Abstract

Background: Several vaccination programs for children have not been maximized. The phenomenon of low vaccination coverage in children can be attributed, in part, to the role played by information distribution. Public service advertisements have been widely studied for their effectiveness but are limited to social media. Public service advertisements can be combined with a game. Games are used for health promotion media with various themes and are considered effective. Print media such as posters and combinations with games are media that need to be studied in this digital era. Aims: This study aims to develop public service advertising media to invite COVID-19 vaccinations. Method: This research uses research and development (R&D) with ADDIE stages. The intervention study was conducted in Makassar, South Sulawesi, and involved 40 grade 4 and 6 elementary school students and 65 parents. The intervention was carried out at school by combining posters and pinball games. Measurements are managed with a validated questionnaire to assess knowledge and perceptions. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: 1) The quality of the media combination of posters and pinball games obtained a score of 3.023 which was included in the qualification of "good” with the recommendation "need some revision” 2) the application of a combination of posters and pinball games affected the knowledge of children; parents' knowledge is fair and good, and parents' perceptions are positive. Conclusion: In conclusion, the poster combination game is an alternative media to promote the uptake of COVID-19 vaccination among elementary school students and their parents.

Abstract

Background. Awareness of fire prevention needs to be instilled in vocational students as young workers who will be involved in the industry. Games are a learning method with great potential to help complement and strengthen material, make it fun, active, effective, motivate, and entertain in order to improve learning outcomes. Awareness of fire safety is not only influenced by knowledge but also influenced by perception, so it is necessary to examine how the impact of games on student perceptions based on the heath belief model (HBM) on fire safet Aim. The research aims to determine the impact of fire-safe games on students' perceptions of fire safety based on the health belief model theory. Method. The method used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest research design. Subjects were 30 students majoring in graphic engineering. Measurements were taken before and after the action. The measuring instrument used was a validated and reliable HBM-based perception questionnaire with Likert’s Scale. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon statistical test Result. Wilcoxon test for the perception of the pre and post test treatment groups shows that the perception of benefit experiences a significant difference because the p value is less than 0,05 this shows that fire safety games can influence the perception of benefits on the use of fire extinguishers

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai salah satu tempat yang memiliki potensi sampah yang tinggi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Perlunya pengelolaan sampah dari hulu hingga volume sampah dapat berkurang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa sampah belum dikelola dengan baik yaitu belum adanya  pengolahan sampah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran perilaku minim sampah kepada santri dengan metode pengelolaan sampah dan pembuatan eco-enzym. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan eco-enzym. Sasarannya adalah seluruh santri markaz Alquran Akhwat Indonesia sebanyak 21 santri baru. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari pra kegiatan, kegiatan dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan ujian pre dan post test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembuatan eco-enzym. Hasil yang telah dicapai adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan perilaku minim sampah sebesar 5,2%. Adapun pembuatan eco-enzyme sudah sesuai dengan prosedur.Kata Kunci: Perilaku minim sampah; Metode hulu; Pengolahan sampah; Santri dan Pesantren.Abstract:  Islamic Boarding School as a place that has a high potential for waste if not managed properly. The need for waste management from upstream to the volume of waste can be reduced. Based on the observation that the waste has not been managed properly, namely the absence of waste processing. The purpose of this service is to increase awareness of minimal waste behavior to students with waste management methods and the manufacture of eco-enzymes. The method used is counseling and the practice of making eco-enzymes. The target is all students of the Indonesian Akhwat Al-Quran Markaz as many as 21 new students. The implementation method carried out in this activity consists of pre-activity, activity and evaluation. The evaluation is done by giving pre and post tests to determine the increase in knowledge and eco-enzyme skill. The result that has been achieved is an increase in knowledge of minimal waste behavior in 5,2%. It includes the user's feelings, emotions, and context when interacting. In this case, what is evaluatedis the ease of navigation in playing games, whether this game is interesting and fun and whether there are less pleasantexperiences. The result is for the convenience of navigation has a UX score of 68.42% out of a maximum of 100%, while theassessment for the fun experience of playing this game is 76.8%. The less pleasant experience is if there is a process ofinstalling the game on a mobile device because it is quite troublesome so it needs a mentoring process. And the font sizegreatly affects the comfort of using the application, where the larger the font size, the better.

Abstract

Tim pengabdian dosen politeknik negeri media kreatif mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan srengseng sawah dengan pendampingan penggunaaan media interaktif pada kegiatan posyandu lansia yang diadakan rutin tiap bulan. Kegiatan ini merupakan implementasi hasil inovasi dosen berupa aplikasi game digital teka-teki silang (crosswords) untuk mendukung program pemerintah berupa kemandirian kesehatan pada masyarakat lansia. Sampai saat ini belum diketemukan obat untuk penyakit penurunan fungsi kognitif Alzheimer dan demensia yang merupakan gangguan kognitif pada lansia, namun beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan kognitif dan fisik dapat membantu mengurangi risiko dan gejala Alzheimer dan demensia. Pengguna game di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 adalah 170 juta orang atau dua pertiga penduduk Indonesia dengan pengguna baik anak-anak, remaja, dewasa maupun lansia. Game dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membantu latihan kognitif dan fisik dengan menstimulasi otak dan memperkuat koneksi otak, yang dapat membantu mencegah atau memperlambat perkembangan Alzheimer dan demensia. Selain itu, game cerdas juga dapat memberikan hiburan dan motivasi kepada orang tua untuk terus berlatih dan mempertahankan kesehatan otak mereka. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui berbagai tahapan yaitu perisapan, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik dan manfaat kegiatan dirasakan oleh para peserta.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dewasa ini, kasus kecelakaan di tempat wisata semakin marak terjadi. Kegiatan berwisata melibatkan manusia, lingkungan dan peralatan yang berpotensi mengalami kerugian material maupun jiwa. Keselamatan, keamanan dan Kesehatan merupakan aspek penting yang menjadi indicator dalam world forum economic 2019. Desa wisata Kubang Baros merupakan desa wisata rintisan yang memiliki beberapa atraksi seperti curug betung, bukit harmis, dan pemandian air panas. Atraksi tersebut belum pernah dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan risiko Manajemen risiko penting dilakukan untuk meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan di tempat kerja/usaha baik bagi pengunjung, pengelola bahkan lingkungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas “wisata aman” bagi pokdarwis. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi/wawancara, pelatihan manajemen risiko, awareness K3 dan FGD. Berdasarkan hasil pre dan post terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, kemampuan melakukan manajemen risiko menggunakan HIRADC dan evaluasi kegiatan berada pada kategori 3-4 (baik-sangat baik).

Abstract

Tourism villages are one of the fastest growing sectors in the creative industry. Healthy workplace conditionsare essential to support employees in generating innovation and creativity. However, workplace health in this sector isoften neglected. This research aims to design a workplace wellness model suitable for creative industry employees intourist villages, using a Grounded Theory approach. The method involved in-depth interviews with 20 employees and 2managers from a pilot tourist village. Data were analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding stages to identifyfactors affecting occupational health. The results revealed that lack of government regulation and supervision, high workpressure, and lack of health facilities are some of the main challenges faced by employees. In addition, low managerialsupport for employee health also worsened workplace conditions. Based on these findings, the proposed workplacehealth model is the socialization and education of existing OSH regulations, establishing partnerships with OSHinstitutions or external parties, managing work stress, and providing better health facilities. This model is expected toimprove the physical and mental well-being of employees, while encouraging productivity and work quality in thecreative industry sector of tourist villages. The main suggestion from this research is the importance of more attentionfrom the management of tourist villages in implementing a comprehensive occupational health policy to create a healthierwork environment and support innovation.

Abstract

This community service aimed to train SMK N 7 Jakarta students majoring in graphic production about paper material knowledge carried out online. This knowledge is important to be mastered by experts in that field of study because it is closely related to the printing production process. The activities were held to improve students' understanding of the papermaking process, paper building materials, and types of paper and paper testing according to the Standard. The results showed that after joining the activity, students understood and could correctly identify the types of paper. Keywords: competency training, graphic material knowledge, students Abstrak Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa SMK N 7 Jakarta jurusan produksi grafika terkait kompetensi pengetahuan bahan kertas yang dilakukan secara daring. Kompetensi tersebut sangat penting dikuasai oleh tenaga ahli bidang grafika karena sangat berkaitan erat dengan proses produksi grafika percetakan. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk seminar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai proses pembuatan kertas, bahan penyusun kertas, jenis-jenis kertas serta pengujian kertas sesuai stanar SNI yang berlaku.Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian ini siswa telah memahami dan dapat mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kertas dengan benar. Abstract

Tren penderita demensia terus mengalami peningkatan. Di Bekasi, pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJM) 2018—2024 telah menyebutkan adanya program peningkatan angka usia harapan hidup dan program desa siaga aktif. Namun, program itu belum menjangkau ranah kemandirian kesehatan seperti demensia pada lansia. Karena itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengadakan edukasi dan promosi kesehatan lansia menggunakan permainan Teka Teki Silang sebagai upaya pencegahan demensia serta membentuk kelompok binaan lansia bebas demensia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah fasilitasi edukasi dan pelatihan permainan kepada 35 lansia di lingkungan RW 07. Hasil pengabdian diketahui 95% lansia pengetahuannya tentang demensia meningkat. Selain itu, 100% lansia percaya dan yakin bahwa TTS dapat meningkatkan sosialisasi, pengetahuan, dan memori. Sarannya adalah kegiatan ini perlu direplikasi di daerah lain yang belum pernah mendapatkan edukasi seputar demensia.

Abstract

Introduction: Road safety remains a pressing global public health issue, marked by rising rates of traffic-related accidents, injuries, and fatalities. While various interventions have been implemented, there is still limited understanding of how human factors, trust in automated systems, and hazard perception influence safety outcomes in both autonomous and semi-autonomous driving contexts. This study aims to explore research trends and knowledge gaps in road safety using a bibliometric approach, focusing on the intersection between human behavioral factors and emerging intelligent transport technologies. Methods: This study employs a bibliometric research design to analyze the scholarly literature on road safety and campaign-related studies, covering the period from 2013 to 2023 and using Scopus as the primary database. Results: By applying science mapping techniques specifically bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis, a total of 581 peer-reviewed journal articles were examined. From these, 114 highly cited publications were identified and grouped into five thematic clusters based on bibliographic coupling and four keywords-based domains from co-words analysis. The results underscore the growing role of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Connected Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS), and artificial intelligence (AI)-based risk prediction in reducing traffic incidents. Key areas of concern include behavioral adaptation, trust in automation, and situational awareness. Recommendations include enhancing regulatory frameworks, reinforcing helmet and speed limit compliance, and incorporating AI-powered predictive models and real-time monitoring systems into urban mobility planning. Additionally, the study emphasizes shifting from traditional media to targeted digital road safety campaigns through social media and mobile applications. Conclusion: The findings underscore the importance of integrating AI-powered monitoring systems, enforcing data-informed traffic regulations, and implementing targeted behavioral campaigns to reduce accident risks. These strategies should be designed with adaptive models that account for how road users respond to risk and safety interventions. Future research should build interdisciplinary models that merge cognitive psychology, risk perception metrics, and intelligent transport technologies to guide data-driven safety innovations, providing valuable insights for urban planners, policymakers, and traffic safety educators.
