Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang mengelola informasi pemasaran dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha. Mitra yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan adalah UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner aksena snack merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang cemilan stik. Pemilik usaha bernama Thiur Maita Lubis. Lokasi mitra terdapat di Kota Jambi. Kegiatan PKM didasarkan pada observasi awal pada mitra, dimana mitra belum mendapatkan pembekalan tentang mengelola sistem informasi pemasaran, sehingga masih lemahnya mitra dalam memahami pelanggan . Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan melalui zoom meeting. Adapun terkait materi yang ingin disampaikan ke mitra disajikan dalam bentuk PPT. Materi yang terkait diberikan ke mitra adalah tentang sistem informasi pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menilai informasi yang didapat dari pelanggan yang kemudian diolah menjadi wawasan pelanggan yang menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan mitra. Hasil kegiatan dari PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam meningkatkan keberadaan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan pada tempat usaha mitra. Abstract

Medical records are crucial documents that document all healthcare services. Accurate coding forms the basis for claims billing, research, and clinical decision-making. However, incomplete and inaccurate recording often presents obstacles, necessitating a coding audit. This Community Service project aimed to identify the stages of a coding audit using qualitative analysis of inpatients. The audit was conducted on four cases. The analysis used six review components: consistency of diagnosis and treatment, clinical recording, treatment justification, informed consent, documentation practices, and potential for compensation. The results of the medical record coding audit indicated that most components were consistent and met standards, including diagnosis, treatment, clinical recording, and completion of informed consent. However, inconsistencies were still found in instructions for discontinuing or replacing medications. There were no incidents that could potentially result in compensation. However, improvements are still needed in the documentation of instructions for discontinuing or replacing medications. The results emphasize the importance of ongoing socialization and monitoring to optimize the quality of medical records.

Abstract

Ameri Jasa Antares Andalan adalah perusahaan jasa keamanan yang tengah mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan, ditandai dengan menurunnya kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemampuan menyelesaikan tugas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketelitian, keterlambatan, serta manajemen waktu dan keterampilan kerja yang tidak optimal. Penurunan kinerja diduga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung (pencahayaan, suhu, hubungan antar karyawan), rendahnya disiplin (sering terlambat dan absen), serta stres kerja akibat tekanan dan tuntutan berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan stres terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 97 orang dijadikan sampel (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Ameri Jasa Antares Andalan Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran selama siklus hidup produk saat menjalankan usaha. Mitra yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan adalah UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner bernama pempek Lita merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan khas daerah palembang yaitu pempek. Pemilik usaha bernama Yurmalita. Lokasi mitra terdapat di Kota Jambi. Kegiatan PKM didasarkan pada observasi awal pada mitra, dimana mitra belum mendapatkan pembekalan tentang strategi pemasaran semasa siklus hidup produk, sehingga masih lemahnya mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pada setiap langkah selama masa hidup suatu produk . Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan melalui zoom meeting. Adapun terkait materi yang ingin disampaikan ke mitra disajikan dalam bentuk PPT. Materi yang terkait diberikan ke mitra adalah pengenalan tahapan siklus daur hidup produk, tahapan siklus daur hidup produk dan straegi dari masing masing setiap tahapan, serta cara memperpanjang siklus hidup produk. Hasil kegiatan dari PKM ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam setiap masa hidup umur produk yang dihasilkan mitra.

Abstract

In the activities of an entrepreneurship, a great leader is needed to organise all of the activities that run and aimed to achieve maximum work effectiveness. The purpose of PKM activities is shown as a means to add insight into how an SME manages leadership in order to create a conducive work environment atmosphere. In fact, it faces various problems, especially in carrying out leadership to maintain business sustainability, due to the lack of knowledge of the associations about leadership theory. For this reason, PKM activities aim to help the associated partners to increase their knowledge about Path-goal theory related to leadership models. The method offered in this activity is online training/socialisation through Zoom meetings. The materials to be delivered include: basic introduction to Path-goal theory, main components of Path-goal theory, Leader Behaviour, followers' characteristics, and task characteristics. The results of the activity show that the knowledge about Path-goal theory that was delivered was realised and ran smoothly. Through the evaluation of the material has been understood well. As proven by the answers of partners who 100% can clearly understand and comprehend the material presented. Through this activity, it is hoped that the problems that arise in the associated businesses will be resolved in increasing business success.

Abstract

The role of product lines is very important in increasing the growth of SMEs. Through a variety of product lines sold, the problem of existing market saturation can be resolved, the emergence of new product lines can expand existing products. PKM activities aim to help MSMEs understand new product line strategies in running a business and maintaining survival in the future.  The activity is engaged in a culinary business, with the Pempek Lita located in Jambi that provides various kinds of pempek.  In its activities, it faces various problems, especially in carrying out product line strategies, this is due to the lack of knowledge about things related to product lines. For this reason, PKM programmes aim to help improve the business partners' knowledge. The method offered in this activity is online training/socialisation through Zoom meetings. The material to be delivered includes: basic introduction to product lines; product line strategies and others. The results of the activity show that the problems that arise in partner businesses will be resolved, partners can understand the importance of product line strategies for business sustainability.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan tingkat keberhasilan individu atau organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan, yang tercermin melalui produktivitas, kualitas kerja, efisiensi, dan efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas. Kasus audit PT Indofarma Tbk yang menimbulkan kerugian negara menunjukkan bahwa kinerja tidak hanya dinilai dari laporan keuangan, tetapi juga dari transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan penerapan tata kelola yang baik, di mana Kantor Akuntan Publik memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin kewajaran laporan keuangan. Namun, di Kota Medan masih terdapat auditor yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar profesional akibat keterbatasan pengalaman, lemahnya independensi, rendahnya etika profesi, motivasi kerja, dan profesionalisme, yang berdampak langsung pada kualitas audit. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh 35 auditor pada KAP di Kota Medan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, independensi, etika profesi, motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor, sehingga peningkatan pada faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mendorong terciptanya audit yang lebih objektif, andal, dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) at Imelda Pekerja Indonesia General Hospital has been in place since 2015; however, the system has not yet been utilized as the primary source for data processing.Reporting staff sometimes still process data manually collected from each service unit.External reports are mandatory reports submitted by every hospital to the Health Office. Internal reports are used for the hospital’s internal purposes.The implementation method of this community service activity consisted of socialization on the utilization of SIRS for data processing, reviewing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Reporting and creating a checklist of data requirements for reports.The socialization was provided to all 16 medical record officers in the Medical Records Unit using discussion, lecture, and question-and-answer methods. The results of this activity are expected to improve the staff’s knowledge regarding the utilization of HMIS for data processing in reports at hospital.This activity was successfully carried out due to the cooperation and support of all implementing team members and hospital team.However, the common obstacles faced by staff include network and application disruptions, which hinder the data processing for hospital reporting. Therefore, improving network stability within the system is necessary to ensure that the reporting process can run more effectively and efficiently.
