend to prioritize fertilizer suppliers who offer high product quality, with an emphasis on economic criteria such as production costs and crop profitability, as well as environmental criteria including material recycling and hygiene. In contrast, other suppliers focus more on social aspects, such as product safety, but often lack sensitivity toward the health impacts of non-organic fertilizers on farmers. Theoretically, the integration of AHP and GRA provides a comprehensive framework for measuring, assessing, and selecting suppliers based on performance. From a practical standpoint, fertilizer suppliers are encouraged to develop products that align with economic priorities—such as affordable pricing—and environmental goals, including reducing harmful chemical content like pesticides. This, in turn, supports farmer groups in enhancing sustainable performance, improving social welfare, and ensuring a safer working environment.

Abstract

Background: Employees in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face dynamic workplace challenges that require high levels of resilience; however, the mechanisms through which leadership influences this capacity remain underexplored, particularly in traditional market settings. Objective: This study examines the mediating roles of proactive personality and psychological ownership in the relationship between spiritual leadership and work resilience, grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT). Methods: Using a survey design, data were collected from 189 employees working in SMEs at Banyuasri Traditional Market, Bali, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3. Results: Spiritual leadership had no direct effect on work resilience (H1 rejected, β = 0.093, p > 0.05); however, it significantly influenced psychological ownership (β = 0.493, p < 0.01) and proactive personality (β = 0.584, p < 0.01). Both mediators positively predicted work resilience. Full mediation was confirmed, with psychological ownership emerging as the dominant mediator (β = 0.264, p < 0.01) compared with proactive personality (β = 0.171, p < 0.05). Conclusion: SME leaders should prioritize cultivating psychological ownership and proactive employee behavior, as these internal psychological mechanisms are the primary pathways through which spiritual leadership strengthens work resilience.
