Abstract

Azadirachta indica, Acalypha indica, and Muntingia calabura are wild plants with antioxidant content capable of treating various diseases. This study aims to evaluate phytochemical compound screening using qualitative tests and to characterize them using FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) in Azadirachta indica, Acalypha indica, and Muntingia Calabura, as well as to assess total phenolic content (TPC), flavonoid content (TFC), and antioxidant potential. The results showed that Azadirachta indica and Acalypha indica contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, phenols, glycosides, steroids, and carbohydrates but lacked proteins and triterpenoids. In contrast, Muntingia Calabura leaf extract lacked glycosides, triterpenoids, and carbohydrates. The highest TPC content in Muntingia Calabura extract was 269.88±0.00 mg GAE/gr extract, and the highest TFC was found in Azadirachta indica extract at 676.34±21.85 mg CE/gr extract. The ethanol extract of Azadirachta indica and Muntingia Calabura leaves has very strong antioxidant activity, with IC₅₀ values of 32.76 ± 3.02 ppm and 31.16 ± 1.96 ppm, respectively, while Acalypha indica had an IC₅₀ value of 107.71 ± 3.55 ppm, indicating a moderate level of antioxidant activity. These results support the potential of the three medicinal plants as sources of natural antioxidants. The findings can stimulate further research to isolate key bioactive compounds and perform toxicity tests to support potential applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Abstract

Abstract—Politeknik Jambi is a higher education institution in the province of Jambi, which employs staff, including faculty and administrative personnel. In performing their duties, administrative staff require objective and accurate performance evaluations. Performance evaluations are conducted through performance assessments to support the functional position of lecturers at Politeknik Jambi. However, the current practice still relies on Microsoft Excel, posing limitations with database facilities that slow down the search for employee performance data and increase the potential for errors. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based Performance Appraisal Information System (SKP) for the functional position of lecturers Politeknik Jambi. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing the Software Development Life Cycle approach. The results show that the system's implementation successfully overcomes the limitations of Microsoft Excel, improves the accuracy of performance assessment recordings, and supports transparency through efficient report generation. The implementation of the SKP Information System is expected to enhance lecturer performance and the effectiveness of performance assessment management at Politeknik Jambi . Abstrak— Politeknik Jambi adalah lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Provinsi Jambi, yang memiliki karyawan, termasuk dosen dan pegawai administratif. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, pegawai administratif memerlukan evaluasi kinerja yang objektif dan akurat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penilaian kinerja untuk menunjang jabatan fungsional Dosen Politeknik Jambi. Namun, saat ini kegiatan tersebut masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dengan kendala keterbatasan fasilitas database yang memperlambat pencarian data kinerja dan meningkatkan potensi kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang Sistem Informasi Penilaian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) Berbasis Web untuk Jabatan Fungsional Dosen Politeknik Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle. Hasilnya menunjukkan implementasi sistem berhasil mengatasi keterbatasan Microsoft Excel, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan penilaian kinerja, dan mendukung transparansi melalui pembuatan laporan yang efisien. Penerapan Sistem Informasi SKP diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen dan efektivitas pengelolaan penilaian kinerja di Politeknik Jambi. Abstract

Di zaman sekarang, kepedulian terhadap budaya tidak mengakar kuat pada generasi muda saat ini termasuk kesenian angklung. Untuk itu, salah satu cara membuat kesenian angklung lebih menarik adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan teknologi yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai kesenian angklung agar lebih dikenal oleh generasi muda dan menanamkan kesadaran, rasa cinta agar generasi muda ikut melestarikan kesenian angklung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya asing semakin berkembang menyebabkan generasi muda lebih menyukai alat musik yang lebih modern. Bahkan, mulai dari usia sekolah dasar sudah dengan mudah untuk membuka internet ataupun media sosial lainnya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan budaya, salah satunya kesenian tradisional angklung tergerus dan mulai terlupakan kepopularitasannya. Maka dari itu, diperlukannya media yang edukatif dan interaktif untuk memperkenalkan sekaligus mengedukasi generasi muda mengenai kesenian angklung.Kata Kunci : Angklung, Edukatif, Interaktif, Menyenangkan

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract on the recovery of the estrous cycle of mice (Mus musculus) which has been induced for the extension of the estrous cycle using angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) bark extract. In this study vaginal smear was performed daily at 10.00 WIB to determine the phase of the estrous cycle for 26 days. Mice were divided into 5 groups, each with 6 replicates. The treatments were T1 (positive control), T2 (negative control), T3 (0.8 mg/head/day), T4 (2.4 mg/head/day) and T5 (4 mg/head/day). The data obtained were processed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by the Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at a 95% level of significance.  The results showed that the angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) bark extract adminsitration (T2) lengthen (p <0.05) the estrous cycle of mice compared to those of normal mice (T1). The administration of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract on T3 and T4 groups mice were followed by shorter (p <0.05) estrous cycle than those of T2, and it were not significantly different (p >0.05) compared to T1 group. However, the higher dose of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract (T5) revealed the length of estrous cycle was not significantly different (p >0.05) compared to T2 group. It can be concluded that the administration of binahong leaf extract was able to recover the normal estrous cycle of mice.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat tentang Sosialisasi Akuntansi Bumdes di Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan implementasi akuntansi yang berlaku di Bumdes sesuai dengan standar akuntansi pemerintahan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pengurus Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali dengan memberlakukakan metode sosialisasi, diskusi dan pendampingan praktik sederhana tentang akuntansi Bumdes. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah semua pengurus Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali lebih memahami baik teori maupun praktik sederhana tentang akuntansi Bumdes yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlanjut pada suatu kerjasama yang mengarah pada pendampingan akuntansi dan keuangan secara berkelanjutan di Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali Kata Kunci : Akuntansi Bumdes, Bumdes, Sosialisasi, Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Abstract The Community Service Activity on Socializing Bumdes Accounting at Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali aims to increase knowledge and implementation of accounting that applies to Bumdes in accordance with government accounting standards. This activity was attended by the management of Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali by applying the method of socialization, discussion and mentoring of simple practices regarding Bumdes accounting. The result of this service activity is that all Bumdes administrators Tumang Cepogo Boyolali understand better both the theory and the simple practice of Bumdes accounting in accordance with government accounting standards.
