Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pemahaman hadis yang digunakan sebagai argument fatwa Majelis Tarjih yang tidak membenarkan pengkhususan membaca qunut dalam shalat shubuh.Putusan ini tidak sepaham dengan sebagian mazhab di Indonesia, yakni mazhab Imam Syafi’i yang juga menggunakan hadis sebagai dasar hukum. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode analisisdiksriptis terhadap pemahaman hadis yang digunakan oleh Majelis Tarjih. Sebagai hasil, didapati kesimpulan bahwa hadis yang dijadikan landasan hukum oleh Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah benar-benar sahih. Hadis tersebut secara terang tidak melarang membaca qunut dalam shalat shubuh. Namun pelarangan atau tidak membenarkan adanya qunut dalam shalat shubuh merupakan suatu pemahaman Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah yang berlandaskan pada bahwasannya jika ada suatu amalan yang diperselisihkan hukumnya, maka tidak dibenarkan untuk mengamalkannya. Sementara itu, didapatkan bahwasannya dalil yang dikemukakan oleh Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah merupakan suatu dalil yang umum tentang utamanya shalat dengan membaca qunut. Dalil ini mestinya memperkuat dalil yang disampaikan oleh Syafi’i sebagaimana dipaparkan dalam hadis sebelumnya bahwasannya membaca qunut dalam shalat shubuh hukumnya adalah sunnah.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti model dialog argumentatif yang menitik beratkan pada proses adu argumentasi dari kedua belah pihak antara Ibrahim dan Raja Namrud sebagaimana diungkap dalam Al-Qur’an, di antaranya dapat ditemukan pada surah al Baqarah ayat 258 yang menceritakan secara singkat pertemuan Nabi Ibrahim dan Raja Namrud. Saat mereka bertemu,terjadilah dialog argumentatif yang pada akhirnya dimenangkan oleh Nabi Ibrahim. Temuan tersebut sekaligus mendukung teori Dawam Raharjo yang menyebutkan, ada beberapa cirikeistimewaan nabi Ibrahim. Pertama, ia memperoleh pengertian tentang Tuhan melalui proses perjuangan berpikir sejak usia muda dengan cara observasi dan pengamatan. Kedua, iamenyebarkan dan memperjuangkan keyakinannya tersebut kepada berbagai bangsa. Ketiga, ia adalah orang yang teruji dengan berbagai perintah dan larangan Allah, dan karena itu ia dipilihsebagai pemimpin umat manusia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis semantik yang dikembangkan oleh al-Jurjani. Hasil dari riset ini mengatakan bahwa dialog yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Ibrahim menggunakan bahasa yang santun dan persuasif sebagai metode dakwah yang mencirikan agama tauhid.

Abstract

The incidence of disasters increased in Indonesia. Most of these disasters are environmental disasters such as hurricanes, floods and landslides. Massive flooding occurred in several districts in Central Kalimantan in November 2021. Based on data from the BPBD of Palangka Raya City, it was recorded that 31,013 residents consisting of 8,876 families became victims of the flood. In addition to the physical impact, the psychological impact after the flood disaster needs to be considered. The psychological impact that occurs is in the form of anxiety, stress and trauma to the victims. Trauma to victims of natural disasters cannot be allowed to drag on so that disaster victims can continue their normal lives, therefore trauma recovery/trauma healing is needed. Especially for school-age children, trauma healing is carried out using a pedagogical approach. The pedagogical approach used refers to the pattern of development and education that is being experienced by victims, especially children, so that the trauma healing process can run and have an effect as expected. In addition to post-disaster trauma recovery, there is also a need for environmental education that has a role in preventing and reducing the risk of environmental disasters. Environmental education must facilitate various learning processes on cognitive and awareness aspects, attitudes and behavior, and collective action to institutionalize environmentally friendly and disaster-sensitive behavior.

Abstract

Understanding the principles of counseling in forming a maslahah family should be based on the principle of benefit for both the individual and society. Therefore, counselors must understand these principles in providing support and guidance to families. Conflicts that occur in families often become problems that are so complex that they require the right approach to resolve them. So, it is important to understand and apply various techniques and strategies for resolving conflicts in the family. This research aims to describe explicitly the understanding of the principles of counseling in realizing family resilience for the Muslimat NU community. Apart from that, it also explains the approaches and strategies used in counseling in an effort to create family resilience. The method used in qualitative with a case study type in the Muslimat NU Trenggalek community. The result of the research show that it is time for the Muslimat NU community to upgrade their understanding of family counseling. They must be pro-active in trying to create a family that is physically and mentally healthy, peaceful, so that it can bring about a prosperous family that is able to overcome various problems in everyday life. So, the Muslimat NU community, which is generally filled with mothers, does not experience psychological stress because of the many demands. Of course, with extensive knowledge and always up to date with the latest information. Abstract

Along with the times, many students, especially in universities, have no character as students. Politeness, manners, and morals have begun to be underestimated. So, it is important to apply multicultural education in university as an alternative and solution to make students with the character through multicultural values. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis by collecting various data and sources, then analyzing and systematically describing the urgency of multicultural education in character development in the era of society 5.0 at universities. The study's results found that students' character in university began to decline. Multicultural cultural values ​​have been abandoned. Many students have ignored etiquette, manners, and behavior, especially lecturers as teachers or educators. So, through multicultural education, it is expected to contribute in terms of character building. It is implemented by providing good examples such as the habituation of respect for others, mutual respect, and advice if there is bad behavior.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis semantik yang dikembangkan oleh al-Jurjani. Hasil dari riset ini mengatakan bahwa dialog yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Ibrahim menggunakan bahasa yang santun dan persuasif sebagai metode dakwah yang mencirikan agama tauhid.

Abstract

This research examines the aesthetics of language culture in the Qur'an through the analysis of language style ḥadẓ (disappearance) and ziyādah (additions) to the rules of grammar that deepen the meaning of holy verses. Ḥadẓ and ziyādah as a linguistic element not only affect the structure of the sentence but also strengthen the meaning, give an aesthetic impression, and invite spiritual reflection of the reader. This study aims to understand how the two language styles enrich the message in the Qur'an. Using qualitative methods and a semiotic approach, this study analyzes the signs and meanings behind the language elements that are displayed or omitted. The results of the survey show that ḥadẓ often used to simplify sentences without reducing meaning, creating a contemplative effect, and focusing attention on the core of the message. On the other hand, ziyādah enriches the text with emphasis and deepening of meaning. This combination of styles forms a distinctive aesthetic dimension, strengthening the message of the Qur'an structurally and meaningfully.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the design, content, and impact of the habit of reading Juz 'Amma to enhance spiritual intelligence at MTs Muhammadiyah Watulimo. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative research using a qualitative approach that describes social phenomena. The results of this study explain that the habit of reading Juzm 'Amma at MTs Muhammadiyah Watulimo began in 2010, supported by the provision of 30 copies of the Qur'an and loudspeaker facilities at At-Taqwa mosque. The activity is conducted every morning at 07:00, and this habit is followed by other activities including Dhuha prayer and brief religious talks (kultum). The recitation is prioritized from Surah An-Nas to An-Naba' with 12 repetitions per semester. Evaluation is conducted through both test and non-test methods. The results show positive spiritual impacts in the form of increased discipline in worship, responsibility in memorization, respectful attitudes toward teachers, and empathy among students. Thus, it can be concluded that habits implemented by educational institutions regularly and systematically can enhance spiritual intelligence, which will have a positive impact on students' lives, both in the school environment and in society.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai desain, konten serta dampak dari pembiasaan membaca Juz ‘Amma untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual di MTs Muhammadiyah Watulimo. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan mengenai fenomena sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pembiasaan membaca Juz ‘Amma di MTs Muhamadiyah Watulimo yang dimulai sejak tahun 2010, yang didukung dengan penyediaan 30 Al-Qur'an dan fasilitas pengeras suara di masjid At-Taqwa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan setiap pagi pukul 07.00, pembiasaan diikuti oleh kegiatan lainnya meliputi sholat dhuha, dan kultum. Bacaan diprioritaskan dari Surah An-Nas hingga An-Naba' dengan pengulangan 12 kali per semester. Evaluasi dilakukan berupa es dan non-tes. Hasil menunjukkan dampak spiritual positif berupa peningkatan kedisiplinan beribadah, tanggung jawab menghafal, sikap hormat kepada guru, dan empati antar siswa. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembiasaan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan secara teratur dan tersetruktur dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual sehingga akan memiliki dampak yang baik bagi kehidupan siswa, baik dilingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat.
