Abstract

The porpuse of this study is to find out the effect of human resource capacity, the utilization of information technology and accounting internal control for financial reporting information on the value of Bengkulu city government. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires to the KK, BPM dan BPG Work Unit (SKPD) Bengkulu City Government. The samples used in the study were 55 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research proves that the human resource capacity, utilization of information technology and accounting internal control positive effect on the value of financial reporting information to the government of Bengkulu

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices in Investment Companies Listed on the IDX in 2016-2019.” This research is an explanatory quantitative research. Sources of secondary data obtained through literature studies, documentation, books, magazines, newspapers, written archives related to the object to be studied. The results showed that 60.9% of the stock price variable was influenced by the EVA variable and the ROE variable. Simultaneous test results explain that EVA and ROE variables have an effect on stock prices. The results of the partial test explain that the EVA variable has no effect on stock prices, while the ROE variable has an influence on stock prices.

Abstract

The data used was primary data with auditors working in the provincial and municipal inspectorates in Bengkulu as the respondents. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with 30 respondents. The results showed that objectivity, integrity, work experience, competency, and ethics of auditor’s positively and significantly influenced the quality of audit results. While the variables of independency negative and significantly influenced the quality of audit results.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial technology on improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with intervening variables of financial inclusion in MSMEs. Using data panels and PLS-SEM analysis. The samples were 90 MSMEs of Bengkulu City using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used is questionnaires. The results of this research on direct effect analysis found that financial technology affects the performance of MSMEs, financial technology affects financial inclusion, and financial technology has no effect on financial inclusion. In the indirect effect analysis, the results showed that financial inclusion does not intervene in the influence of financial technology on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi investasi, pengetahuan investasi dan modal minimal investasi terhadap minat investasi pada mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIHAZ. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIHAZ. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling.teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa motivasi investasi, pengetahuan investasi dan modal minimal investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIHAZ.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the of SMEs food products and crafts typical city of Bengkulu.The data used in this study are primary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 37 SMEs food products and crafts typical city of Bengkulu who had opened and had been operating for at least 5 years. The analysis technique uses the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Total Quality Management (TQM) contributes to Competitive Advantage and Product Innovation does not conflict with Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this outreach is to increase the knowledge and awareness of students at Ratu Samban University, North Bengkulu about the magnitude of the dangers of cigarettes for passive smokers around them. This socialization was attended by 30 students from Ratu Samban University, North Bengkulu. This socialization is carried out by providing material regarding the bad effects of cigarettes on passive smokers and discussions about prevention that can be carried out by the community as a form of prevention so that they are not exposed to passive smoking, namely 1) Avoid gathering with people who smoke by looking for a place that has fresh air free of cigarette smoke, 2) Prohibit people from smoking at home, this is useful for protecting yourself and your family from exposure to cigarette smoke, 3) When you are in a public place, such as an office, cafe or restaurant, choose a room that is smoke-free, 4) Use a mask regularly. correctly when leaving the house to avoid exposure to cigarette smoke, 5) Politely remind smokers who smoke anywhere.

Abstract

The development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village has great potential to increase local community income and preserve the environment and culture. However, the development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village is still not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct socialization of the development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village through training and mentoring for the local community. The purpose of this service is to increase the awareness and ability of the local community in managing and developing tourism potential in Padang Serai Village. The method used in this service is training and mentoring for the local community. The results of this service show that the awareness and ability of the local community in managing and developing tourism potential in Padang Serai Village increased after training and mentoring. Therefore, this service can provide benefits to the local community and increase tourism potential in Padang Serai Village.

Abstract

Masalah stunting masih menjadi tantangan serius di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di desa Sri Kuncoro, kecamatan Pondok Kelapa, Bengkulu Tengah. Rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai gizi seimbang serta kurangnya keterjangkauan informasi dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami menjadi salah satu penyebab utama. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi dalam pencegahan stunting melalui pendekatan edukatif menggunakan bahasa lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi gizi, distribusi buku saku, penyuluhan dengan media visual, dan diskusi interaktif dengan ibu-ibu serta kader kesehatan setempat. Seluruh materi disampaikan menggunakan bahasa daerah setempat agar lebih komunikatif dan mudah diterima oleh peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya asupan gizi pada masa kehamilan dan usia dini anak, serta meningkatnya partisipasi aktif dalam Posyandu dan praktik pemberian makanan bergizi di lingkungan keluarga. Pendekatan penggunaan bahasa lokal terbukti mampu menjembatani kesenjangan komunikasi antara pendidik dan masyarakat sasaran, serta membangun kedekatan emosional yang mendukung perubahan perilaku. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi gizi berbasis bahasa lokal merupakan strategi efektif dalam mempercepat penanganan stunting pada masyarakat pedesaan yang memiliki karakteristik budaya dan bahasa tersendiri.
